Ajloun Hotel  

The owner was very kind and welcoming. Room was small but enough for one night. There is wifi in lobby area. Breakfast was home made and we enjoyed it on terrace.

Bathroom wasn't the one you'd like to take shower in.

No hot water at all the water was so cold that we could not have a bath during just washing during our whole stay, we would freeze otherwise!!!!!! Heating was available for 3 days only for 2 hours only the place was barely tepid, we had to sleep with garments on as cold as the place was. The last night there was no heating at all and the water was freezing cold. Television was available in the first day but not on the second or third day and again on the last day. That was because the plug did not fit properly in the plug wholes consequently the tv had always to be reset! Apologies for the owner who is caring but I cannot recommend a hotel were one freezes!

Good location close to Ajloun Castle and other historic sites. The owner Khalil was frendly and extremely helpful with local knowledge of Biblical Sites, and his frendly chief provided great service with meals even when we returned late into the evening. Although the rooms are basic and somewhat dated, they were clean and comfortable and very good value for money. We wish Khalil and his staff every success in the future. God Bless. We hope to return soon.

Rooms could do with some maintenance and renovations, but are functional and clean, and considering the price they are very good value for money.

Très belle vue sur les environs

hôtel pas propre et vétuste.

Le petit déjeuner, sur la terrasse ombragée. Les draps propres. Très belle vue de la chambre. Emplacement très charmant, dans la nature.

Chambre lugubre, bas de plafond, déco hyper vieillotte. Salle de bain + tuyauterie fatiguée, douche salle.

الفندق عباره عن مقلب كبير لا تدفئه او مياه ساخنه ولا يستحق ان تحجز فيه رغم سعره القليل

حسن تعامل الشيف ابو ابراهيم وحسن اخلاقه وطيبه وفنه في الطبخ

ياليت بدل الموكيت يكون سيراميك فقط ووضع سخانات لكل غرفه عدم وجود النت

Ibrahim, le chef est très attentionné pour pallier les problèmes d'absence de chauffage (radiateur d'appoint) et d'eau chaude (fourniture de seaux d'eau chaude). Séjour très agréable

اعجبني لطف الطاقم وموقعه وهدوءه ونظافته

نعم هناك اشياء لم تعجبني منها انه مذكور ان الافطار مجاني بينما لايوجد افطار اطلاقا ومذكور انترنت مجاني بينما لايوجد انترنت اطلاقا وللمصداقية فقد بذلوا جهدا لوصل الانترنت ولكن فشلوا كما ازعجني عدم وجود الماء الحار الا بعد طلب وبعد مدة طويله

le chef nous a proposé le diner, celui était à peine mangeable (poulet cuit et recuit) 9JD/personne+ taxes et petit déjeuner très très moyen...pas de pub

le personnel de l'hotel (Ebrahim) est extremement gentil, tres serviable et toujours souriant avec beaucoup d'humour.

A magnificient view with the castle just above and olive trees stretching all around, and the large hall reception invites you, at once to stay at Ajloun Hotel. You will meet a very traditional wellcome from the owner.

Friendly, flexible staff. Great location with views of the castle. Prompt service when requested.

Rooms are spare but clean. Tv did not work and he offered to get us another but we did not bother.

De hoteleigenaar wilde voor ons koken. Hij was erg vriendelijk en wilde graag weten waar je allemaal heen ging.

Het hotel had geen warm water. Het water was steenkoud We moesten vooraf betalen, zonder dat we de kamers hadden gezien. Het was armoedig en stoffig. De kabel van de koelkast was te kort om in een stopcontact te doen. De stekker van de tv ontbrak, dus tv kijken ging niet door. We waren de enige gasten.
