Al Anbat Midtown 2  

The room had a fridge, was a good size, clean bathroom & new beds & linens, centrally located, great breakfast included & helpful friendly staff.

Walking up 4 flights of stairs & satellite TV didn't work.

he staff very friendly and extremely helpful: The food around the hotel :GREAT. The breakfast that comes with the booking : very nutritious and ample: no fruits though: Have got to ask for them:LOL

Parking: even though you could find one after looking for a while...

Good size rooms and fairly comfortable. Excellent price although we did stay in the Al Anbat 3 (next to 2)

Bit of a hard sell with regards to extras but perhaps acceptable given the excellent rates.

the staff were very welcoming. i booked a single room and got a double bed, en-suite, tv, air con and fridge. the hotel is fairly new and great value for the money. it is also only a 5 minute walk to the bus station.

they gace me an upgrade to midtown 3. much better than midtown 2.

No internet in rooms

It was a budget hotel with the level of service better than the price

-Rooms were spacious and airy -Had a fridge which was great. -Extra pillows and blankets to keep warm -Room was cleaned on a daily basis - Central location, within easy reach of town facilities

-Cold water - hot water was available only early in the morning at 6am and then started getting lukewarm after that. Only cold water was available after 10 pm.

Big room, comfy beds, movie channel in english on TV. Reasonable price and ok breakfast.

Staff would turn off hot water, so if you wanted to take a shower you would have to go ask at reception. No shower curtains make the bathroom a swamp. No wifi in the room.

Excellent hotel! Great shower, great toilet, great bed and fantastic staff! Within walking distance of Petra. and also within walking distance of very cheap and delicious felafels. Great stay! thank you Al-Anbat!!!!

Very friendly staff. Nice big room with heating!!! which we heard other Petra hotels didn't have. Clean. If we asked for some assistance we got it immediately! Free wi-fi in the reception area of Al Anbat 1. We would love to come back.

I was given a very nice room

Breakfast was quite basic

many shops and cheap food around . big beds and good comfort for few money

long walk to go to Petra but many taxis available if you don't want to walk anymore

The comun services were ok and the outside terraca .The bathroom were ok

The room very small , crowdy , no place to move . The air conditioner 30 cm qbove my bed , noisy qnd overall frizzy .I moved the next day and they chrarged me a penalty .

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. Not everything works at first but if you ask the staff will try and fix it. It is well situated in the middle of town.

Itis a slog back up the hill from the entrance to Petra if you are walking.

They give me the room on al an bat midtown 3. So, it is very good as it is new. It's in the small street. So, it is silence. Again Great.

It is very new. I can smell the paint. The wifi seem not working in midtown 3. But I just using the wifi in midtown 2 .

Polite friendly staff, clean rooms tidied every day, good facilities for price, great location.

Wi fi not available in rooms despite it saying so on hotel description. We were actually in alanbat 3 (we booked 2) not sure if there is a difference in wi fi speed the two hotels are next door to one another

The staff was very friendly. The rooms where spacious and very close to Petra. Mattresses were excellent. Excellent value for money

A bit outdated, details need more attention (grouting in between bath and tiles, curtains a bit dated, plug sockets chipped), but its all minor stuff and much better than i could expect for the money charged.

Amazing breakfast!! Great staff that wanted to help us with anything to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely return.

Actually we stayed at Al Anbat Midtown hotel 3, just beside the hotel 2 as no vacant room for us at hotel 2. The hotel 3 is very new, nice rooms with big bright space, everything clean & new. It is near a major road, where you get places for dining, post office, supermarket, pharmacy and bank all in 3 to 5 minutes walk. I like the staff sooooo much! Really friendly and nice, and when I complained the problem of shower, one of them got it fixed immediately. At night, some of the hotel guests gathered at lobby of hotel 2, people from different countries chatted and shared shisha together, invited by the hotel staff. Breakfast is OK, simple but fresh enough. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Wadi Musa. BTW, I heard there's a swimming pool on the roof top of hotel 2, but didn't see it with my eyes. Good wifi at the hotel 2 lobby.

The only thing is, all our three rooms had very little water from the tap and too low water pressure to use shower. But after I complained, the staff got it fixed very soon. Weak wifi at the hotel 3 lobby, no wifi in the room, as the wifi router at hotel 2

The staff were fantastic. The room large and very well appointed. Exceptionally nice bathroom. Excellent value for money.

The room was really great for the money we paid, breakfast is poor but it is similar to all the budget hotels we stayed in Jordan.

Friendly host - but we have some reservations, see below Good value for money clean, quiet rooms. We felt safe. Good hot shower but we had some problems,see below The hotel staff offered to bring dinner in for us (which we accepted as we were tired by the time we returned), bought water for us etc. There is a free shuttle to/from Petra (see below) a credit card is not required to make a reservation- have cash to pay your bill wifi available free of charge in the lobby of ii Breakfast is included and is very adequate. There is a great bakery just around the corner with good hours. Coffee/tea/water is available for asking 24/7 The air conditioners work very well. There is cable tv. All in all, excellent value for your money; We would stay there again.

There was a problem with hot water - one of our rooms never got any. Please inquire when the hot water heater is on/off - it might help with this frustration. The plumbing in one room is peculiar: the hot water from the bath will come up and flood the bathroom floor if you let it out too quickly. There doesn't appear to be a pipe: under the drain plug in the middle of the floor is rock? Let the water out slowly and all is well. Great water pressure. Travel with a travel plug if you wish a bath. Walk down the hill to Petra entrance is fine: try to arrange the shuttle for getting back to the hotel (all uphill) by the end of the day. WIFI in the lobby works well: not accessible in the rooms.
