Good as a last minute option! Quiet and relatively good location. Good for solo travelers on a budget
Internet coverage in the rooms.
Standard, clean and friendly staff
Breakfast choices limited and mediocre at best Internet intermittent and kept logging out, had to sign back in every single time No complimentary tea/ coffee/ water in the room at all.
Friendliness of staff Willingness of staff to help out
nothing much to do in hotel except for spending sometime in the pool or Jacuzzi which was great.

FURNITURE CLEANLINESS WI-FI BREAKFAST
Location and the car parkings
Improve the TV & the shower fixtures
Room size Old furniture Small toilet People are smoking everywhere in the hotel. You can't sit in the reception because of smoking
Location Wi -Fi breakfast
- Bad smell - Room view (closed) - Breakfast - Teared bed linen
We had a suite and it was so sparsely furnished and really rather horrible like a low class bedsit; there was one salon and one bedroom, really one big room with a partition; the salon hat literally one filthy sofa, one fridge, one small ugly table and two chairs. the bedding was fiithy. I was very disappointed and felt uncomfortable sleeping there as everywhere felt very dirty. It is as if they are just doing a quick tidy up and no one is really properly cleaning the rooms. Same with the bathroom; its unfair to guests to make them pay to sleep in rooms that are dirty.
the staff are always nice at this hotel even though they are very busy.
breafast need to improve
I have found abour 5 bugs in my room. Wifi is very bad. Breakfast is also very poor. The hotel zone is far from every place
Everything is bad, receptionists are very rude and impolite, takes 30 min to check in, the room and bathroom is so dirty and awful. Smell in the hotel and elevators is too bad.
I don't like anything.
The lack of undrrstanding of the english lang
The service of the waiter was excellent
Poor breakfast service, cleanliness is on the par ( especially the carpet )
Overall average. I encountered some well-mannered staff
The breakfast was tough for me as a European, and the WiFi was working only in the lobby; alas occasionally.
Big, clean rooms, huge bed and good service.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No female changing facilities for the pool. Could have done with hotel based information about Amman and Jordan.
Facilities were fine generally. There was a good buffet breakfast and excellent evening buffet. The swimming pool and gym were very adequate. There were plenty of public places to sit around. The hotel's wi-fi was very easy to use and had a good speed to it.
The bathrooms were not clean and there were small insects coming out of floor drains. The bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty and full of hair, probably they didnt change after the departure of the previous guest.
You have to log in each time you use free WiFi connection TV is old and small
Highly RECOMMENDED HOTEL Very nice and professional staff The swimming pool is always warm in the winter Nice big rooms, with quick service response
its not as clean as it must be for 3 stars hotel. the parking staff were not friendly.
everything was good and exactly what we needed
Rooms are not as shown in images, bed sheets and towels are not clean, wifi faces lot of problems, breakfast is poor,
however location is good, restaurant menu food is acceptable, staff are friendly. I rate it overall 4/10
