very nice place quite and comfort not fare from airport not fare from city center there are grocery store next the hotel and the guy working there is very friendly i believe he is from syria i like to thank him for his help
Very nice place to stay, when you are willing to take a taxi to the city centre.
The appartment is hard to find for foreigners, but when you have a private car, a good road description and the correct name of the area where the place is located, you can get there and it is worth wile.
Great location, clean very quiet and really cheap!! Very close to the airport.
- Good living space. - New building. Suggestion:The owner could have a shuffle service between the hotel and certain point(s) in the surrounding for guests without cars.
- Very difficult if you do not have a car with you (big minus). - I did not like the metal covers for the electricity outlets, this is not safe. Some cables are still lose which make them very dangerous for children (big big big minus). For this reason I am not going to recommend the place. - Nothing around you but houses and a small shop. - During my staying they had loud civil work in the building for at least 2 long days. No one apologized from us or gave us any kind of compensation! (big minus). - small uncomfortable shower. - I hit my head several times with the glass shelf over the sink because it is just in the way.
Comfortable beds, light and airy apartment
Too far out of centre if you are only staying there to visit Amman. Would be ok if using as base for further afield. Not very well equipped.
Clean, good internet, delivery list available.
location, no restaurants around.
The Apartment is really clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant "Al Nakheel Village" at the same location to apartment i suggest you try it.
there is no enough sofa to rest in the living room and it's not comfortable.
Excellent place to stay. Owner was extremely helpful.
Excellent place to stay. Owner went over and beyond for us. Very comfortable. Unfortunately, this was a 2 bedroom apartment but only had 1 washroom. Other than that it was excellent.
Hospitality. I'm very please with the way Thair, manager/owner, treat us as his customer. I pre-arranged a pick up and drop from/to airport, so the day we arrived, he was already waiting for us, even though we kind of late getting the clearance in the immigration, because of long queue (an Air France just landed the same time we landed). He helped us ordering delivery service for our dinner. On the last day of our stay, and this is what impressed me, he took us around for sight seeing of Amman at night, tasting the best kunafa in town and shopping a very nice Arabian sweet (baklava) to our liking. Then the next morning, he took us to have breakfast in Hashem Restaurant, a local restaurant serving Hummus as main breakfast menu. All was in the courtesy of our friend, Thair. Location. As furnished apartment, Al Nakheel suits for family travelling with young children, who would like to explore Jordan attractive places. It's in the outskirt of Amman, so basically best location as a hub for day travel to all part of Jordan. It's perfect for our purpose whereby we travel to all attractive places everyday during our stay in Jordan. There is a small grocery shop just next to it, so we can pretty much get basic needs like milk, water etc. Suggestion: Transportation is important, especially if you want to do day travel in Jordan and going to city center to experience Amman's ambiance, day or night. We didn't plan our trip well enough, so we didn't get a car hire during our visit. So, plan ahead your trip, contact Thair before hand so he could arrange a car to hire.
This hotel is in the outskirts of Amman, however it is in an excellent location. It is simple to find and the room is excellent. Clean, tidy and the staff is excellent. The owner went over and above for us and it was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend this apartment/hotel.
Nothing, everything is perfect for us.
Clean, comfortable beds, cheap price.
Very hard to find. There was no breakfast even though the listing said one is available. The hot water heater had to be turned on but no one told us ( we arrived late at 9:30 pm and the English speaker wasn't at the desk, no one was there actually we had to climb down a dark staircase to wake up the house caretaker). The shower head was broken off so it was unusable. There was only one towel. The kettle wasn't able to be plugged in. The heaters were impossible to figure out. It was cheap and clean but that's about it. We were going to stay here at the end of our trip too but cancelled. We will pay more to stay somewhere with hot water, a real shower, and more than one towel.
We booked at the Al Nakheel because of the high ratings. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually was better than the reviews. This is the first time we have come to Amman with the family (3 older children and 2 younger ones). The apartments are well maintained and clean, the beds are comfortable, the daily house cleaning is a definite plus and the laundry service is excellent! The updated internet service also is a definite plus - during our stay, the internet service was updated and was flawless afterwards. With a large family, we required 2 rooms. The manager, Thair, went over the top providing us 2 apartments on the same floor. He is the best manager of an extended stay place that we have encountered - friendly, helpful, professional and always trying to provide more for your stay - including a tour of the city and an introduction to Hashem's (great first place to eat!). The children are learning Arabic and it was especially nice for the staff to help with difficult pronunciations and to see their smiles when they tried to speak in Arabic. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Amman for a short visit or an extended stay - the location and value are excellent.
That our time in Amman ended and we had to leave - the apartments were a home away from home. We will miss Thiar and his very helpful staff.
Roomy and clean two bedroom appt. Great price, and above all, great service from friendly owner. Thanks Farkher (I apologize if I spell your name incorrectly). Highly recommended.
You should contact the hotel for a direction in Arabic, since most taxi driver would not know the address. It is a newly developed area.
Good experience, excellent value, clean and neat. Cooperative and welcoming management and staff.
Must have a rental car
Helpful and always friendly owner and staff, spacious and clean rooms, warm water, completely quiet during nights! Mr. Khasawneh brought us to the city center whenever he had time or called us a taxi. He also helped us to plan our trip through Jordan. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful time at Al Nakheel!
Clean and spacious apartment. Kitchen was adequately equipped, although a frying pan and small saucepan would help. Location near the entrance to the freeway to the airport is very convenient. The staff were very accommodating.
The place is clean
You would need to ask for towels no extra pillows are available
The place is new and very clean, value for money. suitable for group of travelers/ family

Nice apartment with lots of space. Be sure to take some supplies with you because the kitchen facilities are nice. The manager is ultra helpful and considerate.
The place is a bit difficult to find in the dark. We were coming from the airport in a rental car and did not have a GPS. Street signs (if available) are mostly in Arabic so you should have a good map and get there in daylight if possible.
Excellent management, very helpful
Very cold weather, apartment was very draughty, needed a heater and some of the gaps closed round the windows and doors
It is quiet and the manager Mr Thayer is realy helpful specialy with his frequent inquieries about your needs
The lack of phone system that will allow the occupant to communicate with others specially service providers or receiving calls from outside the apartment building
