THe personal service by the staff, they really engaged in their job.

It is close to my business with the University of Jordan and it is comfy and has a relaxed atmoshere.

Its a perfect place for family with children.

Breakfast. Also not a place for your tummy.

I liked the cleanliness, the big rooms, the value for money and the breakfast buffet.

I did not like the pastries and croissants in the breakfast, they were a little bit too dry

I enjoyed my stay. Miss yara is very nice and cooperative. Thanks to all staff.

Friendly staff, very warm welcome. we were check in quickly and provided with a very clean cot bed. clean and good for its price, pluse free wifi.

Didn't offer tea & coffee inside the rooms location is far from tourist sites or the town center, but the taxis are cheap to hire inside Amman.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Smoke smell

Very nice view, at a walking distance to the University. Also, not far from other mulls, city center and mosque. Excellent wifi, and Internet service. I actually ask to use the printer from my email, and they allowed me to print my documents in no time.

The breakfast was not having a lot of varieties even when we order omelette, they ask us to stick to the menu available. Otherwise, it just acceptable. There was also noise of repair in the other rooms but fortunately they change our room to the other wing which is more comfortable.

No praying area in the hotel

Great value for money on the room rate. Very friendly and attentive staff. Large room size.

The food needs an improvement. Over priced buffet style dinner. Rather eat out.

1) The room was cozy. 2) 24 hrs hot water facility. 3) Room temperature was aptly maintained.

1) Rooms were quite small. 2) No bathroom slippers in the room. 3) Food & other hotel excursion activities were quite expensive.

The front office staff, particularly Yara, could not have done enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and each night we stayed, was restful and enjoyable. Both bars were very comfortable and well furnished/stocked. We ate at the hotel on one of the nights and all 4 of us were impressed with the standard of the food. Breakfast was also good with a wide range of food on offer, excellent coffee and really good service.Based on our experiences, we strongly recommend this hotel.

I found this hotel to be excellent in every respect as the staff were very friendly and professinal , the rooms very clean , location for me was exactly what I wanted and finally the value for money was very good indeed. They have a beautiful lounge and equally lovely terrace and restaurents. Surly I recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Amman.

Liked the friendly staff and the hospitality lovely people , I liked the fact that the Boss is always at the hotel , who I met and he is a very particular person

The service was good. Staff were friendly. Yara especially tried to help us a lot or to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are also good. In fact, for a 4-star hotel, this hotel is very good.

The management over-prices certain things, such as the rate at which they rent you with the hotel mini-bus. They don't seem to know how to price their services within the market.

they didn't ask if I would have preferred a non smoking room. the fact that they suggested the use of their car instead of a local taxi, charging much more.

Poor Internet speed and intermittent connection; too far from city center; high prices in bar/lounge;

free wifi, very friendly staff, near city mall, convinience for shopping.

Helpful staff , great breakfast

Everything was excellent and very efficient. The main reason was the superb staff; they were professional and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
