everything from hotel location and staff were brilliant especially tamim and mohannad were very helpful and made us feel at home
Especially manager, tamin was nice to us^^
nice and welcoming staff who are welling to help you inside and outside hotel, the rooms were cozy, tidy, and clean in adequate way and I love the omelet and the view from the top of the building :)... The location is easy to reach and very close to soveneurs shops and restaurants and safe.. I would book here again for sure
Tiny room and really tiny bathroom A little bit noisy
Price Nice staff
Wifi was only good at the reception and at the restuarant.
The personel where very helpful and kind. They take good care of you during your stay and helps you with tips and need to do in Amman. They also arrange tours to all popular places in Jordan.
Nothing to say really.
I liked everything! The location, the view, the helpfull and friendly staff.
The toilets r small and breakfast basic but then we paid £10+taxes each per night so we cudnt ask for more.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly n helpful and willing to do what they can to make our staff enjoyable and comfortable... The hotel is a stones throw from the amphitheatre n perfect for seeing central amman
I just had a few suggestions regarding Daily Trips: It would be better to post a sheet near the elevator a namelist of iterested attendees and tour for the day.
Location is easily accessible to most of the sightseeing locations in your itinerary
Bathroom a bit too small (after someone took a shower it is impossible to use without getting wet feet), room was overly parfumed, terrazo floor is nice and easy to keep clean but makes the hotel very loud, even when your room does not face the street. The staff is very motivated but a bit unorganized so that reservations for day tours and other requests may get lost. Make sure they don't forget you, if you ask they are willing to help in any case.
Location was great, people in the street are very welcoming, staff goes out of their way to make things possible. Rooms are clean, but no double beds in our room. Breakfast is ok, fellow guests have a very mixed background. Expect budget travellers in their upper 20ies, 30ies and 40ies, western business men and Arabs alike.
Apart from the lift being a bit slow i rate this place
I was really happy on arrival the place and the rooms were very clean and smelt fresh the receptionist named Tamim and mohannad were really helpful any thing we needed they would sort it out for us and made us feel really welcomed i would definately come back here again and bring my family all amenities are very close by
The plumbing in our luxury suite with view didn't work really well but the staff were willing to come any time to fix it.
The extreme kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. They offered us tea just because we had been sitting in the lobby for a while.
Set back from the road and pavement, the hotel can be difficult to spot the first time.
The hotel has everything you need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Central location for downtown area. Parking nearby (200 metres) but not at the hotel.
Wi-fi worked only at the reception area.
The hotel is right in Amman center, very close to the main attractions, breakfast was very good, hot water, evrerything you need.
The room facing the Roman theater was a bit noisy but what could you do when you sleep above a major street?
The hotel staff was really warm kind and happy to give some advice. The location is very comfortable in Downtown Amman. Great time.
This hotel is an excellent choice for a budget travel. The owner and the staff are great, they do all they can to help you and provide advise in what to see in the city or how to organize your vacation. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good in their restaurant with a fabulous view.
the staff in here are so nice and helpful !! The room is clean and big , can see the good view!
- Wifi blind spot in some parts of room. - Noisy at night
- Friendly staff, especially Hani. He helped us arranged a day tour to Jerash and Dead Sea at a reasonable price. - We got cheated by a taxi on the way to the hotel. When the staff knew, he offered a complimentary upgrade for us. It made us feel a lot better. - The hotel is located in the middle of night market. Lots of shops, restaurants and juice stands nearby. - Wifi is okay - Ask for the room no on the road side.
Its room and equipment are old and poor. The bathroom is small. I can't use wi-fi in my room.
Freshly-made omelette is the hotel's highlight.
The hospitality of the front desk staffs, and their other staffs, room are always ready, hot shower anytime, early breakfast if you gonna catch early flight
Couple of thngs probably should be improved: 1) the doors and the noise insulation isn't too great, especially if there is a noisy guest like happened to me 2) it's central so you could hear a little the traffic and the mosque (but I got used after 1 hour) 3) wifi works only at the reception and on the top floor. But I thought it was good so you have a chat with other guests :-)
I can't say anything but good things on this hotel: 1) centrally located (few mins from the roman amphitheatre) 2) staff super friendly and very helpful like I haven't experienced for a long long time (and I travel a lot...). They gave me advised on restaurants, trips and how/where to get cheap shared taxi (in Amman the yellow ones are single, the while are shared taxi) 3) value for money as it's clear and brekkie is more than decent. They even offered me complimentary tea on arrival! 4) flexible: I asked to check out 1 hour later and they agreed immediately which was really helpful I'm a picky guest, and def recommend this hotel
there is a shaft that runs inside and from top to bottom of hotel that our room window opened into. Other room's windows also open into this shaft. On our last night, with our window closed, I had to listen to a very long and loud conversation way past 10 pm by another lodger or lodgers who apparently left their window or windows open. I guess I got the shaft. Knowing management as I do they will resolve this problem ASAP.
service was responsive and they did a lot to make our stay great. That are really trying to give gues a great time. Remember this is a budget hotel. Not a 4 or 5 star. However they are extremely service oriented. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. They are upgrading facilities but presently well worth the money.
Everything is fine .staff , geografic situation and good price .
Wifi network not supported in rooms
Nice view from the top floor
Sometimes you search for a hotel that is reasonably priced in a location that’s in the heart of the city, hoping that in addition to that, you’ll have a comfortable room with great service. With Arab Tower Hotel, you have all that and more! We travel to Jordan often and this is our third stay in this hotel. We have stayed in both the suite and the double room. Both have comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, satellite TV (lots of English stations to choose from) and are nicely heated (stayed in the winter). The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants, attractions, and bus stations (local & Jett) nearby. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the breakfast is satisfying with several sides in addition to an omelet (they make a flavorsome fava bean dish). But nothing beats the kindness and treatment you receive from the people at Arab Tower! The manager (Mumin), the gentlemen at the desk (Ibrahim, Hani, Muhannad), the waiters and housekeeping are an exceptional group of people who always make you feel at home while away from home and for this, we are truly grateful and will always return.
In general all is good
