This 3-star hotel is in Amman’s lively commercial district, Al Rabiah. It has air-conditioned accommodations with free Wi-Fi. It showcases a restaurant and grounds with a terrace.
Score from 320 reviews Very good
The location right along from the Roman Amphitheatre and within (a steep) walk of the Citadel makes for a good base for sight seeing. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and comfortable enough. The roof terrace has fantastic views that you won't get elsewhere.
Make sure you know how to get back, all the streets look the same. Part of the fun I guess.
Geluid, zeer kleine badkamer
1. The staff, in particular Hani and Ahmad were very helpful in providing info., guidance and arrangement for our tours of Amman at very good prices. 2. apt and room spacious 3 hotel offers tour, guides etc..
1 The kitchen needs updating. 2. shower
The General maanger, Mr. Mohanned, was very helpful before and during our stay, in arranging transportation for us to other locations/sites in Amman as we requested. The driver who accompanied us, Mr. Eyad, was very helpful and courteous and provided us with valuable information.
few simple things that were already conveyed and passed on to the hotel staff for their benefit, all of which they seemed to accept.
Highly recommended !!! Possibly the best place to stay in the old busy town of Amman. Amazing city view from the rooftop where the breakfast is served and where the free wifi is served.(It would be better if you also put a free wifi at the lobby too) Great location, you can visit all (Citadelle, Roman Theatre, old souks) by walk. Very friendly and helpful stuff, specially Hani at the reception !! Who helped me to do my plans in easier and comfy way :) Rooms are clean, but bathrooms are a bit small. Drinks in the fridge are well priced. Will come back again, hopefully :)
a well-located hotel in the city, I stayed there with family for a week and had a comfortable stay.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, big spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view from terrace, excellent value for money, hepful private drive during daily trips... Would recommend and come back deffinitely
Staff was very friendly and engaging; room and lobby are clean
You can hear street noise throughout the night, we did not get much sleep. Breakfast is very limited, Chef only new how to make omlette
Rooftop bar/restaurant Location Very friendly staff
like I said, this is the best hotel in this good location with reasonable price. Location is good. Room and bath facility is quite clean.
My only complaint is that WIFI is only available at roof top. No WIFI in room.
Good location to see the Roman Theater and the Citadel. It's proper for the budget traveller
The quality and condition is not good as I expected. Considerting the price, it's OK to me.
I really like the atmosphere of this hotel: super clean, comfortable, unconventional and with all that you need. The price is then really competitive. I had really good time, I definitely suggest it. And specially thanks to Mr. Hani & Mr. Ibrahim these people are extremely friendly and helpful.
Bathroom size is too small.
only one thing is good. Location.
Wifi is only available on the roof and the signal is very poor.
This is the exception for me during recent travel: a hotel that has improved itself the next time I visit! Breakfast, service personnel, room facilities and cleanness are all a big plus. The location is perfect, central and close to lively shops but as I preferred to have stay inside to get some sleep there was no discomfort from noise/sound at all. The rooftop is great, open all day with WIFI.
There was a small confusion about the listed tea/coffee facilities; there were none in my room (though there is a filled fridge). But there is coffee and tea on the great rooftop, so I kind of understood that than was included in the price. One day I did had to pay though and the next day another great staff member didn't want to take my money:)
don't accept credit cards, poor (miserable) beakfast. All the hotel is too old for the prices requested.
Location, Food, and Staff
Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Foods are good. The top roof restaurant is very nice and good internet connection. Location is great very close to Roman Theatre. Good air-conditioning in the bedroom.
The room is quite old. Bed is not that comfortable. The bathroom has some mould and quite small.
Close to Roman Theatre and Citadella, nice view from the roof, polite staff and location in the city center.
Bathroom was small, rooms have old furniture althought it was clean
Clean and location in downtown .
Wi fi only on terrace in the building.
Meals - cleaneness-staff attitude
Very good situation in downtown Amman. Room pretty big and clean. The roof top terrace is very nice for the breakfast and to have a drink. Cheap price regarding the general quality.
Lobby not very welcoming but some ameliorations were done during our stay and it seems that it will look far better. The room is very dark, the sunlight does not come through the window so we had to switch on the light all the time.
Located downtown close to Roman theather and the souq, friendly staff, great value for money, decent breakfast
Hani Kurt, the evening concierge, was extremely helpful in helping with day trips, directions, etc. The rest of the staff very polite. Meals in the rooftop restaurant were pretty good and the view of downtown is great. The location was in a vibrant market area close to the Roman Theater, the Odeon, and Citadel Hill. The Nymphaeum is visible from the rooftop restaurant. Rainbow Street isn't far away.
