Really enjoyed the hospitality, location, breakfast, and affordability.

Nice relax lobby with wifi. Perfect view over downtown in the roof restaurant. Good breakfeast. Close to the major sight seeing objects (citadel, arena). Hot shower.

City noise (but what do you expect in a city:-).

Rooms can be more clean and presentable but the location is good for shopping.

The hotel were clean, the staff were nice (Rafaat and friends) were very informative. The room was also very comfort, suitable for people who need to spend quality sleep at night.

Very good location for the downtown and staff were helpful in arranging transport. The breakfasts were decent.

The decor was very tired and dated so whilst the room may have been clean it didn't necessarily look it. The bed cover was some sort of large heavy rug as opposed to a blanket so uncomfortable. Bathrooms small and didn't drain well.

The location is best. Just a few minutes walk from the Roman Theatre. Many restaurantes and souk we could find within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and help us. The breakfast at the restaurante on the top of the Tower is very nice. The hotel arranged us a good day tour to Petra with a resonable price.

Shower room are too small. Internet connection (WiFi) were not reliable.

Our 4 days stay in Arab Tower Hotel was fantastic. The hotel is located in a very friendly down town of Amman. The staff of the hotel were very accommodating, warm and friendly. You won't have difficulty in communicating. They also provide reasonable tours around Jordan. Our tour guide was very polite and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and my tour guide. Great Location, great staff, great wifi; all in a all, great deal for budget travel

1.All the staffs are very kind. 2.Especially the morning shift staff Mr. Ibrahim taught me how to take a service(shared Taxi) to save money. Every time when I asked him, he wrote down the Arabic place name for me on the paper. It was easy to ask local people by Arabic wrods. Really helpful! 3. Good location in downtown. Easy to go everywhere. 4. No single room left, they offered me a big two-bedroom suite room by single room rate. Very kind. 5. I arrived before noon, they let me check in in the morning. Good service!

1.The room near the road side would be quite noisy. It is better to stay upper floors or the room not just on the road side. 2. Breakfast were not keep the same service from the staff. Sometime with special yogurt paste and salad dish, sometime served by one of them, but sometime none of both.

Good points: 1. Located smack in the heart of downtown 2. Free parking in street in front of hotel (plenty when we stayed) 3. Free wi-fi internet in the lobby (quite fast) 4. Safe area (we arrived close to midnight & drove around to some nearby eateries at 1 AM) 5. Front desk & other staffs helpful & professional 6. Hotel room (we were given a suite) actually clean but looked old, although hotel supposedly opened only 10 years ago

Bad points: 1. Shower area & water not big enough 2. Heater not functioning well when we stayed 3. Only 1 omelet per guest for simple breakfast (have to pay for more omelets) For the price we paid, no complaints from me.

The elevator was under maintenance upon my arrival. It was hectic to move my luggage upstairs to my room.

Location for seeing the historic sights of Amman.

Noisy area.

All the pictures that have been provided for the hotel, are accurate (what you see, is what you get.) Rooms were very spacious and clean. We were very impressed with the housekeeping staff, as they changed the linen and fresh towels were provided without asking for them. All staff were very: Approachable, respectable, hospitable, friendly and always ready to help and assist with any queries at all times. Staff were always ready to go above their duties, for example providing facilities and information on tours and sights. They would recommend great restaurants and trustworthy drivers throughout our stay. On a daily basis the assistant manager would check on our comfort and stay. As an avid football fan, I welcomed the extra facility they provided - which was live football matches everyday on a separate floor. I have already been recommending this hotel to everyone and I have only been back a week.

The outside exterior of the hotel is quite misleading (not a great looking exterior.) However, once you are through the main entrance all the mod - cons are there and available.

Location was superb, as well as having a fantastic roof terrace with excellent ciews from the city where you can have breakfast, the staff was always very helpful and friendly, clean towels and heating and hot water in winter

there was no separate shower in the bathroom, so you couldn't help sprouting water all over the place and out of the bathroom

Hotel is situated in the heart of Downtown Amman walking distance to Roman Theatre and local market. Excellent value for money and 5 star service. Would definitley come again and reccomend it to all!

Friendly and helpfull staff. And they organize decently priced day trips to a wide range of attractions with very trustworthy and skilled drivers.

It is a good hotel and the price is reasonable, the hotel emplyees are nice and helpful, especially for Mr. Mouhannad who helped me to reach to the hotel from the airport on the phone and Mr. Rafat who gave me a ride to the airport using his own car after the middle of the night, the same night when a storm hit Amman and the streets flooded and the transportation were stopped in many areas of the capital. So, they help the customers to secure their arrival, stay and departure which is great for the strangers.
