Arena Space Hotel  

I had an excellent experience staying at the Arena Space hotel. When I arrived, I as upgraded to a junior suit which was really marvilous. The hotel is located at one of the busiest and most vibrant streets in Amman and close to a number of shops and restaurants. If you like shawerma, I suggest you try Abboud only 10 meters from the hotel. The staff were expetinally friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of different Arabian dishes. The is a free wifi with strong strong signals in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommended it to others

I can say clear and loud, the rating for this hotel should not be more than" 1STAR". Housekeeping was pathetic, rooms are not cleaned until repeatedly requested. Food was bad. Hotel was freezing with no heater. My experience was the worst I've had ever!! I've stayed in 2Star motels which were far better than this. Sincerely advice all not to even consider this hotel as an option.

I liked the location of the Hotel.

The TV transmission was really poor. The resturant needs a lot of work - renovation, decoration, etc...

The hotel needs serious work ! the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors talking. The gym & pool is horrific. Moist everywhere, roof leaking, everything is dirty. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

I don't think that this hotel shall have four star rating. breakfast menu was the same everyday and not much variety. we request earlier for connecting room, but when we arrive it was not prepared. Only after a complain they finally make it. surrounding area of indoor pool was look untidy and need improvement.

We think we did not get what we payed for. Days after we came back to Amman and got another hotel for the same price with much more quality.

The breakfast was limited. Lobby restrooms were not clean and had no tissues to dry ones hands, instead the staff placed a toilet paper.

They need to renew everything although everything is working but kinda old.

The hotel staff were very kind and Omar on the reception was very cooperative. The Gym is well equipped.

The hotel looks like 2 or 3 star from the outside although the inside is better that what you will expec when getting in.

The location of the hotel is ok, slightly outside of the center but still some commercial area around.

Breakfast was poor (only local food) and disorganized. The hotel interior was old. Carpet in the corridor was old, dirty, and was letting go of the floor.

The first night's stay was deducted from my card prior to our arrival. They presented me with the credit card receipt on arrival, I didn't enter a pin or sign. I thought booking.com was supposed only take card details in case you didn't turn up, not for the hotel to charge you prior to arrival???

Comfortable room with nice large single beds.

Bar prices were very expensive. We arranged a private driver for a day by email with the hotel before we arrived and gave a list of places we wanted to go to however when we came to pay the driver at the end of the day it was more expensive than we had been quoted. If you decide to do this with this hotel beware - make sure everyone knows the agreed cost and exactly what for before you start the journey.

A well equiped gym. Huge rooms. Comfortable bed.

Unnecessarily rude staff. From the front desk to the pool attendant. Breakfast was only ok.

I liked this hotel becouse of many things : 1- the location of the hotel. 2-Very helpfull and friendly staff , you can ask them anything and they will try to help you with pleaser ( aspasially Omar and front office manager). 3-Really huge, very cleen and comfy room. Good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel, and im going to stay in this hotel if I will come back to amman

rooms are just so comfy, wide, and super clean. location is super, close to everything. staff so friendly and helpful.

the location for a city trip (close to facilities)...comfortable...nice buffet (morning and dinner)...WIFI available in rooms...Very nice people at the reception, very freindly and the front office Manager is a very nice man, ready to assist and help Customers; they even upgrade me and game a suite (very comfortable)...

...the language: if you don't speak arabic its difficult but one could notice that the staff is making a lot of effort to satisfy the client...and it's is very much appreciated...

1- Close to the city center where everything is a step away 2- Also, the smiling, dedicated staff are so kind and they present a continuous willingness to assist on all aspects. 3- rooms are spacious and clean

1 - some of the room furniture needs replacement with new-tidy pieces such as curtains and sofas. 2- the tv in the room didn't work either! 3- shampoo & body wash provided are cheap! 4- steam room was not working, it was under maintenance though! All in all, I still recommend this hotel for families and couples :)

The photo's of the hotel were very deceiving a lot more rundown than expected. THE MAIN THING: AWFUL SERVICE!!! I am a young traveller from the north of England. I have been lucky enough to travel to many countries and have stayed in a variety of accomodation. So i am by no means a fussy/moany traveller. But never in my life (even in 1* hotels/hostels) have I encountered such awful service. Aside from the rudeness and dirty looks it was there dishonesty and sheer incompetence that astounded me. After arriving we had a shower. The next morning we asked for fresh towels, after 30 mins I rang and was told "yes yes 5 mins". 40 minutes later I rang again and was given the same answer. My friend then went directly to reception, had to wait 10 mins for the receptionist to get off the phone. After asking for the forth time he was told it would be 5 minutes. After 10 he asked again and was told to wait in the room. The towels never showed. We then frustratingly used old wet towels before going out for the evening. The next day was the same story and again no towels ever arrived. We used our friends hotel in a different area to freshen up. At breakfast a waiter rudley barged into me without so much as a look of acknowledgment. I could go on for longer but I won't. There staff and management need some serious training in basic customer service and manners. You couldn't pay me to stay there again!

I think it is a good compination of location, price, facilities, and friendly staff.
