Very considered, humorous and helpful people. They offer what they promise: A great trip around Wadi Rum and an awesome stay in the desert. Plus kudos for the driver who drove extra careful for my girlfriend who has some back issues.

Barbecue at night was very special - they have an excellent chef! Same at breakfast. The view was very good, by sunset and by sunrise! For that price (20JD 3 Persons, breakfast included) it was very good! It's a tent, so the comfort of the beds might be unusual - you have to get used to it :-) We didn't knew the price of the barbecue, so it was 10 JD per person, it would be better if they would have spoken more with their guests.(in general!) We did our trip in the desert self-organised, so they were a little bit unhappy, it seemed... We didn't knew where to pay, and how is responsible for what, till the end. In the end everything was very fine.

The dinner and lunch were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in the desert makes this a unique experience. The Camel and Jeep excursions were very nice and we could do them at our own pace. The children loved it too !! Value for money is good, but off course you need to accept some disconfort. The camp was very difficult to find, the booking.com instructions were insufficient, I needed to make an expensive phone call to get there. The shower facilities are too basic : no separation for men and women, and very very basic.

Staff were friendly and spoke decent English. Facilities were comfortable enough, and the staff was accommodating. Views of the sunset and sunrise from the rocks next to camp were stunning. There were no lights or candles in the tents. I had a flashlight and a headlamp so no worries for myself, but I can imagine a lot of people won't have such things with them. I was also unclear on the shower facilities.......signs would help.

We booked accomodation for cca $10 per person, but after arrival we were told we have to take a package - including accomodation, 3-hours tour in the desert, transport to the camp, dinner and breakfast, altogether for 35 jod per person ($50!). We were cornered a bit, as we were not offered other options and it was not clear that if in case we would have chosen a tour in the village (which were waaay cheaper) they would have transported us to the camp anyway. They told us it was our fault because we didn't check their webpage, but I think I just booked an accomodation (as well as in other 4 hotels in Jordan) and I simply didn't have time to check the web sites of them. After they saw we were hesitating, they lowered the price to 30 jod per person (180 jod in total), which was still hugely overpriced, as standard prices for the 3-hours desert trips were around 70 jod per jeep (and as mentioned, accomodationn for 6 people should be around $60). In the end they gave us price 25 jod per person (150 jod in total), but they arrived with very old car in a bad shape and gave us a tour of only 2 hours instead of 3, so we felt pretty much ripped off. After checking out they also told us that they had cancelled our booking at booking.com, but I wasn't able to understand what was the reason (probably not to pay provision?). To warp it up, this camp is largely overrated and if you can avoid it, I really recommend you to do so. There is no big difference between services provided by this camp and other camps.

First, the location is perfect, the campsite is in a remote part of Wadi Rum. The staff was very friendly, our tent was big enough. The breakfast (buffee) was nice. The dinner was very tasty. They offered a lot of tasty dishes including chicken cooked under the sand.

Had a fantastic stay in Wadi Rum in a truely remote and beautiful part of the world. All the staff were friendly and helpful making our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Arranged 4x4 tour and camel ride at the camp easily and the team pick you up and drop you back to the village. Amazing full moon whilst we were there, but stars still bright. Fun evening camp fire and music, plus met some great fellow travellers. Recommend staying for at least 2 nights too really enjoy the remoteness and desert atmosphere. Nothing, loved it! However would recommend bringing some of your own kit to make stay more comfortable: Sleeping bag/sheet. Wet wipes as hot water can be limited. Torch. A few extra snacks - good shop in Wadi Rum Head scarf or hat/sunscreen Cash - don't think there is an ATM nearby.

We did enjoy our stay and slept surprisingly well. The trip to the camp was almost better than our paid desert safari! The music around the fire was lovely and very atmospheric. The tea served was really sweet and just how I like it. Amazing setting and, as always in the desert, the sky is incredibly beautiful...Tents are also really sturdy - it was very windy when we stayed and they didn't move or shake at all. Also liked the price and the fact you can do this online - tours would charge a fortune for a similar experience! There were a few niggling things which could really improve the camp...I Asked about the shuttle 3 times before we left the uk - both in the original booking and also via email but received no reply so when we arrived we weren't sure where to go/what to do/where to park. After speaking to the guys at the visitors' centre, we got picked up from Rum Village but the guy never confirmed anything because he didn't speak English and I'm not sure whether people need to pay entry fees - they sort of forgot ours, I think. Then when we arrived at the camp, that was kinda it. I was a bit confused as to what we were supposed to be doing (it was 8pm and pitch black) and nobody showed us to our tent or anything. We went inside the main building and they did a lovely tea and music session, but they appeared really offended when we said we'd eaten at Petra and didn't need the foil covered left- overs. Eventually, someone showed us to our tent but I would have appreciated going there when we first arrived to freshen up and also it would have been really nice just to have two flat sheets because our bed was really, really sandy. The toilets are basic, as expected but a hand towel and some toilet paper would be lovely. Then in the morning we were ready by about 7.30 and took some photos, when we went into have breakfast (which was bread and shop-bought jam) we were told everyone was waiting for us in the truck so we never got it! Nobody told us the plans and we didn't realise checkout was so early. We then arrived at a random building where apparently we were to wait for a bus to Petra - but we needed to go back to our car! The guys were nice, but it just felt as if there was a serious lack of communication. They also asked us to leave a review - which always really, really annoys me! Another little improvement would be numbers on the tent - they all look the same when you arrive after dark!

We spent 2 days in Wadi Rum at Bedouin Expedition, and had a fantastic time. Eghab and his brother Mohamed ensured we saw lots of the area and were well fed and cared for - all at a very reasonable price! Sabre the cook made delicious meals. I hadn't planned much ahead, but everything fell into place upon my arrival and I appreciated the flexibility. We enjoyed experiencing the best of the Bedouin hospitality!

it was inexpensive staff was friendly and mellow unlike some of the other companies we looked at who were pushy and only wanted you to book their tours. Beds were pretty comfy. you must buy your own water, and showers cost 3jd. both of which are non issues except none of this was mentioned online.

Its located in Wadi Rum Protected Area which is a World Heritage location. The food was fantastic cooked in the Bedouin way. They have clean hot showers and comfortable rooms. I booked a Jeep tour with them the first day and went to alot of places which was great. The seocnd day i stayed at camp for the day and went hiking with some other travelers up a sandstone mountain just 500m from the camp. I hope to go back there one day so i can climb the other sandstone mountains near the beautiful camp!!
