Good staff and good cooperation and support
noise coming from the construction project in the neighbor hood
There was construction near the hotel which was annoying when driving there
Location and facility size
Small details in room cleaning can make a huge difference
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable.
The plug to the kettle was broken, thus meaning the room was not properly checked by staff before occupancy.
poor service , old rooms .
I'll list the negative things to help the hotel improve: The room was prepared for 1 guest although we were a couple. We asked for an extra bath rob and slippers, the request was acknowledged but never fulfilled. We asked for an adapter, they said they need a day to arrange it! The next day we asked the reception again, and they gave it to us immediately! Turned out they're have a drawer full of adapters. The staff didn't help us to get a taxi when needed. We tried the room service, the food wasn't good. When they cleaned the room, the left the food tray outside the room for a day! Loud noise and music from the above floor. Low class cheap looking guests (probably prostitutes), Could be staying in or visiting the clubs.
Fix the stupid elevator
Room not quite due to construction site. Old furniture. The restaurant is at the swimming pool, people are checking you while swimming, making people uncomfortable. Food is not tasty and too expensive. Location is so far from everything, you need to walk good distance for anything. Taxies are hard to find and hotel taxis are expensive. It was the worst experience I had in 5 star hotel, not worth the money.
staff did not fix door that was broken inspire being told about problem numerous times. Ordered room service - staff got the wrong order. Overpriced for the rooms
No hot water
It's dated hotel. Poor breakfast. Room was worn.
Everything is good
The front desk and the bell desk staff were very pleasant and went out of there way to help me. The breakfast was well presented. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean, with no smell of tobacco that I have seen mentioned in other reviews. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
I liked the location and most of the staff were nice.
We had to ask for tissues and toilet paper as they wouldnt put new ones even if they have cleaned the room and saw that there wasnt any. Also we needed to ask to have the bathroom cleaned even if they had already cleaned it as it wouldnt be very clean.
The staff were very nosy and the wifi doesn't work
We like all the services provided to us during the stay The breakfast was excellent
The mini bar kept on the room was not working on complaining they replaced three times but remain the same
Room was great! Some complementary biscuits would have been nice though! Ground floor restaurant - wish had used it more! The Lullaty (can't remember exact name) Ballroom Airport pickup and drop off - though would prefer slightly cheaper, e.g. 30JD instead of 40JD. The friendliness of the Luna Lounge staff Good security - checking bags at entrance
Sports bar on second floor was too smoky (and poorly lit) Unavailability of gym - should have had a room discount! Surprising lack of knowledge of some reception staff when enquiring about available tours. Lack of communication between Transport staff and Reception staff
Hugely spacious and comfortable room.
I changed some pounds into local dinars and they apply an unfair and disadvantageous exchange rate. After I left I've highlighted the possible mistake but they rejected any instance. A friend of mine was given less cash than due at reception, but fortunately she spotted the issue immediately. The staff is not as professional as a 5-star hotel would suggest. The location is not ideal if you want to visit the old part of Amman. The breakfast is average and lacks fresh fruit. The check-in process was quite long. The lights control was not working in my room and 2 guys has to come fix it.
The stuff are cooperative. I recomend it. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are wide and very clean. In general its a great hotel with a very good price.
