The friendly staff and manager, Mr. Wael. The rooms on the first floor were recently renovated and were kept clean. The second floor rooms need to be renovated. |

the hotel is a 1 star. Hallway carpets old, worn and dirty. Room too small and crammed. Bathroom very poorly let and toilet stuck after first flush. The towels are very old and grey.The room smeeled very damp |

The service was great, the room was cleaned top to bottom, they brought us breakfast to our room every morning, filled our fridge with drinks and snacks. This in turn was to over compensate for the bed on wheels with the broken bed frame and the lack of water at night. All in all if the service was in any other hotel, it would be worth it but in this instance it was literally the hotel that was the issue. I don't know about any stars, but I might it a moon or two. No water at night, broken bed, initially a dirty room |

Friendly/helpful staff. Nice and spacious rooms, modern facilities. The construction of the hotel was not yet finished and building continued after eleven. |

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The value for the money is excellent. What other hotels do you find for a 32 US $ in Amman? The only thing this hotel needs is just a better maintenance of the carpets and bathrooms. |

La relativa vicinanza al cento della città di Amman, in 10 minuti di taxi si raggiunge (a piedi non è consigliabile) Il fatto che la colazione si può fare dalle 8 del mattino e non prima; la colazione viene portata in camera, dopo telefonata al centralino e non sempre il servizio è celere (abbiamo dovuto aspettare una mezz'ora uno dei giorni...) |

Makkelijk te vinden van het vliegveld. De eerste 2 overnachtingen hadden we een mooie kamer, 2e keer viel de kamer tegen (kleiner). Goedkoop. Personeel spreekt matig Engels, moesten vragen om handdoeken, internet deed het niet, geen parkeerplek. Tijdens ons verblijf waren ze nog aan het verbouwen en daar begonnen ze al om 8 uur mee. |

Cet hôtel permet un accès très facile dans le centre ville d'Amman. Il est situé dans le quartier des ambassades et de ce fait il s'agit d'un quartier très calme. La propreté de l'hôtel est malheureusement notoirement insuffisante. |

La proximité du Centre Ville d'Amman et la facilité pour s'y rendre depuis l'hôtel est appréciable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier "diplomatique" entouré d'ambassades et de ce fait le quartier est très calme. La propreté de l'hôtel est notoirement insuffisante. Les petits déjeuners se prennent en chambre, l'hôtel ne semblant pas disposer de salle à cet effet. Nous avons adressé des Emails à l'hôtel avant notre arrivée pour le trajet "aéroport - hôtel" sans la moindre réponse. |

L'accueil L'hotel est un peu éloigné du centre ville mais facile d'accès et le personnel est gentil par contre la propreté est limite, les chambres lugubres et les murs en carton...mais nous avons tout de même bien dormi! C'est le principal pour un hôtel et il est peu cher. |
