Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good.
concierge would really be helpful to suggest a plan for visiting the sites. Or even just some pamphlets on sites to visit.
Tour operator - Mr. Rashad - pls contact him for your visit
Mr. Thayer at the front desk was more than helpful ... very professional and very very helpful. He made our stay more comfortable and more welcoming.
No one was smiling. Only one type of coffee offered. Should have more varieties of hot and cold drinks. The room's refrigerator was very very poor. No where to dry clothes when washing them by hand. No washing machine. Map of the area should be at front desk and main attractions (Malls, restaurants... etc.).
Old towels, Leaking AC, moisturised rooms, bad smell, bad breakfast
The staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable, location and other things.
central location with easy access to many important areas of the capital friendly, helpful staff generally clean and tidy
internet connection was interrupted or slow too--a definite negative for those who are on business or trying to communicate with family and friends the towels are not laundered as well as they should be
good environment.nice people
breakfast always the same
Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, small kitchen, good shower.
Slow room service, coffee was horrible
No AC the first 2 nights
stuff was kind and collaborative the room was fair for the rate
old and not good quality towels bathroom very small and hot water missing sometimes
The staff was very helpful. We had a two bedroom suite and it was very large and comfortable. They delivered the breakfast to our room. I had emailed them asking for suggestions about our itinerary in Amman and they responded back in a timely manner.
The location in the middle of a residential area, no restaurants closeby. The window shutters of our room were closed and we could not take them up, so no natural light came in. TV didn't work, floor was not very clean (I had spilt water and when mopping it up with napkins I found this out). Breakfast was served in the room, but they said we could decide on the time and call 15 min. before, but then we were woken at 8 o'clock, because breakfast was being served. Local phonecall of 3 mins. cost us nearly 2 dinar/more than 2 euro. Ridiculous!
The location is perfect, main street is just 100 meters away still the neighborhood is quite, and of course the balcony was all we needed and dedicated parking spaces for the hotel guests
The hotel has a nice design, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, it also had a kitchen and a generous bathroom. A nice 3 stars hotel! Unfortunately, we dind't had time to try their breakfast.
The hotel is situated very far from the city center, being almost impossible to reach the center without a rented car or a taxi. I recommend you to search for a hotel on, at most, the 2nd circle (Jabal Amman) if you're planning to stay a few days in Amman. This hotel is on the 5th circle!
The suite is large enough with well equipped kitchen facilities. Staff was friendly and cooperative
There was no dining table in the room
The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, and our suite was a great size.
The hotel had run out of towels and took a while for them to provide us with some. They had forgotten to put pillow cases on our pillows one night.
This hotel is in a nice residential area and the staff is very nice. Its modern and clean. We felt very comfortable as a family and we intend to stay there again in the near future.
Rooms were clean and well laid out.
We stayed on 2 separate nights (at the beginning and end of a trip). On both occasions the same issues occurred. Only 2 towels were provided even though we were booked for 5 people; the heating at night was so high that we had to open all windows in order not to overheat. This resulted in us being woken by traffic and other noise throughout the night. They seemed unable to address the heating issue despite multiple attempts.
