The staff was cooperaive. Wi-fi facilities were good. location is central.

The bathrooms need a lot of repair. There need to be more power outlets in the dormitories.

There I found uncommon kindness and availability. The holder Andrāws and his staff make you really feel like home! Very recommended place.

Some rooms a little bit noisy sometimes, need to use ear plugs o sleep well. This is just price to pay to stay in downtown.

The man, Andrew, who runs the hostel is the best person you'll ever meet while traveling. He's more than willing to help you with anything and everything. When our group got stood up by the cab that was supposed to take us to Petra, we went back to the hostel and Andrew arranged for a cab which got there within fifteen minutes of his calling. It's also super cheap which is perfect for college kids and people looking to save money. The location is also a plus!

The facilities are not super clean and are pretty run down. The beds are not comfy and neither are the pillows.

Everybody was friendly in the hotel, all the service was great.

At the reception, Andrew will host you very well and give you advice for any need

Excellent staff, especially an owner - very friendly and helpful. Common room, where all travellers can meet each other is great. The place has good vibes, an atmosphere is remarkable, excellent location, good value for money. Definitely will come back.

Some rooms can be very noisy due to loud music from local restaurant next to the hotel, where local people are partying till very late.

Bang for your buck is what you get. You get a bed, hot water and toilet. It's also clean (at least the rooms are). Easily the most budget friendly place we have stayed at.

The single shared communal toilet (there is another toilet, however it's missing a seat). For some reason the other guests happend to lack hygiene so the toilet was seldom in usable condition. Do you feel lucky?

Location Helpful / polite manager - called by name every time I saw him.

Good Manager, nice people, feel warm, near Roman Theatre and Roman fountain.

Andrew is the most friendly and helpfull man in Amman.

The beds are a little bit out of date.

Central location. And the owner (I believe it was the owner) was the friendliest person I've ever met in my life! Also very helpful and always full of advises! Thanks!

The location is Great! A few min walk away from Rome Theatre, there are many nice restaurant around including the famous Hashem Resto. The Staff speak good English and extremely friendly & helpful

The only downside is the noise from outside! Sleepless street! Light sleepers need earplugs!

The staff at Cliff hotel are amazing. Andrew, Faoud & George took amazing care to make sure that our experience in Amman was safe and enjoyable. Organising everything from local taxi's to tourist trips to Petra and Dead Sea. They showed us local businesses and places to eat and explained the prices we should be expected to pay, allowing us to better engage these local business without the feeling of being taken advantage of. I don't think we could find a better place in to stay.

El precio, ya que es muy barato, y lo amables que son los dueños, se desvivían por ayudarnos.

Aunque está limpio, todo es viejísimo y los colchones dan asco, puesto que sólo nos daban una sábana.

Muy antiguo, pocas duchas. Los baños no estaban muy limpios

Le personnel très amical et le bons conseils qu'ils m'ont donné pendant mon séjour.

Les chambres sont extrements vetustes, quasiment pas meublées et je ne suis pas sur que les couvertures fournies soient de premiere fraicheur. Et les sanitaires... Toutefois pour le prix on ne peut pas critiquer.

L’accueil était particulièrement appréciable. Le coin salon est propice aux belles rencontres ...

Un emplacement idéal (juste en face du fantastique resto Hashem) et un personnel super serviable et sympa. C'est un excellent rapport Q/P. Impossible de trouver moins cher.

Les sanitaires sont un peu limites

Il proprietario è una persona eccezionale, molto accogliente e disponibile. Non é un hotel, é un punto d'appoggio se si vuole lasciare le valigie e fare una pennichella prima di un volo di notte. Sconsigliato per gente troppo sensibile e maniaci della pulizia. Raccomandato per backpackers o per avere un appoggio ad Amman.
