The modern Misk Hotel was opened in 2010 and is less than 4 miles from the center of Amman. It features an International restaurant and cozy rooms decorated in soft colors with flat-screen TVs.

New and clean hotel, everything was perfect
Hotel room servies, reseption seevies
Very nice hotel for a stay in Amman, quiet and with a perfect room and service.
Not very close to the most touristic center of Amman, but anyway its a big city, and its nice for a business trip.
I have stayed more than 2 hrs before check in !! they said we have water problems in the upper levels room.
just room service
there is nothing to like
New hotel with new furniture. Also, I would like to mention the effort of the General Manager to make up for his poor staff service. He is very kind.
Majority of staff lack the customer service orientation. Every one is acting as a manager believing that guests are his employees. I've never seen this kind of attitude in the hotel business. They don't know how to smile. When complaining about the service they take it personal and try to punish you, can you believe it?!
Location Clean sheets Room size is fair Room cleanliness is fair Room decoration is fair Sheets, mattress and pillows quality is fair Wifi was good Soundproofing was fair Check in/out process did not take lots of time
Breakfast - no much variety I asked for an iron it took them more than an hour to bring it after i called for 5 times! to be fair they said irons were on demand. Everyday they tide up our room by making the bed and changing towels yet for the three days we stayed, the room was NOT vacuum cleaned! and worse part is that every single day i used to put the bath foot towel on the floor aside so it get changed and the cleaner will put the same dirty one back!!
The name of the hotel
- the staff service - not professional at all - wifi
Didnt like the food prices to much expensive
I like the spa team Mr Ammar Al qudsi and Mr Moataz. In general it was nice to stay there.
The staff The wifi
No parking The window brings some noise from the street, it should be better shut
the hotel is clean and modern haven't tried the food there so i cant jundge.
the staff weren't helpful not value for money no one knows where the hotel is unless u say opposite Regency hotel then its easy.
Cleanliness. Comfort. Staff. Almost everything was great really.
The room making up needs more attention (for example the 1st time they fix my room they didn't change towels and tissue box and the 2nd time they didn't replace the bath robe. There was no pen in the room. The food arrived to my room little bit cold. Just small things to avoid.

Nothing !! I experneced very very bad situation in this hotel and I think the reason for that is you BOOKING , because when I made booking I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 child , but when I came to hotel I found the booking for 1 adult and 1 child , and the receptionist requsted more funds 21.5 JD for 1 room and 1 nights that the sum is 129 JD. For this bad treatment from hotel and from you BOOKING.com I insisted to cancelled this booking. Now I want to know who responsible about this mistake.
Very expensive , staffs are not friendly except a person called Ahmed, who wrks everywhere some time as baggage carrier and some receptionist. Parking is very bad because of muddy.
Good Price Good confort
Next to very busy Amalia street (noise) You need a car to get around (nothing in walking distance)
Helpful staff and great hospitality and the location was perfect for my kid who was participating in horseback riding competition for the Arab League
This hotel was built in 2013. So, it is in perfect condition. The hotel front desk and staff are ten out of ten. I was shocked by how good the room service cheeseburger was.
This problem is not directly about the hotel. Amman is difficult to get around. There are no good hotels in the center because this area is old. So, there really is no quality center of the city.
the staff were unfriendly, in particular the receptionist, he was unwelcoming and unfriendly, I can't recall he even smiled. And he was making everything sounds complicated. And after 4 nights stay at the hotel we asked for one hour late check out and he said we need to pay 15$ extra for one hour although the hotel was empty. On the other hand the rooms are clean and neat. Still not good value for money we paid 100 jod per night.
Nice hotel and friendly staff
Location is not easy accessible
The calm and decent place to stay in
Room service cleaning is not satisfiying
Thanks to Mr. MAHMOD abo sad
