Being on a main transport artery transport passes by right outside the door. Easy to hail a cab and not expensive. Modern, spotless and well designed room. Extremely comfortable with great wifi access.

It was clean and rather new. The bathroom and shower was good enough.
Wifi has a maximum capacity, so when so many guests are connected, it becomes impossible to connect and you have to wait! it happened to me shortly after midnight. The receptionist did not really care and did not even apologize. He told me "you have to wait. If you have sthg urgent, you need to come down to the business center and use a PC", which of course was very practical after midnight in your pijamas... When the connection works, it is extremely slow and keeps on disconnecting. The lobby in the morning smells fried eggs..Omelets are being prepared indoors in the restaurant without any ventilation and it is right immediately next to the lobby.. very unprofessional. This hotel is nice.. but it lacks attention to detail and staff going the extra-mile. it is a management issue.

The unhelpfulness of one member of staff who offered no apology or suggestion ref the noise -see below The terrible noise for evening events which kept us awake until 1.00 am most nights The fact that while the brochures said the Boulevard restaurant was open 06.30 to 22.30, it wasn't open after breakfast at all except for one evening of our 12 at the hotel when there was a tour party in The fact that we went up to the Mood restaurant to eat on two evenings to find it shut. That we were given no information about the fact there would be only room service food available. The inconsistencies of service I had to ask to have our sheets changed as I didn't think they had been changed for 9 days , I could be wrong but that was my impression.
Too much security check up makes you feel uncomfortable not relaxed
It was a clean, modern, very comfortable hotel. The staff were always keen to help.
I don't appreciate hidden costs when booking a hotel. I understand that there may be a tax charge but additional charges for room servicing and taxation on breakfast were surprising. The overall cost for two nights including one breakfast for two people increased the original cost of the stay by almost 50%. This is why I question its value for money.
Clean every thing seems new
Staff was not nice at all, each time i approach them they gave feeling that they are busy and iam not important for him even when i called them by phone the guy saied iwill be .back to you and he did not. Wifi did not work The reception guy on night shift on 1.8.2014 was terrible the morning guy shift was better .

They should get new Towels

I spent 5 days in Corp Amman. Was ok except one thing. I paid 5 nights with breakfast BUT on Sunday Jun 29th began the Ramadan and... there was no breakfast in the restaurant at all. All was closed. The lady at the reception desk said that they can "organize something" to my room. I didnt want something in my room, like I was unoficial guest so I asked for a refund for paid breakfasts. No way. Before my departure lady said that there was no reason for refund because hotel was ready to serve the breakfast in the hotel restaurant OR in the room which is not true. Finally no breakfast and no money back for paid breakfasts.
They had tour to petra,dead sea,wadi ram,jarash, aqaba and any other place you wanted. A great staff made anything you wanted possible, felt like home :)
Very good hotel. Very friendly staff. Everything new, clean, nice designed. Good and tasty breakfast. Fitnessroom well equiped, climatized and clean and till 11pm open. The free wifi functioned very well. The log-in (easy) only once for all the days I stayed in the hotel and it functioned continuously in the room, breakfast room, roof terras. No need for new new log-ins. Very relaxing! Also to download my newspaper without any problems. Beautiful roof terras. Good food there.

The attitude of one of the staff member was not at all good. Hotel has all good things, location-wise, facilities-wise etc. Most of the staff are quite nice, however one staff member who doesn't seem to care of the customers will spoil the reputation of the hotel.
