Upgrading hotel, we got one of the old tired rooms, not too clean, friend got new upgraded rooms, very nice.

Liked the lobby - lots of comfortable seating areas away from lobby traffic. Had a great meal at the rooftop restaurant. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Room was a nice size and nice decor. Attractive property overall.

We could hear sounds from the adjoining room. There was a door between our room and that room, so perhaps that made it easier for sound to travel between rooms

I like the hospitality , worm welcoming, the attitude of the staff was excellent spicily at the reception and concierge. I liked dining ( breakfast ).

The room & bathroom cleaning , the attitude of the spay employee . the prices of hotel taxi its too high .

Smoking is allowed in restaurants, bars, lobby and ventilation is very poor almost everybody is chain smoker. The hotel is smoker's paradise but i would not recommend it to non-smokers and visitors with kids.. The walls in the rooms are paper thin soundproofing is terrible an uninterrupted sleep is impossible. I was told to turn on the A/C to be less disturbed by the noisy neighbours.

Very clean modern design with very helpful staff.

Executive lounge could do with an update but maybe that's on the way.

Not worth the price at all! Internet extremely expensive, the hotel was under maintenance for the same price. I couldnt have late sleep. The most expensive hotel in amman and the price does not include breakfast! The breakfast 20 dollars for person!!! I dont recommend it to anyone

I travel a lot this is the worst hotel in which I lived Enough carpet disgusting smell that made me leave the hotel after one night only when my reservation was for five nights Officer looked at me, achieving you use the mini bar is not it!! Tea maker has worked once and for the next time I hold it in my hand until it ended I Asked for my mobile a phone charger at night I left the hotel the next day with out receiveing it I found another mush muc=sh better otel with 60$ less coast

TV was not so clear and not much channels...net is not free as other hotels

My Credit card were the pirate during my stay the hotel.It is expected that the information leaked from hotel staff

I found the hotel too expensive and not worth the money paid for and not only that pay the taxes over and above the stated price ;if I knew that I had to apy 20% taxes ,not go;the spa is total dissapointment ; the location terrible from centre;

Room are ok - staff the porters terrible;receptionist useless taxis thieves ask for help to take bauses and we got lost and paid fortune with taxis

The Location and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is under reinnovation, they offer the same price for the 30 years old rooms with the sam price of the reinnovted rooms which are located in the lower floors. I think the hotel is cheating.
