A real Jordanien hotel, the staff where friendly but didn't speak englisch. Only jordanien people stayed here, wich was oke

Actually I didn't like anything as I was deceived by this company as I will explain below and they showed 'booking.com' as unreliable booking website. Al Dharagma is misusing this website and spoiling their reputation.

Actually I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked on-line and paid using my credit card,however, upon arrival at wadi saqra they told me that they had no flat for me there and they wanted to transfer me to jabal alwabidi, their other branch, which was very old and poorly furnished with no services at all. I showed them the confirmation of my booking from 'booking.com', they told me that wasn't enough and I should have got an sms message from them confirming my booking. As it was late at night and the weather was rainy, I had to accept and they gave me only room with toilet. Without a sitting place, kitchen or any other facility. They gave me discount but money wasn't my main concerned and furthermore I had to pay in cash. They spoiled my holiday. I will write a complaint to 'booking.com'' as they are being used to deceive people by al Dharaghma apartments.
