Excellent staff , So welcoming and caring , good food , good location , It was worth every penny .

On the web site they say they have a gym but it`s actually out of order . this needs to be fixed

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpfull. We arrived at 9.00 in the morning and they managed to get us a nice room in 30min! Since on reservation was stated check in after 14.00! Parking was no problem, hotel security was watching the street all night. Room had a nice balcony with street view. All in one hotel stay was excellent!

Nice room, spacious with good decoration. Clean and comfortable.

We had requested a double bed, but got 2 single beds pushed together which is not as comfortable.

I want to thank Mr. Saqer and Mr. Ziad for their warm welcome they were cooperative and very kind, they accept any claim and solve it on time,

First day breakfast buffet was not suitable for 4 stars hotel, stuff in restaurant were not cooperative specialty Mr. Shokry and the chef . I register my claim to Mr. Saqer and Mr. Ziad . The second day breakfast was good.

Good location

Only street parking was a bit difficult. Restaurant would not let us have wine even if we brought it ourselves. We asked for ice and it took me three visits to reception and a show of 'teeth' before it was finally provided.

The hotel is clean& the staff very cooperative the break fast nice&the location excellant

They need acofee machine in the rooms & the roof need maintenance

A lovely hotel! Staff very friendly and professional, bedrooms tastefully decorated, really comfortable and mine came with a balcony. It was also very clean. The hotel is centrally located in Aqaba so really close to all restaurants and shops and there is plenty of free parking just outside the hotel. You can also get to the southern beaches driving in about 15 mins. Breakfast also good, lots of choice although the plates available for hot food were side plates so a bit on the small side! For the price I paid, this was excellent value for money, I can highly recommend it for a short stay

My room was at the front of the hotel facing onto the main street so at night it was very noisy with cars honking and boy racers trying to outdo each other in souped-up Toyotas......although it didn't go on till too late, it was quite annoying. Also, get some bigger plates and bowls for the breakfast buffet too!!

It was a very calm place for relaxing and a good night sleep. The staff were very friendly it was clean and comfortable.and very good budget wise.also we loved how close it was to the entertainment places and also great for shopping.

Some needed stuff in the room were missing like:slippers,hair conditioner, moisturizer. also it would be great if the rooms had carpets on the floor .

The beds were way to hard and it wasn´t always fun to be woken up at 4.55 every morning by the imam in the nearby mosque...
