The private beach for Dead Sea floating! Quite expensive - but this shows in the quality, however there was a lack of choice on the evening food options.

Waiters/ waitresses in the restaurant were friendly The staff didn't tell me about the free wifi in the bar and instead tried to make me buy 10 hours even though I was staying 1 night. The beach is more like a building site Saw a huge cockroach near the restaurant Very little fresh fruit with breakfast (all canned)

We booked a triple room and a double room for two nights. The hotel offers spacious rooms, and break fast buffet within the hotel price. Pools was good for children and they enjoyed well. The location of the hotel is great due to its private seafront access to the dead sea;only few hotels are having this facility in Amman. Hotel staff is ok, Break fast and dinnery buffet was excellent with variety of dishes to satisfy . Needless to say we enjoyed dead sea experience due to its genuine specialty I doubt this hotel have triple rooms without a fold out camp bed. For the triple room that we booked, the hotel offered a double room with a fold out bed, that was of poor quality with springs almost pressing towards body. The air condition was not functioning appropriately, though we complained to room service, no response had initiated from them. Communication between the front office and housekeeping and other inter departmental seems poor. The hotel is very badly maintainled. The wall painting near to lift on first floor is below the level of an understated hotels .maintaine on the area towards beach area is extremely poor. To make situation further worst, the construction is going on in that area, which may be completed within few months. We stopped our vehicle on the way back from Petra on the shores of dead sea before reaching this hotel. That shore was more beautiful than the hotel beach. In the night no entertainment activities seen. It appears that hotel is more targeting for medical tourism The website says we can get dead sea view from the balcony. We cannot see it from the room; one has to go to balcony to get a partial view of dead sea; the view from balcony was largely obstructed by other hotel buildings/fascilities. Iinternet fascilities provided by the hotel is very costly

Location - but go to any of the other hotels for a better experience! Terrible standard of rooms, food and service. There is a newer section but we ended up in the (very) old section of the hotel, it was poorly maintained with poor facilities and when we asked to upgrade we were met with a blank no - no offer to fix anything wrong. We had asked for a non smoking room but were given a smoking room _ changed twice - each time was a smoking room again - gave up asking after 3rd room switch!

Location, room appearance, cleanlisness, various pool/relaxation options. The food, especially breakfast, was pathetic - old bread, crossaints, etc. No chef available to make eggs or an omelette and after a heated argument the poor waiter jumped in behind the hot plate to assist. The hashbrowns should rather be called "thrashbrowns" - neither one of us could swallow it down. Sausages tasted as if it cae straight from a can. Appauling. Many tv channels were not available even though they're listed. The front desk staff is unprofessional to say the least - buddy-buddy like.

Facilities were lovely. Staff seemed eager to please. Access to Dead Sea and mud baths were well organized, with sand freshly spread over rocky areas. Very peaceful and beautiful. A perfect place to recover after a busy adventure tour of Jordan. We loved the reproductions of Madaba mosaics found around the facility, especially the restored lion in the scene at Bethany by the Jordan! Spa facilities seemed quiet. I might have used a leisure spa for a massage or reflexology if it had been available.
