This was our "budget stay" hotel on a trip to Jordan so could spend money elsewhere and it exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you have a fun stay in Madaba. They helped us arrange beach access at the Dead Sea. The rooms and beds are average but I expect that is what you would find in the rest of Madaba as well! Simple and pleasant is exactly what you need for a quick trip through Madaba. Very close to the airport.
very clean and near to the city centre and mosaics - Madaba is a really nice city to visit perfect for your 1st or last day in Jordan. Kind staff at breakfast, Not helpful in managing other noisy and bad mannered clients in the hotel.
The Hotel was hosting a big group of tourist. They have been slamming doors and shouting in the corridors literally all night long. Making for us impossible to have any rest. No one from the staff has bothered to ask them to be quiet, even after complaining, this is unacceptable. Due to the big number of guests in the morning there was no hot water.
This hotel is new clean and comfortable, the staff is very nice and helpful, good value for money.
We stay at Dellilah Hotel for 2 nights, the firt night was very good but at the second night was a big group at the hotel and it was noisy, may be the isolation is not so good!
Nice location, walk to the Saint John Church only 10 mins.hot shower water, big toilet.big room with balcony. Reception girl is kind when I told her room number is unlucky for me, she changed another room immediately .
A little bit AC noise. Breakfast is too simple.
Staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and personally of a very high caliber. Both times I stayed at the hotel, two separate clerks put me in a quiet end of hallway so that I could get uninterrupted rest upon arrive the first time and departure from Jordan the next time. Additionally, on the morning of my departure I drove off from the front door with one of my bags still on the side walk. After a local student alerted the clerk about the stranded luggage on the curb (THANK YOU whoever you were!), the clerk called my international mobile phone to inform me of the left luggage. Truly amazing! An excellent and affordable alternative to staying at the one hotel next to the airport, which was roughly 30 minutes away.
Fairly dirty side street, but to be fair, most of Madaba is characterized like this whether a side street or main street. Included breakfast is more for the extremely famished, but there are a few items to get the grumble out of your stomach.
Big comfortable room, quiet (room was on the back side of the hotel). Includes air conditioning, and little fridge. Location close to city center.
Breakfast buffet has reduced open schedule : was closed at 10:00 and not open at 7:45.
Helpful staff, spacious, spotlessly clean room, possible to arrange good value car rental
Very little left at the buffet breakfast one morning
- 30 min max drive to the airport - Cheap - Big room and nice bathroom
Staff were extremely helpful and attentative!!!
Location, service and the staff specially Omar the manager.
Good location, friendly stuff
New hotel but all building work was not made well. We did not like additional charge for the second cap of tee at breakfast - hot water with paper tee bag was charged for $2.
We were only there for a short time. Confortable beds, nice shower room. Lady at reception very proactive.
Although the room and beds were confortable, we had a very disturbed night when someone arrived al 1:30 and was given room opposite our and kept screeming, phoning, walking along the corridor all night, even after we knocked at the door to complain. Early breakfast was quite disappointing.
Good location, nice new and clean rooms, friendly staff!
Friendly staff, good location and clean. A brand new hotel. Breakfast was good as well.
Parking, friendly personnel, warm comfortable rooms. Very close to St.George church. Good breakfast, credit cards accepted.
Our stay was very comfortable. We stayed the night before heading to the airport and the location was fine for that. The hotel also has good proximity to shops and mini-marts. Staff was amazing...came down to the lobby at one point to find them dancing with my kids. Great folks! Breakfast was not the best we had while in Jordan but certainly not the worst by any stretch. Really great place!
Nothing. A beautiful place with kind people.
The staff is excellent. Really friendly, let us checkout late and provided good tips for visiting. Good location. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel is brand new. Everything is lovely and clean. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was the best! Very kind and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us from the airport late at night. They helped us to get food late from a local restaurant that was delicious. If you go to Madaba, this is the place to stay for sure.
Good facilities, well kept, modern ambiance, sense of oasis/security in a central Jordanian location. Sure bet for avoiding bad surprises. Airport proximity. Near all northern and central Jordanian attractions. Good base for exploring area.
Wifi works inside rooms on the first floor but not in rooms in the second, although bathrooms are better in the latter.
Its a friendship Hotel. The whole staff are friends who opened the hotel just two months ago. They do a lot that you feel well. The morning buffet comes with Jordanien food also with jam. Its a christian hotel, so they serve Drinks at there own bar, where do you can talk with the staff and enjoy the evening.
