The distance between the place and city center is good, 5 minutes walking Breakfast is filthy. Room and Carpet smell is stinky (Skunky). Noisy and on-going maintenance all day long, doors do not easily shut without being slammed.

location and price the breakfast, smell, and we did our laundry through the hotel and they gave it back to us wet when we'd paid for it to be dried. This led to us flying home with wet clothes. Do your laundry elsewhere or be more insistent than we were!

What was good The location was central and well placed to beach being in the centre of the city. Roof top terrace is a feature which has a view of the ocean but it's obscured all day by washing. It would be a good idea to move the line to the north side of the terrace. The rooms are generally clean and the lobby looks good except for the dying plants and the ashtrays although sometimes emptied are not wiped clean. A good size dining room but the inhospitable food service makes it an empty sad room. I would rethink the yellowing plastic on the tables that have been there too long. The staff are friendly and engaging except if you want something. The staff would make good fine weather friends which is not exactly suited to the running of a customer service based operation. Dweik Day 1 Breakfast. Don't expect much for breakfast. One warm boiled egg on a plate filled with 6 quarters of Arabic bread quarters. Condiments included were a cream cheese marmalade and butter. Not the nice kind of each. A second plate of olives which looked nice but not exactly breakfast fare with sliced sandwich cheese and sliced processed meat which in Australia we call Devon and is the cheapest of cheap meats. Because when I asked for a napkin and I was directed to the toilet to get some tissue and because the attendant served breakfast with a cigarette in his other hand I give this experience a two out ten or one star. By the way i did go into the male toilet for tissue and there was none. The sad thing is that a friend who came with us and who was negotiating a good rate had to pay 2.50 JD for the food which is not worth it at half the price. If that's not bad enough the restaurant staff who ate in the breakfast room were feasting on falafel pide hommous and other middle astern treats. They refused to share. I spoke with the owner who was attentive and motivated to change. This was encouraging. Day 2 breakfast. Slight improvement. The processed meat and the sad cheese were gone and a tub of natural yogurt was replaced but no fruit in sight. I saw fresh tomatoes and cucumber left on another table so I asked for that. No napkins or tissues but we were given a toilet roll. Worst of all is the breakfast staff attitude. A surly faced boy with a hood and hands in pockets is not a good start to breakfast. Staff smoking in the breakfast room is not good either. Heating. The room we were in had no heating or air conditioning. As it is winter and cold we were given an oil heater which we appreciated. Our friend in an adjoining room was not so lucky as he eventually found out 4 hours later that the hotel only had ten and they were all in service in other rooms. He was given an extra blanket. Day 3 breakfast.

Good place in the center of Aqaba. There is no wifi at all floors (just only 1-4th floors). Breakfast is continental, but Booking.com said that's full.

The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent - you can se ejust how close you are to the water from your balcony! Also, the facilities were modern so you don't have to worry about the small things like being able to put toilet paper in the tote, etc. Our air conditioning unit for the room was broken for the night, so the heat was a little unbearable :/

The staff were helpful, and arranged for our buses to the beach. The breakfast was not impressive, and on our last day, they ran out of eggs and didn't replenish them. When we asked about the price of a taxi to the border back to Israel, one guy overcharged us and quoted us 10JD though it only cost us 6JD.
