Edom Hotel (艾多姆酒店)  

房间还可以，就是电源太不靠谱了。一个房间居然所有的电源都不能用。其他还算干净，服务都不错。另外，离p- etra 好近。

The location is very good. It is walking distance from Petra ticket office. The staff at the reception was friendly. The room was average. Ample parking space.

Hotel moderne, tres propre, facile d'acces (l'entre du parc de Petra est a 200 metres). Personnel accueillant. Tres bon rapport qualite-prix. Restaurant-buffet sur place a un prix tres competitif. Je recommande !

The only thing I liked was the cost and how close it is to the entrance of Petra.

It was very dirty. The food was bad and the "spa" they pushed at check in turned out to be closed. Not impressive. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is very well located.

We had a problem with the taxi driver who brought us from the border with Israel to the hotel. Actually we thought that he was part of the hotel`s staff, but he wasn`T. It wouldn`t be a problem if my contact in the hotel had told me that in the e-mail that I sent to him to negociate the price of the transportation. In this e-mail, I wrote that I would pay everything (transfer + rooms) with my credit card, but when we arrived at the hotel, the taxi driver said that we had to pay to him (not to the hotel) and in cash. Other problem we had was with the heating sistem of my room. It took more than a hour to heat the water of my shower!!!

Excellent location, very close and easy walking to Petra and the local restaurants. Breakfast as good. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean with reasonable space. Given the cost of the hotel and hotels in the general area, I would say this hotel is a good value for the money.

Internet was poor. Wireless did not reach to our rooms and the service offered in the lobby was slow and ponderous. I think for most people it would be fine, but my husband requires internet to work as we travel. I'm not sure that "better" quality internet is available, so, if that is one of your requirements, I would suggest further research in the area to see if better quality internet can be had before booking.

Great location (close to restaurants, other shops and the gate to Petra), friendly and helpful staff

I arrived late & the reception was packed. But I was received warmly & all the information was patiently provided with smile & excellent English. Located 5 min from Petra entrance & next to Movenpick Hotel. Plenty of restaurants, Western Union exchange & sundry shops for miscellaneous supplies, 2 to 3 Turkish baths just along the street. Room was comfortable. Heating was very warm (temp in the low digits when I was there late Dec) & ample hot water. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to Petra.

The hotel is extremely close to the Petra site, and is on a "strip" of hotels and restaurants so finding places to eat was very easy.

The service was very good, we were recieved at the reception kindly, led to our room, the room was perfect, everything worked, the towels were prepared, there were some extra pillows and blankets. In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. There was a big cave inside, so they served dinner for us in the cave. It was very romantic and unsual. The food was delicious and the service just excellent. Thanks a lot for everything!
