Amazing food, ecofriendly.
A bit expensive.
The location is wonderful, (away from the horrible hotel chains at the dead sea), hot spring and waterfall, very tasty decorated, great breakfast, views from our bedroom, peaceful and quiet. A luxury
Quiet, Confortable and the relaxing hot Water of the swimming pool.
Breakfast and the hot springs
The hotel was not fully equipped for a 5 star hotel. We started our stay with complaints and regretted to have spent our holiday there. It was a big disappointment!
design of the hotel
The private access to spa hot springs.beautiful mountain and springs view from the room.Very friendly staff
What stood out was the excellence and amazing friendliness of the staff. From the door to the pool to the restaurants and bar they were exceptional. But the setting and views were awesome.
Noisy upstairs neighbours for a brief time...but that isn't the hotel's fault...
Staff were amazing and the setting was beautiful. It was absolutely relaxing. The water temp in the springs and pool was perfect.
Some areas could be cleaned better, like the grout in the showers. There were very few people there (a plus), but it meant that not all of the restaurants were open. Also, for the cost, I think general access to the spa and springs at the spa should be included for adults. Also, there were many more children than I expected and that made the pool area pretty loud.
swimming pool location
old bilding bad staff
Wine tasting Honeymoon private terrace dinner "Zarb" traditional Jordanian way of cooking
Amazing relaxation place with an amazing view. The stuff were so friendly. It needs a minimum of 2 nights stay.
No a singly complaint or something I didn't like.
the atmosphere and location are quite different.
Lot of potential but they don't see to invest to maintain the property. Bed sheets and towels are very old, mattresses are not good quality. Sunbeds are old and dirty. It's a shame, it could be much nicer especially for the price they charge!
Entrance to spa is paid, pool is small with artifical waterfall, pushy staff always asking heavily if you need anything in order to get tips, Overpriced food menu..
The room and the breakfast was excellent
The staff was many times rude, the pool was shut down and there was no guide about the hotels facilities at check-in. The pipes in the roof made a loud clicking sound ij the middle of the night waking us up and the spa treatments were way too expensive, almost double that of four seasons
We are really disappointed! The hotel doesn't deserve to be 5 stars hotel! It's dirty, old with un-professional staff. Late service, no welcome drinks, and nothing in the mini bar (they said we have to request that!). Also, no tissues, no toothbrush! High rated hotel for nothing! We booked to get relaxing, not smoking smell everywhere!! We are really not satisfied.
The hotel is in a deep green valley and is blessed with a natural waterfall. A large balcony provides a great location for breakfast and sensational sunsets. By Jordan standards the service was good. Great mesage available.
The hotel needs an influx of cash from corporate headquarters to bring back the lustre. There is a no exterior food or beverage policy, while eating and drinking exclusively in hotel gets expensive. The location is remote and not signed. Really is a modest four star in a five star price range.
The staff were helpful. Check in timing was precise and we were informed our rooms were ready while we were swimming. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice of them.
The lack of restaurant. Food at the Brown Bar was bad. Ridiculously over priced dinner buffet with a very limited variety. No one answers the phone when you dial "0" Kids were loud and noisy at the pool, they shouldn't allow kids in the center pool. No service by the pool. Workers working on renovation were staring at the ladies bodies in a very inappropriate way. The spa pool should be part of the hotel facility and you shouldnt have to pay 38 jd to enter, what a rip off. Our sheets weren't so clean. Over priced and you dont get your paid value!
Everything is good except room maintenace.....
Staffs are not professional....
The spa - wonderful.
Service was quite slow in the restaurant. The kettle didn't work in the room. There was no poolside refreshment service and two of the poolside loungers were broken. An obligatory 10% service charge was added to all purchases - this should be discretionary. The spa menu was out of date - it should be changed and manicures/pedicures should be offered.
I was really impressed by the staff and espacially the duty manager who made sure all our requirement were fullfilled. Thank you again for the impressive room with an brethtaking view on the hot springs. we will come back for sure !!!
This is a beautiful hotel in a magical spot. The food is excellent
Like most around the Dead Sea area everything here is pricey. They have you captive (there's nowhere else to eat) so unlike the rest of the region, prices are western!
Great service Staff put in WIFI box in kids' room because WIFI was not strong enough SPA is amazing
The staff was so polite. The atmosphere is relaxing.
The prices was very high! The launch meal "open buffet" cost 140$ & 160$ for dinner for 2 person!? 4 pcs from the mini bar cost us 50$ for 1 bounty, 1 nuts, 1 small beer, 1 small water !!! that's unacceptable!! Our stay in this hotel for less than 16 hours cost cost us more than 700$ !! in the meanwhile we could stay 3 nights in 5 stars hotel with all inclusive in this money! We are not happy for this unreasonable prices! Also I found bugs in the bed!!
Hot spring. Room, restaurant, really beautiful hotel.
From hotel walk to public hot spring area, it's better have a shuttle bus.
The only thing that was nice was the outdoor surroundings. The natural landscape is beautiful.
The service is bad. Hotel is old and needs to be renovated. My husband and I work in the hospitality industry and we expected more of this hotel. Not worth the cost. Luckily, we only booked one night. The staff needs training and the culinary team needs to work on the food. I would visit the public hot springs and make it a day trip instead of an overnight stay.
