Located 5 minutes’ drive from Sweifiyah Financial District and Shopping Area, Four Seasons Hotel Amman boasts luxurious accommodation with panoramic views of the city. Extremely un-friendly staff. They always talk to each other and neglect the guests. Even when they are serving you they keep talking to each other showing that the guest is not their main interest. A bunch of their staff are always gathered in the lobby in a gangster way, checking out guests laughing out loudly, high fiving each other…etc. I have been in the four seasons in 15 different countries and all had a wonderful customer service but Amman Four Seasons has been an extremely un-pleasant experience. Moreover, Two of the staff were fighting in front of my room, shouting at each other calling names to each other in a very high and aggressive voice. I really think Four seasons should take a serious action towards its employees in Amman to be more customer oriented rather than treating the guests as least priority and the conversation that they are always having is the main focus.

The nstaff were very friendly, and it seems that the management of the hotel is very consceous of the personel-guest relations. Nothing stood out as discomforting

An unlockable Bath room door is not child friendly. An easily accessible mini bar is also not child friendly. The bath tub has no curtain.

Nice room... Great facility... Amazing breakfast. Housekeeping staff overdoing it a bit.... I was trying to have an afternoon knapp, I couldn'T... Bothered by staff asking me if all was ok or if I needed something...

The hotel make gurantte 200 jd more than acual reservation with take my approvall and when he refound me he tell 2 days will back and when chick my bank he tell it takes 1month to be sure so it is a loss for your customer

الاستقبال الجيد والحفاوة البالغة البهو غير جيد وارى لو تم تغيير بسيط في البهو بحيث يعمل محل قهوة وحلويات ويوضع كراسي جلوس والاسترخاء حيث ان موقع المقهى الحالي من وجهة نظري منزوي وغير ملائم

깨끗한 방, 도시 중심 booking.com과 가격이 다름 예약 할 때는 165JD, 결재할 때는 400JD 요구함. 165JD는 잠만 잘 경우라고 하며, 미니바랑 인터넷을 모두 이용할려면 400JD 요구함. 그래서 난 미니바에 있는 것들 안먹는다고하니 싫은 표정으로 방에 있는 미니바 모두 치우라고 직원에게 말함. 방에 갈때 인사도 안함. 400JD 안냈다고 완전 거지 취급 당함. 요르단 여행할때마다 옆에 쉐라톤을 이용했는데, 이번엔 한번 FOUR SEASON을 이용하고 다신 다고 싶지 않음.

الفندق رائع جدا ، طاقم الاستقبال رائع ، سهولة في تسجيل الدخول او المغادرة ، مستوى النظافة ممتاز.. الفندق هادئ جداً ، اسعار الانترنت بالمقارنة مع الفنادق الاخري غير مبالغ فيها ، من افضل الفنادق التي اقمت بها في عمان .. انصح بالاقامة فيه

اعجبني فقط بشاشة وجوه موظفي الاستقبال اشياء كثيرة لم تعجبني اعتبارا من دخولك الفندق وطريقة التفتيش والوجه العبوس الى عدم اكاديمية موظفي الفندق الى وساخة الغرف وعدم تنظيفها بالشكل الملائم مرافق الحمام سيئة عدم جاهزية الغرف بحاجات النزيل يعني اذا اردت مشط او شامبو او معجون اسنان او ماكينة حلاقة او او او يجب ان تتصل بهم وويأتونك بعد وقت ويحضر لك حاجة واحدة وتاني يوم نفس القصة بصراحة الخدمة الموجودة لا تليق باسم الفورسيزون ابدا ابدا اتوقع السبب من الادارة

حجزت بسعر على موقع ( بوكنج ) ولكني دفعت سعر اخر هناك ،،، ما يعني ان ادارة الفندق نصبت فخ وكمين لمن يرغب في النزول بالفندق ،،، حيث اضافت ضرائب ،، وقيمة استهلاك انترنت ،، رغم ان كل العروض على الموقع تقول أنها مجانية ،،، فضلا عن ارتفاع الضريبة في كل شيء هناك ، وكان حجزي 2200 درهم تقريبا ،، ولكن السعر وصل الى 3200 درهم ،، نتيجة لأشياء تافهة مثل ضرائب وخلافه ،،، وهذه امور لم تحدث من قبل ، فمثلا حجزت عن طريق نفس الموقع فنادق في اكثر من دولة اوروبية ، ولم ادفع اكثر من قيمة الحجز الذي اجريته على الموقع ،،، ولكن في الاردن ، يقدم سعر ،،، ثم يفاجئك باضافات غير مقبولة على الفاتورة فيما بعد
