a good hotel conveniently placed close to the convention centre. mostly for groups and families but decent value the price of extras (phone, dinner) were a bit high, though not excessively |

Good location, spacious rooms including triple bed rooms, 30 mins drive to airport and friendly staff. The fitness centre and massage services not in the main hotel. It is in the Regent Hotel (next door!) |

I found the rates quite good and most of the staff helpfull i found the whole hotel quite dated and in bad need of some refurbisment on the lobby and resteraunt. |

The friendliness of the staff and the big room. the hotel is located in a perfect aerea not too far from the most important sites in Amman The bedsheet was not big enough to cover the matress... strange, so I had to "re-arrange the bedsheet as not lo lie on the blank mattress |

This is farely good hotel and value for money. But not the best of the service. Good thing is that internet is free. Convenient location to move around. |

Our reception was prompt, warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and quick. The property itself was a bit shabby but the staff more than made up for that. |

All staff which include , The reception, Room service, Housekeeping, Bell Captian as well as the security were cooperative and freindly. Room lucks/keys are of old style need to be changed. Furniutre and carpets at the looby area are too old and should be repalced. |
