    stuff friendly, room fairly clean, breakfast ok. not bad possition.

    Bathroom and shower poor, very old plumbing, had to change due to stench from toilet. bed quality poor.

    Absolutely Nothing.

    1) toiletries were water down in other words it's was not only shapoo or shower gel it was diluted with water. 2) 20" box tv for a hotel that has a four star ratting is rediculas on top of that half if the channels don't work and when you call reception to fix the problem they give you the run around sometimes won't even answer the phone. 3) wireless had weak services 4) the people at the reception were all unprofessional they don't answer the phones, they are very rude just for them to direct you to were the breakfast is located was a like task. Over all I will never stay at this hotel again and I wouldn't recommend others to stay at this hotel as well. My rating for this hotel would be a 5.5 besides the location there was nothing good about it.

    Breakfast was nice, destination was very nice, prices are acceptable, wifi was reliable... Waiters and bellboys are fine, reception was weird.

    The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient. the staff were friendly and cooperative;

    There was no variety for breakfast. As we stayed for 15 days, it was difficult to eat the same food on a daily basis. Having said that, we must admit that both the chef and Mr. Majed, the supervisor, went out of their way to provide us with certain additional dishes and variations.

    Rooms were big, location is good

    Hotel Wifi is very slow, rarely works. IT team of no use they cannot do much. They didn't lock the room after cleaning, it was open while I was out for meetings.

    Location is not bad..

    Internet in my room was extremely bad... I was not able to Access in my room because of wifi was bad.. I had to go to Lobby always in order to connect the internet .. Internet in the room should be improved ...

    It was close to town, clean big hotel, room size, facilities to the Regency hotel, Traders Vics, Parking facility

    clearly they're saving on heating bills...it was cold and drafty. And yes, there was a cold front on but the adjacent hotel owned by same property was toasty and warm. Staff was difficult and the simple task of getting a taxi to airport was a difficult endeavor via this hotel

    facilities are too old (several bulbs are gone, heater doesnt work well making room too cold, etc.), employees are generally not kind and nice.

    الفندق نظيف وجميل وافضل مميزه هي استخدامك لمرافق فندق الخمس نجوم المجاور له وهو فندق ريجنسي بالاس

    اغلب العمال الموجودين مكشرين وروحهم طالعه من خشومهم وخاصة لما يكون في مكان او عمل ما ياخذ عليه بخشيش من الزباين

    The rate wasn't the same as advertised, furniture and facilities were very old, room and bathroom were too tiny, restaurant wasn't clean (hair in plate), room service food was badly cooked. Not worth the money at all.

    This Hotel is still using the old fashioned 'metal keys' instead of key card locks. Most unprofessional receptionist at night shift. Gave me the room key without even checking my name etc. When I asked him why he just gives out the room key, his reply was: because you asked for it. So anyone can just come to the reception and ask for a roomkey, without reception staff checking if this is the guest staying in this room. Felt totally unsafe and even a youth hostel has better trained staff like this. When I asked him again, are there no security procedures, his answer was: what should I do ? I didnt do anything wrong..... Been with a friend to the Hotel Bar, being the only guests there. Staff totally pathetic involved in printing their shift reports, turning their back to us and completely ignoring. Made us feel totally unwelcome and as if everything was a burden to them. Wanted a draft beer (from the tap) and answer was: is finished. when will new draft beer arrive? I dont know. When will you get new draft beer? I dont know, not my problem. Employees like this are the guarantee that even the few customers will stay away from this place..... At checkout I asked the concierge/doorman to hail a taxi from the street (there are frequently taxis passing by) and he replied he can only call the Hotel Taxi (for double the rate) and if I want a taxi from the street, I have to go and get one myself. Its a pity, the Hotelrooms are quite ok, same as the location but the staff is totally pathetic and customer service is a word it seems nobody has ever heard about.
