Score from 4 reviews Good
The staff was very helpfull and could give good recommendations about nearby shops and addresses. The lobby was quite relaxable and comfortable. The terrass was quite and with good possibility to wait for taxi. The room was not new but acceptable and clean.
Breakfast was not included in price. The offered breakfast was very poor and small for about 5 JOD.
Nothing personally I liked . Need to have your staff trained well on treating customers
Every thing if didn't like
I like its location and the staff Odai was there during our check in and he was friendly and helpful
The hotel is in business and touristic area in Amman it is about 1 minute walk from the HSBC main branch , Arab bank , four seasons, and Sheraton hotels. It is few minutes away from restaurants, bars, malls and markets. It is actually directly in a tourist spot. The staff welcome upon arrival was friendly and efficient. I was happy to discover that Internet was complimentary and connection speed was good. The Lobby was more of a boutique hotels nice look, loads of old little fixtures, paintings, traditional furniture all goes well with a great decoration. My room was clean with a good size, enough hanging and storage space, small dressing table, plenty of lighting points, comfortable bed with quality linen, safety box, small mini bar and a fair sized bathroom with good power hot shower, toiletries were available. Room was well insulated Double glass windows against outside noise, I ate in the hotel open breakfast buffet was reasonable for 5 JD ( 7 USD ), I did make use of shoe shine machine next to the elevator corridor, There is also a room service and laundry and dry-cleaning facilities but I did not use these. I would recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and cleanliness; it is a great value for money
Good reception and kind staf Good value of money
The room was cold and the TV did not work well.
i was not the one who stayed at the hotel, i book for our guests. it was very embarrassing on our side as they describe it as filthy their stay was not comfortable. and you have to pay for the internet!
I didn't like anything it's not comfortable at all and very old the bath room is a disaster ,, I don't recommend it at alllllll
The hotel is old but you can see some renovations. The room is just ok but some furnitures are very interesing, like the wooden side table decorated with pearl mother shells. The staff is very helpful and speak good english.
The area is new but doesn't have much going on. Free wifi only in the lobby, chargable in rooms. Booked a taxi with the hotel for 100JD to go to Petra by the scenic King's Road, but the driver went by the boring desert highway. Communication issues but BIG disappointment. The hotel offered some compensations after the complaint.
First of all, the wifi in rooms is not free, it is 20 $ for week although booking says "Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge". After I logged in from my phone, I wasn't able to use it from my laptop, nobody warned it is only for single device usage. I went to lobby to at least fix it so I could use it on laptop, not phone. They said tomorrow they will handle it. Tomorrow they said tomorrow again. Until I finally checked out. The rooms are very old and it is very dirty under the beds. Everything is ramshackle
The Staff very friendly , clean and change the bed sheets every day , the windows comes with double glass which make the room very quite . I like it and for sure I will stay there in my next visit ,,,,
You have to pay for the internet 13JD for a week ( it's not free !!! )
