Everything was excellent
Good location, nice lobby, breakfast was excellent
Rooms were freezing in December and took days to warm up.
Service and attention to detail was very surprising as well as the staffs friendliness
Business Center, wish somebody was there or to have ability to print without waiting for reception staff to arrive each time something needed to be printed.
hotel has good location, breakfast is nice but not cheap. SPA section is o.k too.
free wifi was extremely slow.
Staff in general was very helpfull and polite. Breakfast was rich.
Only negative was that we got missled about taxi cost. Normal taxi price for the ride was 2 JOD and the hotel sugested it was 8. Learned my lesson. Also in the hotel prices you should calculate 27% extra as tax and service fee. Over all an excellent stay.
I stayed for a few hours only while my flight was delayed. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and was very clean and comfortable. The non-smoking floor was a genuinely non-smoking floor, which is something of a rarity in the Middle East. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very cleverly designed and well-appointed.
The entrance procedure was a bit odd - you have to go through the obligatory luggage screening but then have to go outside to be able to enter the hotel lobby. A bit inconvenient on a cold, snowy Amman evening. I tried to get a toiletries pack since my luggage was still being held at the airport but all they could produce was a toothbrush. I bit poor for a five star hotel.
Friendly helpful and pleasant staff. Clean comfortable bedding. Fast efficient lifts. Good WiFi coverage.
Bathrooms should be spotless. Food quality needs improving. Ambience could do with a bit of an enhancement. Snow storm is no excuse for 2 main restaurants, The Deli Shop, along with all the other shops to close for 3 days (which was the duration of our stay).
room comfort bathroom amenities internet free and supports 6 comnected devices
the prices should be inclusive of tax and service. as they are now its not even close to fair. getting taxi to airport should guarantee the price as from airport to hotel.
Staff and Breakfast is good
Not same level of Hyatt in different places in term of cleanses and facility. Room need to updated. Paying 10 JD/ person at JJ's bar to admit, even we are hotel guest
Room nice, location, pleasant staff
The restaurants/lounges The rooms are too hot even when you turn off the heat High room tax Expensive car to airport
shower very weak
Everything was perfect.

Great service Professional staff.
The club lounge
The bath tub
The restaurant in the hotel is incredibly expensive. We spent 150$ + for dineer for two (two beers and buffet) while in the downtown we have a very big one for 16 $.. Room was ok but we couldn't sleep because of noise of plumbings.
Bathroom was relatively old. Need renovation.
Overaal experience ws gud nd I must especially mention bout d front desk staff Mr Malek who sorted d BF issue whch was a lapse from booking .com in our favour nd also MR Hussain who ws very prompt
The security system
The room and toilet were not clean!
This is my first choice for business trips, the location, comfort, service are of a high standard, I definitely would stay there again. I was with a group of business associates and they also were very happy with the hotel.
The rooms are cleaned late in the day not first thing in the morning. At one point I came back tired from work at 3 and they were cleaning it at that time, which was very inconvenient. The internet should be free, and it keeps getting disconnected.
The facilities at the Hyatt were as good as can be expected, staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants (especially 31 North) are amazing. Great service. I also recommend the spa - the treatments are great.
Everything! This is a real 5 star. Wonderful hotel, wonderful rooms, loved everything.
