Nice room, with lots of space Breakfast
Dinner was good but was kept really simple
Location location location
The climb up the stairs to the room
It's the only hotel after the gates of Petra, very easy to reach, the hotel design and the room is amaizing,i had a king size bed just for me,and a wonderful mountain view.
They didn't change all the towels,in the first day i had complimentary tea and coffee in the room ,but next days i didn't recieved any.It was very unpleasant at check out to wait for them to check the minibar for missing items. It is not a 4 stars hotel attitude!
The proximity with the entrance of Petra
Staff in the breakfast
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Manager Mr. Khaled and welcome desk agent who check us in went extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Location of the hotel is right next to entrance of ancient petra. I recomend to everyone this hotel and we will be back in the nearest future.
Friendly staff Locate at Petra Entrance.
No free wifi or wired internet
Khaled the door man was outstanding beyond measure
Location was amazing Staff warm friendly and helpful Ambience perfect
The food choices were average.
Location:Super I liked the fact that the hotel encloses part of the historical heritage Staff helpful in organizing the room the same way we requested beautiful atmosphere in the cafe outdoor staff helpful
Toilets can be better for a 3 star rathar than 4 star but spacious not too much variety on Breakfast menu
next to entrance to Petra. great staff who let us check in early and were very helpful. room was spacious with nice linens.
the internet kept kicking us off and we had to constantly sign back in.
Location, right next to the gates of Petra and the bar which is made out of a tomb. Staff were friendly
WiFi was awkward to use
Best location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
The fire alarm system was broke at 2 AM. It was not funny! Nobody gave an information for the all guest, whom stayed on corridors like a lot of sleepy donkeys!
The location is better than any other. We left at 6 am and it was already hot to hike. I can't imagine having to hike back to your hotel after spending the day in the park. The staff were really lovely and accommodating, they let us into our room 3 hours early, when we desperately needed a shower after camping in Wadi Rum. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the room was extremely comfortable. The Cave Bar was pretty cool.
The Wifi and Air Conditioning were problematic, but did work eventually.
Wonderful room, great location right by entrance to Petra, a cool haven to escape the midday heat.
Loud music sometimes pumped out from the Cave bar.
Location and rooms are great!
Breakfast buffet is poor
location and rooms and staff and price
Great location, nice view from the restaurant, great bar, friendly staff.
The extra 10% service charge that is thrown on to every bill was a bit of a surprise (though I should have read the small print). Added to the 16% service tax, this meant that this hotel was pushed from reasonably priced to a bit expensive (IMO). Also, my reservation specifically said that I would have a balcony and a view, which my room (1st floor) didn't have. I was pretty disappointed about this, as it was the main reason I booked the hotel.
late check-out is awesome (a plate of fruit that came with it is even superb though I am not sure if it is because the staff accidentally "intruded" to clean the room earlier). room is upgraded so a wonderful view at the wadi mousa town is available at night. It is more than a wonderful experience to sit at the terrace and enjoy the cool and quite night. It is right next to the Petra entrance, which is a big big plus. Bathroom offers hot water 24/7 and having a hot bath in the tub after the exhausting walk in Petra is awesome!
the 10%+16% tax is actually the 16% of the room rate plus 10%. It doesn't make too big the difference (probably only one dinar) but we were not able to be fully informed when checking in.
Great location 5m from the entrance to Petra site. Very goog price for high standard. Beautiful cave bar!
The service was great.
Food menu in the cave bar could offer more options.
You could not get closer to the Petra entrance even if you tried. Excellent location. We were assigned a chalet room, spacious and clean, well-equipped and very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast Friendly staff
Nothing. If I have to find something to pick on, I could say it'd be nice to have some kind of spa or pool, but there are turkish baths and massage nearby.
Very nice staff! :)
Good location with friendly staff, and a well run hotel.
Just beside the entrance of Petra
It's expensive for budget travel(probably because Petra is an expensive city by itself)
