Day location - lots of restaurants and very central
Very noisy at night until midnight
Location and sleep quality plus views of Amman
Bathroom, facility in general needed more thorough cleaning,
I was checked in before I could put my bags down. Great location and rooms were very comfortable.
Breakfast was rather bare.
Location and friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet was not much and the fact that housekeeping is not daily.
I liked this hotel. It was clean and quiet and everyone was very helpful. The Rainbow street area is really nice in the evening. Nice cafés and restaurants and not expensive.
Hotel a little hard to find as it is not on Rainbow street as the address suggests. However, if you start at the 1st circle and continue down Rainbow street past the British Consulate and a couple of art galleries until you see a corner ceramic shop on your left, you will find it. The hotel is next to the ceramic shop and has a very small sign.
Helpful staff and spacious apartment at the Down Town end of Rainbow street. Easy to book a driver for out of town excursions.
Very well located. Rainbow street offers excellent eating options. A supermarket is nearby. The downtown attractions are also close by
Location. So easy to walk downtown or just enjoy the cosy bars and cafes of Rainbow street.
It's trendy, so it's pretty noisy. Don't forget to pack earplugs.
The view from the windows of Amman was nice. We could see the Roman ruins not far.
The hotel was down a one- way street that was a bit hard to access. It was a good price for an apartment hotel in Amman but expensive for being pretty dirty and run down.
Spacious and well-decorated apartment with everything working. Very attentive staff.
Breakfast could be more varied and better presented.
The hospiality and positive attitude of the staff and the apartment confort.
good location, walking distance to downtown although return is hard uphill climb. Cab cost 3 to 4 Dinah return. Actually 2jd only but relented to cabbies. Staff helpful and polite.
no complimentary wifi. old towels need bleaching to achieve whiteness cleanliness. A little bit expensive for serviced aptmt
Location is excellent. Staff is helpful and welcoming. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very good value.
On the other hand of the excellent location, Friday night is noisy because of the proximity to Rainbow Street.
位置离安曼主要景点很近。 我们三口之家住两个卧室的房间，很宽敞。 离吃饭的地方很近。 很友好，主动给我们订了往返机场接送的服务。 在安曼能住这样的地方应当知足了。
heritage is on one of the most beautiful street in Amman, the rainbow street. Strolling down rainbow street is one of the 30 must-do according to local map. walking distance to old town but keep from the noisy of busy transportation. staff is quite helpful and their advice is very practical. room is clean and comfortable. more than worth the budget. there is some problem of wifi, only two of our 4 group can be linked.
The size of the room and the location of the hotel.
We had a restaurant/bar across from our room that was at times quite loud
Only stayed here for one night before we flew out of Jordan but it was a perfect location just off Rainbow Street where there are many bars and restaurants. It was also walking distance to Downtown. Good breakfast and a hairdryer that actually works!
the night sift Receptionist Moustafa was very professional, friendly, helpful and has great hospitality attitude
The clean level. towels not claen bed covers not clean pillows not clean Toilet not clean
Great location on Rainbow Street and a short walk from downtown (although the hill is steep) Comfortable facilities
No free Wi-Fi There was a rooftop bar next door which was a little noisy
Spacious room, quiet and comfortable. Security guards very helpful and courteous.
Breakfast very poor. Not much to choose from. Bath towels old and overused. They need to be renewed. Some of the receptionist should be more customer oriented and understanding.
Great location, outstanding service, 3rd floor rooms have a nice view of the city. Free breakfast was average.
Internet did not work and the staff did not seem to care... It was a modem/router problem and they said it must be our computers. We used the computer in the lounge area.
I had a great stay. Really liked the room and reception staff was very helpful and friendly. I slept wonderfully in my king size bed most nights (only exception described in cons). The location is perfect. Loved Cantaloupe restaurant on the roof across the street. I'd definitely recommend Heritage House.
On my third morning I was the first one to breakfast when it opened and they hadn't yet put out any eggs, hummus, or falafels after 20 min (when I had to leave). That meant I basically could eat toast or pastries. Other days, breakfast was better. Also, my last night there was some problem with the alarm system so it went off at 3:30am and then there was a cat fight outside that was very loud around 4:30am. Unfortunate, but could probably happen anywhere in Amman.
Location, room size
Needs a rug in lounge Wifi intermittant, the external Zain Public Wifi is free and needs no password - works better
Found a hair that didn't belong to us in the sheets. The quality of the mattress was bad and only two pillows on the double bed. All the fixtures in the bathroom were very basic like a 2* hotel, dirty bath mat on the floor, all the paint work was badly done. This should not be advertised or priced as a 4* hotel.
