Everything about the hotel was amazing.
Not a lot of variety for breakfast.
The location was within walking distance to many down-town attractions in Amman. Plenty of great restaurants along Rainbow Street.
Breakfast was simple, but was fine for my needs. Some people may want more choice, but they had all the things that I like for breakfast.
Really fantastic location, just a quick walk downtown and very close to rainbow street shops and sites. Lovely staff, who were very helpful especially when we were snowed in and nothing in amman was open!!!
Let's start - 1. Got complimentary wifi; 2. Wanted to cancel the booking for a few days, they did without a charge; 3. Due to snow wanted to reinstate the cancelled booking, did that at the original (they could have charged double the rates).
I don't understand how such hotels gets an excellent rating, let's start witht the breakfast of we can call it breakfast I mean there is 4 dishes on the buffet and I'm sure these dishes were there for a week at least, towels yellowish dirty, smoking is a bigggg problem in Jordan u can smoke anywere so the rooms stinks..
I am a business traveller and I go to Amman often. It is my first time at Heritage House. I needed somewhere where I could prepare my own meals as I have specific dietary requirements. The studio I got was amazing, clean and quiet. I needed to finish a piece of writing, so it was ideal. I enjoyed having a microwave & kettle. Staff were very helpful.
Would've liked even if one set of cutlery & a plate in the kitchen. Wifi too expensive.
Great view, nice facilities, very comfortable, Price is reasonable, Staffel friendly and helpfull
Watch out for the Party Friday night next door! Shower room is clean but stinkig, Towels are more grey than while
Love the location and its spacious rooms. Modern furniture
Terrible TV signal, wifi always cuts off. Lack of Staff availability
They provided us with an extra free-of-charge bed to accommodate additional person. Rainbow street had many amenities; variety of eating places and exchange. Cheap Hashem restaurant is also close by. Hotel staff were friendly and arranged reasonable tours. overall we really enjoyed our stay.
More variety for breakfast.
Daytime front desk staff is excellent; very efficient and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept
The towels need to be upgraded and replaced daily and not smell like smoke!
The staffs are very kind. The room(No.31) has nice view with Amman Citadel and Umayyad Palace. The breakfast is delicious. It takes only 10 minutes to Roman Theater on foot. There are near nice restaurants and shops on Rainbow street.
WiFi not free.
Service not always good enough for This hôtel We were 3 adults and we found only 2 bath towels we ask for a third one... But the responsible answer was "there is no more towels on the hotel.." !!! Witch is Unacceptable !!!!!!
The hotel was very responsive to my emails before I even got there.
Arrangements for airport pickup were honest, fair price and good driver. Attitude of all staff was what one hopes for--positive, willing to help.
Staff were friendly.clean. Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment at no extra charge the 2nd night we rebooked in. Breakfast is adequate. Just off rainbow street.40 min drive from the airport.
Its not a resort style hotel if that's what ur looking for.We just needed a place to stay so that we can travel to Petra, the next day.day.No restaurants or room service. Its more a bed and breakfast than a hotel.
Day location - lots of restaurants and very central
Very noisy at night until midnight
Location and sleep quality plus views of Amman
Bathroom, facility in general needed more thorough cleaning,
I was checked in before I could put my bags down. Great location and rooms were very comfortable.
Breakfast was rather bare.
Location and friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet was not much and the fact that housekeeping is not daily.
I liked this hotel. It was clean and quiet and everyone was very helpful. The Rainbow street area is really nice in the evening. Nice cafés and restaurants and not expensive.
Hotel a little hard to find as it is not on Rainbow street as the address suggests. However, if you start at the 1st circle and continue down Rainbow street past the British Consulate and a couple of art galleries until you see a corner ceramic shop on your left, you will find it. The hotel is next to the ceramic shop and has a very small sign.
Helpful staff and spacious apartment at the Down Town end of Rainbow street. Easy to book a driver for out of town excursions.
Very well located. Rainbow street offers excellent eating options. A supermarket is nearby. The downtown attractions are also close by
Location. So easy to walk downtown or just enjoy the cosy bars and cafes of Rainbow street.
It's trendy, so it's pretty noisy. Don't forget to pack earplugs.
The view from the windows of Amman was nice. We could see the Roman ruins not far.
The hotel was down a one- way street that was a bit hard to access. It was a good price for an apartment hotel in Amman but expensive for being pretty dirty and run down.
Spacious and well-decorated apartment with everything working. Very attentive staff.
Breakfast could be more varied and better presented.
