Noisy area, poor breakfast, very dirty, old furniture, its two star hotel so very expensive
Staff was very attentive and genuine. Upgraded us to a suit when they knew we had kids. The restaurant is not crowded and breakfast was good... could do with more variety though! Hotel lobby was cozy and nice. My kids loved the elevators!
Room i stayed in felt dated and run down but i was told other rooms were going through renovations. Regular rooms are tight. Could do a better job with cleaning. Pool area is in need of TLC.
WIFI is FREE
it is one of the slowest ever , signal is so weak inside the room , i saw many guests laying on grounds outside thier rooms to be able to connect , very basic WIFI infrastructure although the staff helped alot but still thier whole network need to be upgraded .
no thing at all, pics in the website doesn't show the reality of the hotel .
every thing i didn't like, sheeting people by taking extra money than what is paid through booking.com claiming that the rate of exchange they have is different than what is in the site.
Location was good , centrally located when you want to reach your customers within Amman.
Poor facilities like INTERNET was not working for all the days. Even after making repeated request to the staff they could not fix the internet issue. From day one the toilet flush was not working & technician came to repair 2 times.
Odor of cigarette smoke in the room, the room was noisy, bad odor in the bathroom, bad breakfast
Staff is ok
furniture, bathroom, fecilities all so poor
Concierge service was excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would like to stay there again if I visit Amman.
Price & Location
Breakfast was very poor. Paid Internet was very poor (almost zero speed).
Not lot of activities internally.
Very good hotel, nice country and friendly people. I like Jordan. Thank u booking.com staff.
To charge an AED of 7.5 for one local call (land line) is too much and not faire. To pay an AED of 70 per day for wirless connection also was not fair
The staff were beyond amazing. So helpful with my 2 year old, could not do enough to help.
Best and easy location, architecture of building, delicious olives and breakfast, helpfull staff.
Small and cheap simple goodies missing, for example no slippers, shoe sponge, shoehorn. 3,5Jd for 0.5l water is too much..
