My business conference was at the same hotel, which made it easy for me

The mattresses in the room were very uncomfortable, collapsed, and should have been written off long ago. We asked that they be changed, they were changed to simillar condition ones, which means all mattresses need to be changed. The funny thing the management did not do anything about it. Not even the courtesy to reply to an e mail!

Really enjoyed the view of the Red Sea, the front desk staff were great and so were the girls staffing the restaurants and lounges. Room service was quick and efficient. Had some laundry done and it was returned in perfect order. Staff always had a smile for you.

Didn't like the 'no outside food or drinks allowed'. The price of alcohol drinks was fairly steep compared to what the actual cost of the product was in the city. It kinda felt like it was a bit of price gouging going on there. Ordered a picnic lunch one day and it was not ready when it was suppose to be, it was okay - not outstanding.

Check in was poor and kit spoiled my entire trip. Omar A was very good

Would be useful to have a leaflet in the rooms with the different restaurants instead of the menu. We needed to know which restaurant provided which food.

Very nice facilities

Check-in took way too long and there was no summary of hotel amenities, including hours of operation for the pool, spa, etc., in the room.

The hotel is beautifullly located right on the Red Sea. The private beach is very nice. The pool is gorgeous. The staff is very attentive.

Service in the beach is very week, and there is no night activities

Very good design, the staff is excellent and very helpful for any request. There is a famous gourmet lebanese restaurant.

The location is a very good one, not far from the airport. Staff are always willing to help.

I have stayed and paid for a Club lever what made the stay more expensive if we consider the amenities you can get fromthis upgrade.

Price, and staff were unable to find booking and the correct price from booking.com. Plus no free wi fi and really expensive. Room decor poor.

* They pay attention to hygiene. I stayed 5 days and room service cleaned the room (on demand) every day and everything was just perfect. * Rent a car service is good. The employee was helpful and honest.

* It is rather expensive. * It seems like so many (I guess) local people swim with their underwear inside their swimming trunks and staff doesn't warn them.

Location was good - far enough away from the noise of the traffic and the congestion of the local beach. Coffee shop in the foyer was good alternative to the main restaurants

Indifference of the bulk of the staff we came in touch with. Charging for wi-fi connection when most budget hotels across Jordan do not and it was only available in the lobby. Although the coffee shop was good the service and quality were inconsistent

Very bad hotel

Good location with a nice pool and beach within Aqaba which is a disappointing city on the red sea.

Sea view rooms do not give a good view as many of these overlook the port, waste land or a building site. Pool view rooms are much better. Many of the restaurants were closed during our visit. There was only a choice of 2 for a hotel which advertises 6. This hotel is expensive for what it offers.

Very nice hotel and close to the center of Aqaba. Private beach, nice pools and great breakfast.

The location

The mould in the bathroom pitted along the tile grout and the bath sealant The very poor state of disrepair of the jacuzzi

It was a very comfortable hotel, ideally located by its own private beach, and with a very pleasant pool and surrounding area. The staff were efficient, courteous and helpful. The Bourj al Hamam restaurant served excellent Lebanese cuisine at reasonable prices.

Although the price of the rooms was not cheap, I felt it was reasonable in relation to the facilities and quality of the hotel. However. The price charged for add-ons such as breakfast and internet access was excessive.

The hotel was lovely in a great location The beach and pool area were great and the staff were very helpful. The food was good and very good value

The music from the beach and swimming pool area was very loud and irritating if it wasn't your kind of music ...which it wasn't !! So had to plug into our own ipods ...Would have preferred peace and quiet

Presented good value at a fantastic relaxing location.

Cost of wi fi was outrageous JD 8 an hour when every budget hotel give it to you for free!

Hotel facilities

Tv is not working well. Everytime have to call technician to reprogram it. Only one swimming pool available for adults and kids which makes the hotel more a family place .

Very nice hotel. Really enjoyed staying in it.

Just add some more stuff to the breakfast menu.

Excellent location; very nice view on the Red Sea. Near the Bus station.

amazing swimming pool great beach

restaurant was expensive and not good towels in the room were dirty, unacceptable for a 5 star when we arrive they wanted to give us a twin bed room, just because we didnt specify we were a couple, we had to fight to have a double room.......

The helpfull staff,ideal location,clean beach front,activities , view.

There was no free Internet, and when I asked for sunny side up eggs I got over cooked eggs.my car was parked in a place that got it covered in bird pooh!
