1. Great location near The Citadel and Roman Theater. 2. Friendly staff always available to arrange tours and airport pick up. 3. Happy to have booked a private room with private bathroom. 4. Bed sheets and towels changed daily. 5. Copious breakfast. 1. Located near 2 mosques and a busy intersection. Very noisy at all times. Slept with noise cancelling headphones after being awakened by a call to prayer. 2. Water pressure very low. 3. WiFi very slow. Can be extended to all areas instead of just the lobby. 4. More plugs/outlets needed in the lobby.

The location is wonderful, just next to the Roman Theater and close to the Citadel. The staffs are superb friendly, helpful and funny. The breakfast there is amazing. It's probably the best budget hotel during my trip!

The breakfast and people were nice The hotel is very badly located, with 2 crowded roads and a mosquee, it is absolutely impossible to sleep in this hotel, that's why I do not recommand it.

Location is very good, in the center of the old town, just under the citadel. Room is clean. The best is you can meet lots of friends from middle east and other part of the world. You can talk, debate and drink with them. ps: the guesthouse is owned by a friendly, beautiful and open-minded british lady. she can let you learn more about travel and life!

The staff are extremely helpful. They provide day trips to major tourist spots and are willing to answer any question from you. Nothing. The hostel stay became a highlight of my tour. I loved it!

Very efficient staff, day trips easily organised through hotel for destinations such as Dead Sea, Jerash/Gadara/Ajloun Castle. Good breakfast with local products. Storage of bags while we went to Petra overnight. Basic bathroom facilities (water was hot, though) Wi-fi internet access was painfully slow, don't count on it for anything other than checking emails.

The kind assistance of Khalil and Jehad who patiently answered a myriad of my questions and efficiently arranged tours to places I wanted to visit. 2. The hostel's affordable rates and flexibility for the various tours offered. 3. The hostel's close proximity to the Amphitheater and Citadel. The noise level and cramped bathroom space.

We wanted to stay in downtown Amman, so it was the perfect location in that sense. It does mean that you have to put up with a noise location too. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really tasty and nice. The owner even offered free breakfast to a friend. They help organise taxis, tours, etc. Likely with some little added comission, but certainly saves you the hassle to deal with the taxi drivers around and offer good advise. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Very basic, beds confortable. Noisy as expected because of the location. The bathrooms are not nice, cleanish but could do better. As read in other reviews we found used soap, but seems it might be 'normal' ... I think if the bathrooms were more polished it would be much much better.

1. Location was close to amphitheater and citadel. 2. Backpacker guests were helpful and interesting 1. &Quot;Private bath" has shower, sink and toilet all on common floor with poor drainage so if you take a shower you have to wade in 2" of water to use sink or toilet for rest of stay. 2. Hotel is in a triangle where 3 major highways join, walls are paper thin, so noise from street makes sleeping impossible 24x7. 3. Room doors won't open or close without slamming so frequent noise and vibration from people trying to open or close rooms. 4. All travel info given by staff turned out to be wrong.5. Charge for wifi and no internet terminals available 6. Take only cash and have to pay for full stay in advance with no refund if want to go elsewhere

The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions about places to visit. They readily assisted us with transport or tours and treated us like friends not just guests. The rooms and bathrooms were always kept clean. The breakfast was so plentiful and always fresh! The shared bathroom was very small with no place to put a towel or clothes to keep dry while showering. With smoking allowed on the landings, the smell drifted into the rooms.

The staff were so nice and kind and helpfull. Jahad lovley guy and the owner very nice Lady too from Manchester. All the noise came in to the room even when the window was closed henace gaps around the frame doors. There was constant noise from cars vans etc...24/7 no quite pariod as you are in down town. Every thing very very basic, toilet blocked on first use,We had to be in reception/breakfast room for internet to work.We were not able to use our room on first night as it was still occoupied on our arrival day !!!! I think this hotel (motel) is Ideal for back packers young people and people whom have very limited money budget. We left the next day and paid 99 Dinnars (£99.00) 3 day notice as agreed on hotels contract agreement.

- The staff are nice and helpful - it is really helpful to be able to store your luggage at the hotel even if you're not a guest -Staff are nice (Jihad, Ibrahim) except for the British woman who could be nicer, and maybe not mention to an Arabic person that she is "English not Arabic" as a proof of honesty - the document including the trips organized by the hotel starts with very attractive prices but mentions only in its last sentence that these prices are the result of 4 persons sharing, this could be clarified at the beginning in a rtable showing price per 1 person and per 4 (suggestion)
