I loved the bustling downtown location of the hostel. It was very convenient to have an affordable cafe right downstairs, and the breakfast at the hostel was plentiful, healthy, and delicious. The manager was very flexible about booking; I had originally planned to stay only two nights but was able to extend my stay to a full week while I looked for an apartment. The room had good A/C, and for a good portion of my stay I had a dorm room to myself. The hostel is very affordable, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I was also able to get very good wireless internet access, even in my room. Despite the liveliness of the area, there was not excessive noise in the hostel, so I was always able to get plenty of rest.

There is not a shared kitchen for use by guests. The shared bathroom is a bit bare-bones, but functional and clean.

I was stuck in Jordan for a few days due to flight change and decided to turn it into a mini vacation. The staff at Jordan tower were amazing at accommodating my needs and were incredibly helpful. I owe them a lot and my trip would not have been the same without them and their amazing hostel. Defiantly go on a couple if their tours if you can. They had great, and cheap, food, plus the breakfest was the highlight of my day!

The location across from the Roman theater is excellent. The Citadel with the Temple of Hercules is a short walk up the hill. Jehad and the rest of the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They picked me up at the airport and arranged transport to the King Hussein Bridge. For the price, I have nothing to complain about.

The room was spartan but functional. You get what you pay for.

Excellent location near places of interest in Amman, staff very nice and helpful, clean rooms and facilities

The location between 2 busy streets (day and night) make it a rather noisy place. Installing double-glazed windows would make the place really perfect

It's effectively central to many points of interest in old Amman - the Citadel, other Roman ruins, the souq, other shops of diverse types, affordable restaurants, etc.

Climbing a lot of stairs to the 3rd floor...but, that and a lot of walking around town made us fitter.

Great location in the centre of Amman, extremely helpful and friendly staff, a fantastic place to start off your visit to Jordan.

The downtown location makes this a little on the noisy side: bring ear plugs.

Very neat and clean. Toilets and bathrooms were also always clean. Welcomed by Jehad who assissted me throughout my stay. At sehri time he woke up especially to give me something to eat and even assisted me in getting a cab the next morning. Amazing rooftop to relax with a view of the city. EXCELLENT value for money. EXCELLENT service! highly recommended!!

    Friendly and helpful staff!

Not enough plugs in the room. Too much noise from the fan and light from the hall made a little uncomfortable to sleep.

Love the fact that it was situated in such a central area with many sights and attractions within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making arrangements and offering help. The communal area was great for relaxing and meeting new people, whilst the wifi was really good in terms of speed.

The water pressure in my bathroom was not very good so taking a shower was a pain. I understand that the building is old and its systems may be a bit outdated but its something they might look into improving.

    The location is good.

It is very noisy at night. There is also no appropriate bedding in the room except a thin sheet. So it feels quite cold at night. Also, there are a lot of unexpected extra charge in the hotel. For example, they charge for the luggage storage for 1 Jd per piece after checkout. They also charge 3 percent for credit card payment. The staff says it is a common practice but I am not quite sure about that. The bathroom is also not very good. There is almost no water after 10 pm. The most important is that the daily tour they offer is far more expansive than that offered by taxi driver. Jordan people are generally friendly and helpful so do not hesitate to call a taxi on the street and go wherever you go.

    - The location, in the city center, close by foot to all the main turistiic places - The breakfast - The staff is really friendly and helpfull, they helped us with the rental car and advised what to visit during our trip to Petra

    - The facilities are rather old - Very small bathroom without bath tube, very inconvenient

Location in downtown (but for some people can be noisy because of main street), fair price for the proposed comfort, good breakfest, manager able to organise the trips

steep staircase, the shower area was not separate from the other part of the bathroom

The common area is good to meet other travellers.

The bathroom can be more tidy and clean.
