I like actually the atmosphere in general, the quality of people is so important. The staff tried his best to ease our stay during, since the hotel was so busy during our stay.
1- The Hotel ordered and paid for items from outside's store that I had asked for, before I arrived , and it was in the room, and I paid for it after I arrived. 2- Very professional Guest-relation desk , and would like to thank miss Rutchell .
- No basic supplies of Amenities, and had to asked for it in a 5 star hotel , i.e. Bathrobe , Landry bag , Toothbrush set, Cotton Buds , etc.
Every single detail
The bathroom smells bad even after they cleaned it
Beautiful, clean, good food, perfect location
they have nice events at night
the service was bad , a lot of instruction , it seems for us like we are in the military not in hotel.
very bad services
Cleanliness very bad. Interiors very poor. Toilets have a very bad smell specially in the early morning.
Great Location Good choice of pools Very clean Rooms are lovely size with good views
Too busy as people can buy day passes and the attendants do not check if you are a resident or a day visitor
Pools are wondrful
The rooms were not well maintained. The water means were not in good shape (i.e. the shower box was mainly broken and we had to stop running the water during the shower). This is not suitable for an expensive 5 stars Hotel. The pools were over-occupied, and we did not find sun beds. Cutting cost is very obvious.
The location The staff were friendly
Didn't like the cleanliness of the family pool. The juices were very bad.
I like all kind of food it was really excellent & delicious especially the desert it was amazing.
There was many people in the swimming pool with clothes not wereing a swimming suit it was really bad looking.
Staff at one of rhe lounges were very rude and unhelpful. Told us to go serve ourself. When I go to a 5 star hotel, I expect to be served. Not self serve! We ordered a drink from the bar and were told ro come back 10 mins later, we went back like 12 mins later, the bartender said we were late so he dumped the drink. Really bad service for a 5 star hotel.
Room cleanness . wearied pillows & towels in room & pool
very bad service, very bad staff,,all what they want to find away to charge the guests. the worst two staff: 1) Restaurant supervisor ( Aniline- Pilipino nationality) . 2) Osama Deghimat
comfort Family atmosphere
Safety and quality of the hotel Windows. The Windows lock is not safe to kids as it can be opened easily by little kids
Swimming pool Rooms
The price is very high compared to outside Jordan ...and the staff barely speak or smile. .
They give us our room at 4pm .. Room without hot water .. Very bad Attitude at recption. Not going there any more.
A very nice hotel with a great sea view
Staff are little bit tough
Too much expensive
The pools and spa.
The hotel is under new management, but seems to have the wrong concept of service and making people feeling like guests. The curtesy and hospitality that we are used to receiving during our visits were replaced by rules implemented to squeeze out more expenses and then get us to check out from 8:00am. I will not be visiting there again soon nor recommending it to any of my friends.
I liked that we were remembering my daughter whose last holiday before her passing 10 days later had been spent at the Dead Sea Marriott. She had been happy there. Sadly, five years later, I can't say the same thing.
I didn't like that we were left to fend for ourselves - no help with the luggage nor in finding our room. The drain cover in the shower was loose causing me to slip and hurt my ankle which is still blue and swollen more than a week later. I expected that the suite would be better maintained. Also, I didn't like that we were unable to take our snacks for the road inside with us. I understand the need to sell but if minibar prices were only double rather than 5 -10 times the cost outside, guests would be more willing to buy them. As a result we changed our plans to eat in the Italian restaurant and to order room service for the children. With new restaurants in the area , it would be good for Marriott to remember that their customers are no longer captives.
