good breakfast, nice sea-shore, sport facilities
Nice location and friendly staff.
The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The spa and its staff is amazing. The layout of the pools, stairs, and hotel in general provides a very nice and relaxing feel. I really enjoyed my stay and left very relaxed.
Despite the number of restaurants at the hotel, only one was actually open serving dinner...even though each of the closed restaurants listed its hours of operation indicating that it was supposed to be open.

Thanks to Chef Clark at Marriot for making this one of the most memorable trips of my life..
We had a lovely stay ! The front desk manager, Mr Aram just made our trip perfect. His devotion to satisfy his guest made us changing our mind from unsatisfied customers to real mariott advocate.
In general staff of facilities need more training .
the reception desk for the 2 shifts are excellent and very helpful in addtion to their perfect behaviours.
Booking was for one adult and two children but it went through as one adult and one child. They gave me a very hard time at the gate about the extra child and insisted I had to pay for a day use voucher or to book another room. Nonsense. Managed to work that out after great dissatisfaction upon this welcoming. Next morning during breakfast which was included in the rate there was another attempt to make me pay extra for the additional child's breakfast at which point I was too tired to put up an argument and had my kids eat breakfast without me. Not very reasonable especially since there is no difference in the price when booking a room for 2 or 3!!!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived before the official check-in time and we were still accommodated immediately, perfect service! The hotel and pool area are very luxurious, clean, beautiful and the scenery is fantastic. The gym is well equipped and modern. The beds are very comfortable.
The water in some of the pools was cold. The price of the food in the restaurants is somewhat expensive.
The facilities and the pools were all lovely. The restaurant was excellent though rather pricey.
All outlets in the hotel were overpriced.
Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The accommodations as well as the location was gorgeous. The hotel is very beautiful and a comfortable stay.
I felt that we paid more for the location and the name brand. The establishment is gorgeous with beautiful decor, but that is possibly the main difference between hotels in this area. Competition is stiff so you get top end service at the majority of the hotels.
I really liked this hotel. Food was excellent and breakfast a very generous and delicious buffet.
I was nod admitted to the spa and the inside pool. As the outside pools were already cool, I thought that for the price they take for individual travellers, that was a kind of narrow minded.
Rooms were really comfortable and quiet. We had a nice rest and wonderful time at the spa.
On our arrival, we asked for a late check out for the following day at 2pm. We thought everything was ok since the front desk confirmed our request. The following day, I was having a spa treatment and on my way back, around 1pm, I found out that my room was locked, the key did not work. It was quite annoying having to walk all the way back from the 5th floor to the reception after having such a great massage. :( Anyway, the staff was very nice and sorted it all out immediately, but this could have been avoided if the late check out was indeed confirmed in the system and the key cards.
Maybe the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Really good breakfast, good choice of restaurants, great views on the dead sea.
location view proximity to Dead Sea
flies, flies, flies too Americanized. Should have more authentic food. a lot of kids
The spa, the pools, the beach, the rooms were great.
The opening hours for the restaurants and cafés could be extended. When it is indicated that the buffet restaurant closes at 4pm for lunch, we should expect food at least until 3:30, instead at 3pm they were already not bringing more food so the buffet was not as rich. Wireless internet in the room should be free.
-We enjoyed the spa and pool area and it was well maintained. The spa staff were friendly and helpful. -Good selection for breakfast
We stayed in several five star hotels in Jordan as part of our honeymoon and we were disappointed with this one for the price we paid. -The restaurants and bars on the resort were overpriced. -There was a wedding on at the same time as our stay, the noise was disturbing and unacceptable for the price we paid. -The hotel/ serving staff were polite but on the whole not very friendly.
We arrived very early from Amman Airport and the hotel managed to find for rooms for us to occupy straight away Although they were smoking rooms they did not smell. Plastic shows were available for the Dead Sea which was an amazing experience. All facilities in hotel were excellent
resort was fantastic...and the spa as well the service and stuff were very profesional and helpfull all the time...i loved the good morning from everybody....
little bit of flies in the outside terrace and cats while having breakfast in the outside terrace
Although the location is undoubtedly great and the outdoor facilities very nice, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers especially in regards to the room and fittings, especially the untasteful (old?) hall carpeting. What was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel was the big stains on the old carpet in the lobby.
