I like the stuff welcoming and friendly. I also like their quick service response and making sure if everything is okay. The restaurant (during breakfast) was not up to standard, table was not ready to sit on (no silverware, plate, cup and napkin) , some food were cold(pancake, french toast, sausage and beef beacon). the waiter was not accommodating ( did not check on me if I need anything else), I had to look for him to get my coffee. |

Great Staff but the hotel is NO Kempinski material. Need to change their sheets and towels. Executive floor is everything but. Towels - Bathrobes - Limited (extremely) choice at the executive floor food bar |

The general location was good for walking around, and the swimming pool area and room were generally quite nice. The sushi was excellent. Very poor room service menu. No hotel information package in the room. Small tv - most 5 star hotels these days have flat screen. Entrance to the hotel feels cramped and untidy. The Strikers Entertainment Centre was dirty and badly maintained. Le Cafe and Kempsi Restaurants both have trhe same (uninspiring) menu. Staff were unsure of what was taking palce when (sushi night, for example). |

location was nice They kept trying to sell us expensive private tours to petra and the dead sea. We found our own packages for 1/3 the price. |

The hotel was over all fairly good The hotel room was small, and I would like to stress the cleanest of the rooms and toilet where the appliance in the path room, such as soap, shampoo and lotion, where some where missing and the available ones were not packaged properly and not clean. |

the location of the hotel the room service was really bad. the sheets had some blood stains when i arrived and the pillows were extremly not comfortable. for a five star hotel they should have other types of pillows. The room service said to me they are all out and we can not get you another type |

Excellent location, close to shops / cafes. Room very comfortable and good view. Staff mostly extremely helpful. Food in restaurants was just average and overpriced. Only limited tourist information available. |

Atmosphere overall is the big plus for the hotel. The main lobby is elegantly setup. Panoramic elevators are a positive contributor to the experience. The pool side terrace is nicely laid out. Service, service, service ; very lousy. orders in the lobby take forever, news paper never delivered to the room although confirmed by front desk, housekeeping is hopeless. bathroom basic necesseties have to be requested. I cut my stay at this hotel short and moved to a much better value hotel. |

Very friendly, professional, highly trained staff. Very comfortable hotel for business travelers, very conveniently located close to many restaurants, I do very much recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay in it again in my next trip . It is very much appreciated if internet service can be made free, many International Hotels offer this service. |

Very close to City Center, easy to locate.. the breakfast is one of the best I hqad ever. Compared to other 5 star hotels in Amman, the price was high and not competetive at all.. |
