The front office staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the Guest Relations ladies, Diala and Orlina. The Time Out Sports Bar is one of the best venues of its type I have seen.

This hotel is a lower standard than one normally expects from the Kempinski brand. Whilst the front office staff were very helpful, I was astounded that concierge and guest relations did not have a range of touring options for Petra and the Dead Sea to show visitors and they had to ring around (whih they happily and efficiently did) to confirm information I was supplying them. Breakfast food, variety and service was average, especially for a luxury hotel brand. I just thought it was lacking some of the touches associated with a Kempinski hotel. Going through security every time you enter the hotel is annoying too.

Its was not that much further to the following : * T.V. : Old version very old even its need 2- 4 Min. to warm up . * Floor: the carpet was not that comfort. * OSE : very poor . * Price : was good comparing to Amman city but after paying the TAX its really high price . * Breakfast : No creativity in food , place was tooooooo small its like a path (Corridor) . * Parking : I have to pay to Val let 1 JD each parking , for example like one day i have to go and come back around 10 times so each day am paying approximately 10 JD .(But in reservation paper was mentioned that they have free parking) . Nothing much

1. Room quality is less than average 2. The way they do security checks is unprofessional and simply not nice at the back-side entrance 3. Breakfast is not that rich or inviting 4. It is a shame that they do not have wifi in the rooms.

the hotel room cleening was not 100% like i expected from Kampinski and especially the toilet room

I didnt like their service with regards to staff members being not friendly and they are overrated.

الفندق غالي و لا يمثل فندق خمس نجوم الاثاث غير متناسق وسادات غير مريحة خدمات الشاي و النسكافيه داخل الغرفة لا توجد النظافة دون المتوسط .

bien que l hotel soit de bonne qualite , notre sejour etait extrement ennuyeux par le fait que l hotel avait ferme la piscine a cause d une fete . nous nous sommes retrouves dans notre chambre tout a fait isole pour toute la journee . inadmissible , on ne peut pas fermer une piscine pour toute une journee aux clients qui payent .

مخدات الفندق غير مريحة الحمام لايوجد شطاف المطعم الفطور تنزل درج لا يوجد لفت ولا مدخل للمعوقين التدخين في كل مكان مسموح

بشكل عام الفندق جيد وتعامل القائمين عليه ممتاز

القيمة المذكورة في موقع بوكنق غير مطابقة للقيمة التي تم دفعها ، من السلبيات التي لم أكن أتوقع وجودها أن النت ليس مجاناً حتى في اللبي وفندق خمس نجوم بحجم هذا الفندق يفترض أن يكون مجاناً .
