Great staff

A tad overpriced

The staff were excellent couldn't have been helpful . The bed was very comfortable Food in the Restaurants was excellent even though the choice was limited all seemed to be working off the same menu which was also the room service menu Amman itself is an amazing place will definitely return just not to the Kempinski

The pool and terraced areas closed No mention of this when I made the booking either from Booking.com or on the hotel web site Location as I booked to stay here to lay by an outdoor pool for 3 days was limited as to what to do , is in the Business district so have to take taxis everywhere , great for business poor for tourism . The much vaunted Breakfast Buffet wasn't up to much , curled up meats and beefy bacon that could repair shoes . All in all a very expensive stay cooped up in a hotel room as the facilities on offer were not available As an International hotel needs to come in line with the 21 st century and have restricted smoking areas not in my face when I am trying to eat . Emailed the hotel with a complaint about the lack of information about the pool ,not even an acknowledgement . Wont be staying here again !!!!!

bath/shower combined, i never understand why a 5 star hotel has a bathroom with a bath/shower combined.

Everything was perfect, the staff were fantastic as once u check-in they give u full attention, very clean, good facilities, good food & great location.

The prices are a lil' high, specially the breakfast was expensive.

but the hotel is small also the lobby is small ,the furniture kind old and the service is ok and i didnt like the service in the resturant

The hotel has a pool hall with pool tables, dart boards, air hockey tables and foosball tables. It also has a bowling alley, which my kids loved. The staff was very accommodating, hotel was clean and comfortable. Not as much 'luxury' that you would expect from a Kempinski, but well worth the stay. We would stay again.

Hotel staff helpful and friendly and the suites size is large plus excellent internet service

Somewhat the Hotel furniture old and the executive lounge lacking in options for breakfast and and the snacks in the rest of the day. This thing is disproportionate to its name as executive lounge because it supposed to provide a high level of quality commensurate with the quality of the executive floor customers. It is not easy to reach the hotel because of the traffic jam if you want to go to the city centre

I dont feel like i am in 5star hotel

Extremely bad entrance, difficult to find the entrance if you travel alone or the driver does not know where is. Spa too small

Houskeeping services and staff, Please find below some complains and observation during my stay: 1. I was staying in nonsmoking room (nonsmoking floor) and in front of my room it was a sitting area (2 chairs and small table) and hotel staff was utilizing this area for smoking. All the time the ashtray on the table was full of cigarettes and cigarettes smokes were spread all over the corridors area as well as to the rooms. 2. Last night around 12:30 am I called housekeeping requesting for light blanket (bed sheet), until 2:00 am they did’t send me the blanket and I called them again. At 2:15 I called housekeeping again but they were not answering the phone then I called reception and they told me that they will send me the blanket immediately. At 2:30 am again I called housekeeping but no answer then I called reception to remind them. Finally I received the blanket at around 2:40 am. Please note that I was asking for light blanket (bed sheet) every night and they used to send me the sheet within 10 to 15 minutes.

Good location with friendly and helpful staff who gave some very good advice on where to eat .

Quality of service is poor Cleanses of Resturant is poor The room curtains were old with loss ends. Value for money is not there

Big room, free upgrade. Comfortable bed.

Told us pool was closed but opening hours announced told otherwise. Also got lost in that area, better signposting will be good. Dinner was slow to come and was disappointing at Le Cafe.

mr abdullah was very helpful and they have a good private taxi service.

Now don't get me wrong, the Kempinski chain is synonymous with luxury, but if there was such a rating, i would rate Kempinski Amman a 3 and a half star, not even 4: My reservation was not ready till after 4 pm. Although I asked for a non smoking room, what i got was unbearable with smoke stench. Another trip to the lobby and i got a replacement room, BUT the AC fan was so noisy even at low speed, I had to sleep with no AC, on a hot summer night with no ability to open a window! My next day at Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea was superb though. Everything was perfect. My recommendation is to avoid Kempinski Amman until some major basic renovation is in place. If you are going to the Dead Sea, definitely consider Kempinsi Ishtar. Its amazing.

The night club which it name (H2O) is one of the facility in the hotel was not allowed for the guest &the security was too bad & unbehavior

I have had good experience with the Kempinski hotel in Germany,and Holland,and Dubai,but a bad experience with the one in Amman.

1)Kempinski Amman did not honor the booking agreement which I had through the e-booking on line. 2)The staff is not well trained as to run an international hotel like this. 3)The rooms are small,and expensive for the price that is charged. 4)The hotel floors were not cleaned regularly,as is usually done in good reputable hotels.
