- Dirty hotel, not deserving to be named Kempinski.
- no leadership: The supervisors and managers don't know to lead by example. I notified several people that it wasn't normal to have so much dirt around the swimming pool or on the stairs to the pool, and instead of picking up right away the plastic bottle, the flying bags, the cigarette package etc, they would be walking around their phones to their ears and then shout at the pool boy + ask me my room number... The focus was on getting details to report the problems instead of actually solve the problems!
- noisy: there was a wedding until 1.30 am and it was impossible to sleep. I notified upon arrival that I am leaving at 5 am, so only had a few hours of sleep until 4 am. When I called at 1.00 to complain, they offered me to change the room. For 3 hours! My night was already damaged, I wouldn't have been able to sleep and in addition I would have waisted another 30 minutes changing the room.
When I checked out, they tell me they hope to see me again soon, and when I said "certainly not", they looked at each other, smiled and then said they were informed of the problems I notified. Not really the appropriate reaction! They could have offered me a reduction or a 1 night voucher (that I probably wouldn't have used anyway) but it would have shown concern and interest in customers' satisfaction.
The chicken shaorma I had by the pool was delicious.
