Nothing Special They dont respect thier guests, I booked 3 nights, I got Flu during my stay I wanted to make check-out one night before and they refused, they said, you can make the chack out but you have to pay for the last day which is not respectable by five stars hotel like Kempinski, so I stayed. in the last day, they start to call me at my room for the check out at 11:00am !! and I recieved 3 calls from them. I have been hosted by Kempinski Lake Geneva and the treatment was totally diffrent

Amazing rooms (large, beautiful view, greatly furnished, very bright, top-quality bed (like sleeping on a cloud), great equipments, shower + bath,...), just as all places in the hotel and on the beach. Top-quality staff (super efficient, professional and friendly, but appropriately discreet). Great restaurants and breakfast buffets (included in price of room). Great room service. Perfect quietness (bet it's not the case of nearby resorts such as Movenpick or Intercontinental, which seemed much more exposed to road and traffic noises). Hard to find anything that was not perfect. But, after intense thinking : - restaurants a bit expensive (always good deals on the beach for lunches but hard to eat for less than JOD 35 per person for dinner, except with very good but obviously less pleasant room service) - very impressive see-through bathroom (you can watch tv from the bathtub ;-) ), but lacks intimacy : toilets in the bathroom and curtain inefficient (ie, if you go to the toilets while your mate is in the room, don't switch on the light...). - very smart/classy/bright/design/all white hotel, and therefore maybe a bit "cold" (and not so romantic) for a honeymoon.

The hotel was very well organized. Restaurants were also very good and the room had an amazing view We mentioned in our booking that we were there for our wedding anniversary and asked to book us a restaurant during our stay, but no reservation was made until we arrived and we tried to book a couple massage at the spa but were told it was fully booked; I find this a bit surprising since we asked before coming.

We Stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba for four nights. It is a fantastic hotel ,with extremely helpful staff. Five star all the way. It made our stay in Aqaba. The beach and pools are really beautiful , This hotel is very good for families, couples and anybody wanting to have a break . I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurants are also very high in standard..If visiting Jordan make a visit here and you will as thrilled as us. S. Porter

Lovely hotel with exceptional service, from the waiters to the valet parking. Really enjoyed our stay here and can say that it's the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Beautiful bedrooms with a sea view from the bathroom and lots of space.

Stunning sunset views from the pool area. Very attentive service from all the staff. Very tranquil ambiance. The only little flaw was that their computer showed a reservation for two people even though my booking was "for single use." Other than that, everything was fantastic.

No complaints whatsoever. Excellent food, staff personal and friendly but not overly so, property capitalized on natural setting. Lobby a little sparsely decorated but that is a personal taste.

Beautiful Hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Strongly recommended. It could have a bigger swimming pool! However, being a relaxing hotel it a small swimming pool may be just the right thing!

Hotel location in the city center Swimming pool and landscape very nice All rooms are sea view No parking area inside the perimeters of the hotel To park the car inside the hotel perimeter you need to keep the car key with valet service Late response on service call The hotel charged the room rate on my visa two weeks before arriving to hotel although I made my booking with cancelation policy.

Kempinski is excellent as everywhere else in the world. However this time I chose for Kempinski because of the excellent price offer during the holiday period in Jordan. 120 jod (+/- 120 euro) for a double room during the religious holiday of Eid was really an excellent price !

Good views from all rooms. The best beach in town and centrally located. The staff tried their best. The Service was poor due to the lack of staff. The lack of opaque blinds between room and bathroom.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything feels very easy; from getting a deck chair with fresh towels on the beach or around the pool to ordering food and drinks. The spa offers fantastic treatments at Western prices. The views from all the rooms are onto the red sea. Breathtaking.
