I found that the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba is a very pleasant hotel to stay in, in Aqaba, Jordan, where the hotel location, service, facilities, cleanliness and hotel staff are all of premium quality. Moreover, the Hotel rooms are very spacious and very comfortable to stay in, sleep, and move around; all hotel rooms have a decently spacious balcony with a pleasant sea view. What struck me most in the hotel is that all staff members were very helpful, friendly and cooperative, which overall reflect an effective and very pleasant management style excercised by a highly developed and reflective hotel managerial staff. I truely liked the Hotel overall and do strongly recommend it. One thing that I would like the hotel management to look into very carefully concerns the absence of a non-transparent screen (curtain) across the Bath Tub of the Toilet and Bath Room, where anybody using the bath room is clearly seen by anybody else staying in the room, especially late in the evening and at night where the light in the Toilet and Bath Room has to be kept on while using the bath room. This must be resolved by making a nontransparent curtain available for use next to the Bath Tub. Thank you, again

Amazing rooms (large, beautiful view, greatly furnished, very bright, top-quality bed (like sleeping on a cloud), great equipments, shower + bath,...), just as all places in the hotel and on the beach. Top-quality staff (super efficient, professional and friendly, but appropriately discreet). Great restaurants and breakfast buffets (included in price of room). Great room service. Perfect quietness (bet it's not the case of nearby resorts such as Movenpick or Intercontinental, which seemed much more exposed to road and traffic noises). Hard to find anything that was not perfect. But, after intense thinking : - restaurants a bit expensive (always good deals on the beach for lunches but hard to eat for less than JOD 35 per person for dinner, except with very good but obviously less pleasant room service) - very impressive see-through bathroom (you can watch tv from the bathtub ;-) ), but lacks intimacy : toilets in the bathroom and curtain inefficient (ie, if you go to the toilets while your mate is in the room, don't switch on the light...). - very smart/classy/bright/design/all white hotel, and therefore maybe a bit "cold" (and not so romantic) for a honeymoon.

Best hotel we stayed in Jordan. Excellent facilities, service impeccable with great attention to details. We were really treated as royalty. Superb breakfast, spa, and pools. We did not have dinner there so can't evaluate the restaurants. The only few remarks we would make are 1. Could plant more trees at the beach 2. Service at the pool area was some times slow 3. Missed wireless internet inside the rooms. 4. We didn't love the scuba diving trip purchased at the hotel (poor service).

Top class hotel. Wonderful location - right on the "sand" of the private beach, amazing modern design of the interior of the hotel, spacious rooms with a great front view of the sea, excellent service provided by an international staff and extraordinary relaxing atmosphere. Very different and beautiful design of the pool. The see-breeze and the view from breakfast and dinner buffet dining room terrace, created an unforgettable experience. The welcoming an assisting by the charming hostesses - "Ladies in Red", makes you feel very special guest. The food is the weak link of the hotel. It is overpriced and of different kind of quality standards comparing to the other services the hotel provides. The breakfast buffet has quite a limited choice and a very limited buffet space, creating a crowded atmosphere near the food stations. The dinner buffet is much better, but still,as I said - of different standards. The beach restaurant ,the only time that we tried, was just awful. So was the food in the Aqua lounge. For example the "Cesar salad" priced 18 $ (including service and tax), was a side dish of lettuce leaves topped with four tiny extremely dried peaces of chicken. A cup of tea bag tea - was priced 7 $ (including service and tax). The prices on the menu do not include tax and service,so one should add about 20% to figure it right. Personally I would prefer the prices on the menu including all the taxes. The service was excellent. There are no good dining alternatives in town, except in the other 5 star hotels. There is a delicious and inexpensive "Bakery shop" in Movenpick Hotel (about 3 $ for a piece of cake),next to the Kempinsky.

Very nice staff. Amazing Rooms, very comfortable and tidy and luxurious, amazing sea view. good food. Very High Class residents. Comparing To Other Hotels Around It, It's Small Because It Doesn't Have A Resort, But For A Hotel, It's Great. The Beds Were A bit Small, Comfortable though.

Excellent staff and services all are friendly Too much security questions about confirmation if you are resedent. The room check in is too late (3pm) and room check out is early (12am) so acutualy it is not 24 hours per day (it is only 21 hours)

No complaints whatsoever. Excellent food, staff personal and friendly but not overly so, property capitalized on natural setting. Lobby a little sparsely decorated but that is a personal taste.

This hotel was fabulous! They paid attention to every little detail to make sure that we were comfortable. I felt like a queen! The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the sea. I loved how the mini-bar was complimentary and there were lots of other items in the room for comfort. Their facilities were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Nothing - it was wonderful!

Room services were very slow, we had to wait for more than one hour to receive what we asked for the first inquiry of room service, as to the second inquiry, we decided to drop it after 45 min of waiting. Kempinski hotel Aqaba has everything else rating top but they need to improve seriously about their room service.

Good views from all rooms. The best beach in town and centrally located. The staff tried their best. The Service was poor due to the lack of staff. The lack of opaque blinds between room and bathroom.

The hotel is new and nice designed;the location is very good I choose this hotel for relaxation but it was impossible to have this because every night it was so much noise due to the administrative targets the staff decided to do all the night: so they cut the grass, they polished the marble etc, even I called several times the reception.finally I was recommended to sleep with the door closed -very funny because I choose special this hotel to be near to the sea for the unforgettable sound of the waves. As a conclusion I do not recommend this hotel for the people who want to relax.i am very sorry for the new fashion building but the staff ...... regrettable

At the best place in Aqaba! Everything in walking distance. Very friendly staff and helpful. We did enjoy the calm atmosphere by the pool and the amazing view of our room on the 5th floor. In room dining great experience and not overcharged. Don't search for a better place to stay in Aqaba this is the best! There was nothing bad! However the staff at reception could have been better inform about the city!

Generally attentive service. Aesthetically pleasing. Good rooms. Free minibar refills daily. Great spa. Didn't really feel it was completely 5 star but maybe my expectations are too high. Pool area gets very crowded quickly & annoyingly people are allowed to save sun beds then not appear for half the day. Too many jet skis & noisy glass bottom boats. Lack of choice for evening dining. No pork available.

This is truely an excellent hotel, the hotel pictures are how this hotel actually looks. From the minute we entered the hotel ( from 48 degrees outside to a cool lobby handed cooling tissues upon entry)i we felt a warm welcome, and it was a nice safe heaven in Aqaba. The pool area was excellent and different in it layout, the pool guard actually twice went into prompt action and saved careless unable swimmers :-) - the beach was very nice as well, well attended by beach staff at all times. ( as the beach had been cleared there were no corals and fish - however nice area anyway). The breakfast buffet is very good - the cook really pleasant - he even went through the trouble to write me an English version of one of his excellent local dishes (from the evening buffet) - and after a few days the staff knew us by name in the restaurant areas. The minibar was filled once a day - as part of the room charge - a nice feature in the heat :-). To conclude - I have traveled the world for 30 years and stayed in many 5 star hotels both for business and pleasure, this hotel is one of my favorites, is was new and fresh with good design, the service was excellent and we never missed anything anywhere, the rooms were perfect and the staff and management everywhere welcoming and ready to fullfill your every wish. There is a Gym, a Spa and several dining options. One of our family member had a very nice 3 day diving certificate experience using the beach Diveshop contact. I really did enjoy all about the hotel - one small thing, that would not prevent me from going again would be some of the other guests - over the week-end the place was quite full and I do respect different customs in different cultures, however some of the families were very rude to the staff and taking no consideration what so ever to other guests - (Maybe part of high class behavior in certain parts of the world). The hotel did their best to adjust extreme behavior in a very polite manner. In either case an experience of other cultures which I do value and is my purpose of traveling the world. Aqaba city is quite limited, we enjoy shopping as well and I think this will be developed further going forward.

Nothing Special They dont respect thier guests, I booked 3 nights, I got Flu during my stay I wanted to make check-out one night before and they refused, they said, you can make the chack out but you have to pay for the last day which is not respectable by five stars hotel like Kempinski, so I stayed. in the last day, they start to call me at my room for the check out at 11:00am !! and I recieved 3 calls from them. I have been hosted by Kempinski Lake Geneva and the treatment was totally diffrent

Kempinski Aqaba is probably the best choice of any hotel in the region including taba, eilat and aqaba. As for value for money, there can be no doubt that no hotel in the region can compete with this hotel. You will be welcomed to a very comfortable surroundings, a 36 sqm room that is designed to make you to forget any worries you may have, the view from any room is outstanding. Among the available services, free minibar, fruits in the room, free internet anywhere, superb food, breakfast. Please consider the dinner buffet, x mass and new years eve, forme and my family; this was a lifetime experience. The chef at this hotel is an artist in making the most delicious dishes for all ocasions. I have never experienced such quality,in europe, midleeast, usa , australia or the far east. The only draw back is; it is always difficult to say good bye to the personel at this hotel who worked so hard to make you live your dreams for a while. From the floor cleaner to the general manager, you are always greeted with a genuine smile.

This is a luxury hotel. Design is beautiful and you can see the sea from every corner of the hotel - the rooms, restaurants, spa, reception. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and felt spoilt by the staff. I thought the the Reception person who checked us in was a bit slow.
