Elegant architecture, great pool, extremely forthcoming and friendly staff, excellent food, perfect location, impressive rooms.
Not the fault of the hotel, but the activities in the sea near the beach are much too noisy: too many motor boats, water scooters, disco-ships with loud music, etc.
The staff. The location. The room service.
The noise - noisy techno boats on the Red Sea and jet skis. We asked to be put into a quiet room yet they put single guys into the room next to us. The single guys woke us up in at 3am with banging and fighting. We had a baby a she woke up because of the noise. We didn't sleep much. I don't think we will stay here again because it is just too noisy!
the way this hotel looks-lobi, rooms, pool and beach
prices of food and drinks in the hotel
its good for families the room and sea view are very beautiful
need more pools outside
the view was nice, the beds were comfortable, the beach clean
The food was the exact same selection, the towels were not replaced, the pool was very cold, on the whole, the price was way above the value and the service
Kept asking house keeping for an iron. They told me to call lundry ! Im in thier best suit and there's no Iron !
The rooms and their view. The staff generally nice. The beach and the sea.
The food not great and not much choice. The walk way not very good quality. The fish restaurant way too expensive. The swimming pool was not heated. The fact that service charge is added to everything. The constant noise, and potential hazard, of all the jet skis, boats etc....
i like the location. rooms qutie big .
In the booking ..they mentioned every room for 2 adults and 1 child.. And we were 4 adults and 2 child.. so they charge me for the first child extra bed and second half price for the breakfast..
The helpful and friendly staff as well as the room's cleaniness
The location of the hotel.
Location, Views, Facilities, Treatment.
Highly trained, professional staff provides excellent service. Plenty of security - ambivalent about that, as you feel cut off from the city. Comfortable, modern, sunny rooms with great views across the Red Sea harbor. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Good cocktails - not easy to come by in Jordan.
Won't change shekels as a matter of policy - seems more a political statement than anything else. But inconvenient for travelers coming from Israel, given lack of money changing facility at the Eilat-Aqaba border. A bit disappointed by the Wed night 'fish barbeque.' Lots of beautiful fresh fish set out for viewing, but the fish was actually fried, not grilled, and arrived at the table cold.
excellent staff, beautiful pool, beautiful sea view, very clean, great food
room service was excellent, but they did not clean the floor ifvthe room well
The rooms are really cool, I like the idea of the bathtub with a full room view, it is really amazing!
The hotel is a true 5 star. I appreciated the meticulous attention to details, kindness and availability of staff very always very professional and prepared. The service in the rooms is excellent. Roomkeeping 3 times a day and the equipment inside is complete with everything a traveler needs to be pampered. Breakfast is a feast! The terrace fantastic. Great choice of international food. The pools are clean and beautiful. Soft towels are provided for the sunbeds. The hotel is also provided with an excellent spa with professional philippine therapists. The choice of the staff is not casual but refined and severe. Location is perfect.
As I have had occasion to point out to the person in charge of the breakfast room hotels like this can not 'afford to tolerate crows and other birds that leave undisturbed their droppings on food, tables and chairs. The consequences are easy to imagine ... This is' the only flaw that I could find. After all, those responsible have assured me that already 'a few months ago are taking action to solve the problem and that the more' soon will opt for an environmentally friendly solution. Bravi !!
Everything...beautiful beach, loved the shallow pool for sun bathing, food was excellent, and the staff met all of our expectations. Perfect ending to a very busy Israel and Petra vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer.
That our vacation ended.
The staff, the pool, the location, the buffet breakfast, the room, all excellent!
The cost of alcoholic drinks - £10 for a cocktail, £8 for a beer!
Good breakfast. Very helpful stuff. Amazing SPA with view to the see. Everything was really good.
The staff were all very helpful, the rooms were excellent and the resort in general is the most tranquil and beautiful place. Good mix of people from across the globe and a lovely environment -ideal for relaxation!
Food was a little overpriced, taxes and charges made it even more so.
The staff lied to me and didnt give me what i asked They changed my room with another connected room at low floor ilwith annoying naighbor at my honey moon
Comfortables rooms, good service, nice location, makes you feel valueable, clean seaside, close to town center(i recommend to go city center for dinner),minibar at room(refresh everyday),breakfast was delicious.
A little problem at check-in,daily guests make pool crowded, very hot weather(that s not hotel problem),can not watch movies from your own harddisk by usb connection,no wifi at room(only with cable),taxies want too much money for easy ways(also not hotel problem).
Swimming pool. Bar pool. Room design. Location. Internet. Staff
The beach needs to be cleaned as so many sea creatures come to the hotel area. Also the swimming area in the sea is so so so so so small. If you want to dive a little bit , your head hits the ground.
The location and the sea view from the room
Staff not responding to our notes timely.
the best really in every thing from hospitality i get and from service
Its wonderful hotel,
Need more activity is the environment so quiet.
The staff is very friendly.
The food is not good at all, we ordered from the room service on our arrival first day, and all went very bad, the soup had hair in it, lazanya was cold not hot, the arabic mezza is very dry. And the breakfast is not like what it use to be like last year and year before. Every year we stay at kempinski, but not for next year. Thanks
