The staff were very friendly
The lavatory was uncomfortably high
I liked every thing
Nothing to say
staff trys to be friendly
bad location, bad pillows, price didn't meet expectations
The staff is super.. all cordial. The Lebanese restaurant has excellent food...not much of a menu selection but good quality. WiFi coverage is very good.
The furniture is old. Cleanliness is not the best. The mattress covers were dirty my first night.
clean and nice interior
the security check is awful every time you get in and out even if 5 times a day, and men staff stare a lot to ladies my wife wasnt comfy about it, like any arab people
Almost everything was great
I had a problem with the room A/C for two days. They solved it in the third day. Other than that it was great and the staff were friendly.
The greeting staff, restaurant staff and management, the hotel transports, the food, and the access to other venues.
The outside transportation(cabs) very poor, the location, the interior is aged and requires replacing, and the rating is or should not be 5 star. This is how and why I booked there; it's rating.
Great service, friendly stuff. very nice arrangement for our honeymoon with an upgrade, it has been very nice to stay there.
Friendly and professional service.
After travelling in Jordan for two weeks, from South to North, I rounded off my trip in Amman at the Landmark. It turned out to be an excellent choice! Apart from receiving a warm welcome I was given a huge room on the 9th floor. There was a separate seating area as well as a desk, good for work purposes. No surprise really as it is a conference hotel after all : ) The bathroom was roomy and had plenty of swish toiletries. I made use of the pool area first thing after my dusty adventures prior to Amman, relaxing in the afternoon sun with my book. Next on my list was to check out the Lebanese restaurant on the13th floor as well as the Sunset bar next door. It had the mosy amazing view of the city which was glittering in a sea of lights. On the ground floor to one side of reception there is the Zone bar and on the other a Business centre which is open 24hrs! Breakfast was one of the most lavish ones I'd seen during my entire trip. An extensive and generous selection, so much to choose from... My stay was made particularly easy and enjoyable thanks to two young ladies in the Front office, Sheren and Jwan. I would like to commend them for the effortless ease with which the solved and responded to all my queries... and lets face it, it was really nice travelling as a single female to be able to have a bit of girl-talk for a change!
That I missed out on the shuttle service that the hotel has down-town in the evening with a pick-up back to the hotel a few hours later. Only noticed the information when I was checking out. No criticism, just a hint for others staying in future
We never thought it would be that good really. Mt fiance and I needed a couple of days away from everything and we thought why not Landmark and we were both shocked of the level of attention the staff had! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated like royalty and boy do we like that!
The only thing that wasn't so amazing as the rest of the otel stay was the pool. It's clean and great but service at the pool is a bit slow.
Swimming pool security
The staff were extremely helpful and went beyond their way to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. The manager, Mr. Eyad and Mr. Raed were very caring as well as the manager of the rooftop. We also enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast.
The furniture nin some rooms needs to be renewed!
the services, the room size , the window able to open, the valet.
the bathroom was very old style and ugly, the bath tube shower head too low for showering, the bed, the pillows my god extremely cheap hard pillows that was even worn out very badly old rusty pool
my room was upgraded to executive room without any request :) friendly staff breakfast was great
old furniture needs to be renovated
the old furniture
Staff are excellent and helpful, good size rooms, and restaurant not bad. Has a nice restaurant and bar on the roof, causy seating.
The furniture is very old for a 5 star hotel. The money I paid could have stayed at a 4 star for less with better furniture. Although did not affect me much but the location is easy if you are going to need public transportation.
room service staff friendliness
hard bed same breakfast daily
People are so friendly and felt so important I have visited before other 5 stars hotels and found this hotel much better location also is nice.
May be the place little old, and I have ordered breakfast on bed and was not really delicious and didn't feel value for what I paid
All is good
Amazing team helpful clean hotel
