The hotel is reasonably modern and fairly well located in the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean, if a bit dated. The bath was very small for a hotel of this class.

since i have lost my i pad in the airport, the business centre was very helpful for me. i had access to the centre and all of its facility. i checked my e-mails and printed some materilas and all of these services were free of charge because i was staying in suite.

Good location & representative building. Very bad service. Asking five times for a coffe during breakfast or asking everyday for toilet paper replacement. Service is like in one star hotel, in all services: Room service, waiters, spa, etc, etc.

The best place with quality excellent and personal touch service was the buddah bar. The chef, the waiter, the barman, the dj were all such attentive personnel. simply the best!. The spa was a nice treat, as well the tycoon disco down stairs. the room service and house keeping were attentive, polite and had great responce time, atittude and service in regards to handling guests request.The valet service was prompt and proffessional The front desks service was the worst ever! upon check in, my partner had to wait 45 minutes without any communication of proceedings, after which when we upgraded from deluxe room to suite, we were hussled daily on phone to pay up for extending our stay. The staff were rude, lacked, communcation skills and were very unkind. With the exception of the Sales Manager who happened to be the only voice of reason.

Nice hotel , clean , room and bath sizes was good Internet , wire and wireless was very bad and slow and they change passwords 2 or 3 time per day ! ! ! ! ! ! breakfast too expensive

The only thing I found good is the sigh of the room. My room view was the whole of the city. The problem with this hotel is their services. Whatever I ask for, it takes me to wait too long. Also, I didn't see the smile ever on the staff faces.

This hotel gives you a feeling of luxury, staff are very helpful, from the drivers to the receptionists. We found the restaurants a bit cold, not temperature but atmosphere.

Good location. Architecturally nice. Offered good conference facilities. Comfortable lobby. Food was ok. Roooms were a comfortable size and had a view of the city. The reception was not helpful. The bar on the ground floor was expensive. Only cnn as a news channel in english in the room. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned daily. Wifi should be freely available allover a 5star hotel. Somebody disposed of a tissue paper near the lifts on the 17th floor and this remained there for 4 days and is probably still there

Secure and easy to access Hotel Services very poor and must change to meet the 5 star hotel standard Room upgrade must be worthy with all benefits Staff must be trained on customer service/room service...etc Poor understanding to guest's requirements Poor English / I have been escorted by lady to tell me " the Lobby serve Junck food"?! Hotel bills must be checked prior to charge the guests on bills that doesn't belong to his/her room Check room requirements every day - it has been checked only once during my stay Return calls from hotel staff after complaining Bad Internet connection

The staff is not friendly and mostly they do not understand the english language which is a must when you are working in a hote. At teh lounge I had to call the supervisor in order to receive the correct order!
