Location was excellent. Staff is friendly and accomodating. The hotel needs a bit of a renovation. And should improve ability of guests to use spa facilities: it was very difficult to book a massage since it appeared to be always fully booked but nobody mentioned anything at the time of reservation in terms of bookings spa services in advance.

This is the first time where I was asked to pay the charges of my stay upfront and while checking in !! Also I am not supped to pay any deposit charges while checking in as per the information I got through booking.com. Yet, I was asked to pay some charges, which I refused to pay and I showed them the print out of my reservation from booking.com which shows the same. Moreover, they should charge 8% city tax and 10 % service charge which is 18%. However, what they did is they charged 10% first on the room rate and then another 8% on the 10% !! Its a way to take more money from their customer. Bottom line, I would never go again for this hotel due to their UNPROFESSIONAL and MISLEADING way of handling customers.

Welcoming staff I had bad experience with this hotel. My booking.com reservation was cancelled. They said that you arrived late and your credited card was not accepted. Without even calling me. I know for sure that the reason they are telling is not true because I was using my credit card all the way

The hotel have very bad management and unfriendly staff , it's too crowded with public in all over the hotel in the lobby , in the gym, the spa it have no privacy and no style , I will not stay there again and certainly I will not recommended it to any body .

Good location & representative building. Very bad service. Asking five times for a coffe during breakfast or asking everyday for toilet paper replacement. Service is like in one star hotel, in all services: Room service, waiters, spa, etc, etc.

The staff is not friendly and mostly they do not understand the english language which is a must when you are working in a hote. At teh lounge I had to call the supervisor in order to receive the correct order!
