the hotel was very good as an overall comment during my stay.

the only point I did not like that too many people were smoking in the hotel and non smoking areas were small compared to the allocated places for the smakores.

- High Security Level - View of my room was amazingly nice - Spa was clean and nice - In the center of the town, residents can go everywhere easily.

- Windows was secured from entering air from outside by normal tape! - I thought it has shopping mall and cinemas, but discovered that it was out of use since two years. - All visitors need to have card to be able to use the left and come to the residents.

They didn't put the sign that the outdoor swimming pool was closed and there was some reconstruction on going.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center.

Had to wait 2 hours to check-in just to get a different category of room as i booked, while still having to pay the same price. I was promised "direct city views" but my window faces exactly the other way. Upon request of a taxi to the airport the staff told me he would order the hotel driver. I had to insist on him calling a normal taxi (saves about 20 JOD). The hotel needs some refurbishment. The bathrooms are old fashioned and the bath tub should be replaced.
