Great location. Nice facilities. Room was pretty decent. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Across the street from Hertz car rental which was great for us because we had to return a Hertz car. Breakfast was okay. The credit card system was apparently broken down for two days. You would have thought it could have been fixed sooner. We ended up using cash when checking out so a small annoyance, but still. ...

Very central located and comfortable hotel near bazar- and shopping-area. Very heartly welcom from the receptionist. We ask for room with balcony and seaview and .. we got it. Thank you Hala. Very clean room: especially bed (matratzes, bedsheets and pillows) and bathroom. Internet (free Wifi) was working after asking for router-reset (+++). Rich breakfast and a extremely quick table-cleaning. Our rent-a-car "Thrifty" was directly inside same building. Short and quick transit to Eilat-border or airport by taxi.

We had a big room with nice view to the sea. The hotel had both a roof-terrace and a swimming-pool-area where it was possible to relax. We enjoyed the breakfast-buffet. The staff in the reception, and specially Hala, was friendly and very willing to help us arranging different things. The temperature in the room was a bit warm in the nights, since the aircondition was turned out because of the winter-season (December) and our room was located on that side of the hotel that we had sun all afternoon.

Excellent location in the middle of the Western style restaurants but 200 metres from the more local area of town. A bit noisey at night but ok. Very good value. We had 2 adjoining rooms which were connected by doors which closed to give good privacy on both sides. Rooms of a good size and very clean. Pool clean although slightly cramped. Red Sea beach area very pleasant with good snorkelling - 10 jd a person including 15 min bus transfer. Breakfast good. We had a very enjoyable time There is a slight cleaning fluid smell about the corridors but for the price it was very well run.

Location was excellent and so was the price. The room was spotlessly clean with a nice hot shower. We were given a sea view with balcony which we were very pleased with as not all rooms had a balconly. We payed on arrival however the night porter asked for 35.00 jdp when we left with no reason but when we said we had already paid he just said oh! Alcoholic drinks round the pool were extremely expensive considering this is a duty free resort.

Nice sized room with great view of the sea and a lovely balcony to sit out on. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. Air conditioning worked well Pool was a good way to cool off and the staff were very friendly. Nothing much to say but if being picky - room could do with a few more lights - only one small spotlight in the ceiling on one side, so the right side of the room was quite gloomy. Nice quality tv but not many channels to choose from and no English news

The rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet setting, but close to the beach and shops. The swimming pool helped us to cool off in the extreme summer heat..

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, allowed us to check in early. Rooms were spotles clean and sprayed with air freshener so always smelled nice. Air conditioning was quite effective and the tinted balcony door helped keep room cool. Rooms were spotless clean and beds comfortable. Deluxe rooms come with balcony and nice views (as they are located on the top floors). Very good size swimming pool, regularly serviced and always attended by staff, free towels provided. Breakfast was good quality and omelettes were made to order in front of you. Complementary bowl of fresh fruit provided. Hotel building is old and will not win any design awards, but it is still in perfectly acceptable condition. Furniture is basic quality but nevertheless in very good condition, although this is reflected in the hotel's class and price bracket. I highly recommend a Deluxe room for the extra 10JD/night

Vriendelijk personeel. Vooral de frontoffice medewerkster. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet was lekker.
