The location is fine
the hotel should be 1star
Good location Very friendly staff
We asked for transportation from the airport and early check in because we arrived at 3 AM, Hotel confirmed this but, nobody was there to pick up us and no taxi at all so we have to wait at list half our for the taxi which was very expensive. Early check in was OK and we got rooms immediately with sea view. Security at the hotel was very strange because they where controlling guests, it wasn't aloud to bring even the water in the hotel. Internet was very poor, and then didn't work for 3 days?
Bath room water drainage needs attention.
Good location. Good sized room and comfortable beds. A room on the 7th floor facing north gives you very good view of the sunset.
Staff helpful but not the friendliest. Air con quite noisy. I killed what I think were 4 small cockroaches running around the floor. The hot water took 15 minutes to come through.
Our stay at Mina was fantastic, great staff and atmosphere and a lovely location, only downfall was calling room service on the phone, kept us on hold or just didn't turn up with the order. Apart from that great time.
the hotel was extremely dirty I asked for a king size bed and they gave me a twin bed room and refused to change it on my request. When they moved the beds it was extremely dirty under it even the lights were broken and the room was very dark the breakfast would make you wanna throw up
All restaurant and the vast rooms and inparticlaul the see view and place I the middle of every thing
It is set in the center of markets.
When we arrived the hotel; one of the staff on the reception said that there is no available. So I used booking.com and booked a room. He was a lier.
The room was smelling cigarette, we asked for a non smoking room and they said they don't have one!
Poor lighting , lack of powels in the pool , hot water temporary not availablr in the room.
View, decor in rooms and location
Room was located next to housekeeping storage room. The phone would ring loudly, consistently and at late hours. Also the noise from cleaners moving equipment in and out of the storage room echoed into room til late in the night up to 1am. This was annoying.
Mina hotel is good ,rooms are good ,to make excellent Need : better lighting at the entrance lobby and in the rooms . Elevators cabines renovation .basic Satelite tv channels in rooms.and finally new towels . And mina hotel will be excellent for its rate.
They transferred us to The Golden Tulip Hotel which was among the worst ever, despite having booked the Mina weeks in advance. We moved to another hotel after 2 nights!
Actually this is a review of the Golden Tulip because the Mina was having technical problems with their central A/C they send us just down the street to their other hotel, the Golden Tulip. At the Golden Tulip everything was great. It had a wonderful buffet breakfast, clean, good wifi, central location and right across the street from a nice selection of restaurants.
Nothing , everything was good at the Golden Tulip.
After my arrival, I was told rooms were full, so the hotel staff transferred us to another hotel with the same price we booked online. Hadn't inform us until we got there, bit annoying.
Fantastic location right in the centre of aqaba. Spacious rooms with a gorgeous sea view. Very comfy beds! Nice breakfast.
Electricity in the room works on the key card, so when you leave the room, the ac cuts out. It was 43 degrees in aqaba last weekend, this was not fun!
the location is perfect if anyone wants to visit the heart of Aqaba
Restaurant tables weren't clean... Breakfast wasn't organized and there was a lot of mass.
I LIKE THE COOPERRATION OF SFAFF.
The hotel needs more decoration and modern furnature
it was good
Great location! Comfortable, clean rooms and variety for breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice to be connected to the Berenice beach club for a discount to enjoy the day there.
Had to wait for help at the front desk, they could use an extra person "on call" there as it could be a long wait to ask questions or get help there. Pool on location at the hotel not really a place for children.
Sunny room - big windows that can open
Old furniture, very noisy aircon
I liked Amani, the recepcionist, very much. She is attentious, nice and competent. Also, the guys who clean the bedrooms make an excellent job. Besides of a delicious breakfast and the facilities of taking us to other places from the hotel by bus and bring us back, great job!
I really don`t have anything I disliked.
Location is good. The value of the hotel in return of the money we paid is not bad. In General the hotel is clean.
Once you enter the room there is a bad smell and This is the most annoying thing. The TV channels are terrible, there are17 channels half of them not working and the rest are not clear.
