    Poor lighting , lack of powels in the pool , hot water temporary not availablr in the room.

    View, decor in rooms and location

    Room was located next to housekeeping storage room. The phone would ring loudly, consistently and at late hours. Also the noise from cleaners moving equipment in and out of the storage room echoed into room til late in the night up to 1am. This was annoying.

    Mina hotel is good ,rooms are good ,to make excellent Need : better lighting at the entrance lobby and in the rooms . Elevators cabines renovation .basic Satelite tv channels in rooms.and finally new towels . And mina hotel will be excellent for its rate.

    They transferred us to The Golden Tulip Hotel which was among the worst ever, despite having booked the Mina weeks in advance. We moved to another hotel after 2 nights!

    Actually this is a review of the Golden Tulip because the Mina was having technical problems with their central A/C they send us just down the street to their other hotel, the Golden Tulip. At the Golden Tulip everything was great. It had a wonderful buffet breakfast, clean, good wifi, central location and right across the street from a nice selection of restaurants.

    Nothing , everything was good at the Golden Tulip.

    After my arrival, I was told rooms were full, so the hotel staff transferred us to another hotel with the same price we booked online. Hadn't inform us until we got there, bit annoying.

    Fantastic location right in the centre of aqaba. Spacious rooms with a gorgeous sea view. Very comfy beds! Nice breakfast.

    Electricity in the room works on the key card, so when you leave the room, the ac cuts out. It was 43 degrees in aqaba last weekend, this was not fun!

    the location is perfect if anyone wants to visit the heart of Aqaba

    Restaurant tables weren't clean... Breakfast wasn't organized and there was a lot of mass.

    Great location! Comfortable, clean rooms and variety for breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice to be connected to the Berenice beach club for a discount to enjoy the day there.

    Had to wait for help at the front desk, they could use an extra person "on call" there as it could be a long wait to ask questions or get help there. Pool on location at the hotel not really a place for children.

    I liked Amani, the recepcionist, very much. She is attentious, nice and competent. Also, the guys who clean the bedrooms make an excellent job. Besides of a delicious breakfast and the facilities of taking us to other places from the hotel by bus and bring us back, great job!

    I really don`t have anything I disliked.

    Location is good. The value of the hotel in return of the money we paid is not bad. In General the hotel is clean.

    Once you enter the room there is a bad smell and This is the most annoying thing. The TV channels are terrible, there are17 channels half of them not working and the rest are not clear.

    the food was good

    All the check-in process was very bad . We waited half an hour until we got the first room key [we ordered two rooms] and they told us that the other room will be ready in a few minutes. We went upstairs and the room was not clean at all. We got another room and we went up again. Surprisingly this time it was a room that was already used by other guests of the hotel, who were still in the room. a real omission. After several replacement of rooms and lots of waiting time, we got the keys for two rooms, only one of them was at the same level like in the pre-orders . Hotel staff was nice and courteous but not professional at all. Also, the promises balcony or fruit in a deluxe room not been maintained. I have to mention that after discussions with staff about the check-in process, they gave us dinner as a compensation. [that also made us problems at the check-out, because it wasn't mentioned on the computer and they wanted us to pay for it when we did the check -out, until we explained that it was a gift]

    location very good staff very good room very good

    breakfast is poor, no variety of food, coffee is cold, no fruit or salad available. the elevator acts weird many times, and it needs maintenance.

    The hotel was modern, clean with rooms of a good standard. The location was central and very close to the beach. The staff were really helpful. We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the sea on the 6th floor. the breakfast was nice too. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others. Thank you for a lovely stay Hotel Mina!

    I like the position and the sea view. The receptionise are very cain.

    I dont like room and specialy the bath room, It very dirty and old. They dont even Change the bed cloth, after another client has cheaking out, they give you same one. Thats really bad.

    Good location, very good beds.

    Staff at front desk was a bit disappointing, they only responded my greeting when I checked out and insisted to should book an organized trip to Petra when I asked where the minibus station was, after a lot of asking they gave me the directions.

    Perfect location. Walkable to the beach area and town. Walkable to the JETT bus stop.

    Nothing. It was perfect for our visit.
