The view good breakfast breakfast-staff ware very friendly

The receptionist was not friendly the infrastructure is oldfashioned and dated the pool was far to cold to swim in so we didn't go into it...but we took this hotel for having a indoor pool... So this ware disappoined about this al lot of the rooms are giving direct access to the lobby- atrium and groups are waiting in this lobby and this makes a lot of noice early in the morning and late in the evening, in fact each time those big groups are coming or going you'll know it! The groups ware also making noice until 2 o'clock in the night outside!!! I had to call miself outside of the window to make it stop...this should rather be done by the staff of the hotel !!

This hotel should be downgraded to a 3 star as there was no chef during our breakfast. No eggs, pancakes, ect and we had to ask for coffee often. The bar did not have many drinks avaiable that were on the menu. Pool is indoor, which was a disappointment.

Old hotel, needs major renovation , internally and externally.

The food and ambiance was incredible. We loved the view, and the decor of the hotel. Its close to Petra, and everyone was so helpful. They even recommended and candlelight walk at Petra which was breathtaking. I'm glad we experienced it.

The location was awesome. The foyer and welcome were v good. The swimming pool was lovely but it seemed odd to be indoors. Towels were very nice. Staff were friendly. Car parking was safe and secure. Air con was effective.

It seemed ridiculous to have a kettle with a plug that did not fit the socket. When we discovered this and requested an adaptor it took a long time to come. 5* rating seemed too high - the carpets on our floor were tatty. Food was very over priced. Restaurant was noisy; as we weren't in 'a group' we felt slotted in the corner rather than being able to enjoy the best of the restaurant (we weren't even able to see what it was like).

Calme, luxe, une superbe vue, repos après les jours de marche dans Petra Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, les chambres très confortables et la sollicitude du personnel sans qu'elle ne soit exacerbée, les petits déjeuners sont très intéressants.

L'éloignement par rapport à l'entrée du site archéologique de Pétra, donc la necessité de posséder un vehicule ou bien de prentre un taxi régulierement. Mais le point de vue est tellement beau......

A spacious lobby and restaurant. Staffs were friendly, though some of the staffs were not polite enough for high class hotel. Beverages are free of charge and they refill every day..

We stayed superior twin room. The room was old, especially bath room. It is very small and old. It has bathtub but very narrow and old. It is not so comfortable to use. Although this hotel is bit far from the Petra, it should have benefit to see nice mountain view. There is terrace but it is too small, even a chair cannot be. I wonder who can enjoy a beautiful prospect from there. This hotel must not be five stars hotel.

Its an older hotel, with a really grand entrance. The rooms are simple and clean.

I had an awful experience with food, i'm sure i was given stale food for breakfast and dinner in the one restaraunt this hotel has. It is more than a 10 minute drive from petra which makes it slightly inconvenient.
