The location was amazing. A very short walk to the Petra Visitors' Center.
The shower was cold, my breakfast was not ready when I requested it, the all male staff made me somewhat uncomfortable as a single female traveler. The bathtub was old and stained. The bed comforter was old and not very clean.
Food Location Staff Comfort
The hotel is a great location - very close to the Petra visitor centre. Staff were friendly. Hotel was comfortable.
Close to the gates of Petra. Air Con was good.
We we're told that breakfast is not included when we checked in, even though breakfast included is standard in Wasi Musa hotels.
The room in the hotel was huge and very clean, comfortable... The staff was very helpful. The best thing about the hotel is the location, simply the best.
There was no refridgerator in the room, which would be very usefull.
Excellent situation (100m/200m away from main gate). Clean and decent Good employees - welcoming, charming, helpful.
Breakfast was light. (Well, I was there in low season, and we were few customers in the hotel so I fully understand).
Very kind and helpful staff. Great location to access Petra. Spacious room. Openable windows. Very affordable rates/prices.
Rooms could be a bit cleaner. Dust in corners and some hair in bathroom and on bedsheets. AC and bathroom pipework occasionally smelly. Lift old and not well maintained. Breakfast offer very basic.
Closure to Petra Gate. Nice hotel
Availability of food was not there. Everyday they had BBQ.
Outstanding location. Close to Petra entrance.
I accidentally blocked the toilet and they kindly helped to fix the problem without showing any unwillingness. One of the staffs at the front desk joked with us during check in by saying our booking was canceled. We were a bit shocked but we do appreciate his sense of humour. Extremely close to the entrance of Petra, just a 2-min walk. Not far from the town of Wadi Mousa either, just a nice 15-min walk or so.
It seems to us that that is a quota on the wifi connection on each floor. We had a hard time connecting to the one of 3/F (where we stayed) but had no problem connecting to 2/F and G/F. Staffs of the room service could not really speak English. No kettle nor slippers. not a big deal but just a head-up.
Clean and well managed. Good breakfast!
The location and cleanliness was good. The staff was reasonably courteous.
The restaurant had very limited choice. Most of the times the dinner was not available. The roof-top restaurant did not have any other option than non-vegetarian barbecue. The service was poor.
Ubication is great Just 5 minutes from bus station and 5 minutes from Petra visitor center
When cleaning rooms they only made 1 bed done and no the other. Bathroom flores and neither they clean it.
Excellent location close to the Petra entrance, supermarket and restaurants. Extremely friendly stuff (especially Zeyad on reception, thanks for all valuable information), great breakfast.
Little problems with hot water in shower
Location could not have been better especially at the special rates for 2 nights.
The location was perfect.
The towels and sheets were so old, they looked dirty- Basic I can accept but these were very bad looking.
Very close to the entrance of Petra. Kind staffs.
A little bit dirty, but not serious.
Very good location!
Location. Breakfast good Reasonable rates
No fridge Drain blocked in bathroom Room 303
(1)The location was near to the Petra entry point. (2)They had a reasonable breakfast option.
Poor number of staff. There maynot not be anyone to help you with your luggage on arrival. The rooms have a poor view. The biggest problem was with the water supply in the morning.Even after informing the staff and after being assured of the supply within 5 minutes,I did not rceive after 40 minutes of waiting. They went on reassuring me that it will take them 5 minutes to rectify it.Finally after much persution, I was allowed to use a room in a lower floor, whcih incidentally had the water supply. The staff were very well aware of the scarcity in the 2nd floor rooms beforehand. But they were just trying to push me off my urgent need of a running water supply at 8AM.
Location! 5 minutes walk to entrance.
Buffet dinner 15 JD each, but without drink... And drink is expensive....
Good location. Ok service.
Wi-fi did not work in our room. Our room smelled like smoke and when we changed room we had to pay more!
Close to restaurants and the entrance to Petra.
Breakfast not good value. Rooms could do with upgrading.
Very good location, at walking distance to Petra site. Reasonable breakfast.
The hotel is perfectly situated, just closed to the entrance of the Petra site, which is very appreciable after the all day of walking in the site! The staff is nice and helpful.
The wifi was not working correctly in the room so we had to go to the lobby. It is a bit noisy as the door has a space between itself and the floor, and the shower was old and not very convenient (very little water coming).
