Everything about this place is awesome. The staff, the wifi, the rooms, and it is so VERY close to Petra. There is no better value for your money than this hotel.
The food in-house costs too much, that's really the only gripe I have.
- Location, very near to the historical sites of Petra and visitor center. - Facilities - Cleanliness - Professional Staff
- No shops, eating options near the hotel.
Excellent location (close to Petra Visitor Center), welcoming and helpful staff
Sockets near the bed were broken. The shower is very small. It was not possible to take the shower without splashing water all around on the floor.
Great location. friendly staff.
poor wifi connection.
Breakfast was good and with a lot of food. Shower was hot, with good flow. Hotel just 5 minute walk from Petra entrance.
Staff at the reception was not very helpfull, we ask to have heating in the room, they reply they will sent someone to help us but none come, at the end we have to stop a guy from staff in the corridor that bring us a electric heating. That worked in the evening but than when we switch on again in the morning it was not more working. Wifi is really poor in the room. Window in the room is quite little and with any view.
Perfect location, good breakfast, friendly staff
Location, location, location Staff was helpful, but seemed helpless when it came to fixing the cable tv and internet.
No internet in our room on 3rd floor but internet in the rooftop restaurant worked very well Satellite tv was not working Breakfast would be decent but already after 2 nights showed limitations
Hotel was perfect for a one night stay and staff were excellent. The hotel even kept my luggage safely for me the next day while we visited Petra.
Wifi could be better in the room.
Location is great, walking distance to Petra's entrance. Friendly staff, eager to help.
Bathrooms are not quite a dream. Problems with wi-fi connection all the time. Very bad coffe - uncommon for Jordan
The location, the breakfast and the staff was great. Would stay again. The Internet was a bit iffy at times.
The Internet connection and because we went in winter the heat was not very good. They allowed us an early check in but the water was cold in the afternoon. It was fine in the evening and morning
Short walk to nice restaurants and to Petra main gate.
very comfortable and big bed aircon hotel´s buffet clean neat pleasant and helpful staff
wi-fi signal is strong but the internet is pretty slow though our last day it was functioning well water thrust in shower is weak
You got what you pay
Super handy location, super nice staff. I stayed here for 2 nights, feel relaxed and comfortable
Never buy a breakfast if it's not included, it does not deserve 6JD.
staff and price
room and shower
Great location, 5 mins from Petra gate. Good price.
The internet did not work, they said it is just a temporary problem but I could not use it during my stay. Expensive dinner and breakfast.
Located behind Mövenpick hotel, 10 mins walk to Petra. Awesome!
Room service was fair
Excellent location just a few hundred meters from park entrance. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast included.
(too) many hair trapped in the bed sheets Lack of WiFi connection No hair dryer available Lack of cooperation of the staff Buying a coffee for 2 euros served in a takeaway cup, which was a previous yougurt cup (the taste of the yougurt was stilo there... A bit disgusting...)... But they said that there were no coffee shops inside petra... That was a big lie... For just the same price you can drink a coffee or a tea in front of the amazing monuments of Petra... In any of the many bars and restaurants inside...
Good location. Very nice, helpful and kind personel.Good breakfast.
Wi-fi very slow.
Friendly helpful staff and excellent location.
This hotel is so close to the gates of Petra, so clean, so friendly, and such a wonderful value for your money that it would be a shame to stay anywhere else. I realize that this might sound like an oversell, but it really isn't. I was shocked at how inexpensive this hotel was for the value I received. there are a lot of great inexpensive restaurants just up the street, terrific places to buy knick knacks, and if you want to walk to the monastery of Petra it is about A two hour walk from your hotel room, or about an hour and a half once you have reached the inside of Petra.the wifi here is so good I was able to upload literally dozens of videos during my stay
Everything was great, there was nothing not to like.
staff service is excellent
wifi is so slow and we have to use it in the lobby. the facility of the room is simple and quite noisy at night as there is no sound proof at all.
very very kind staff very good breakfast excellent location
elevator was beeping, sometimes you hear it from the room
Location - minutes from entrance to Petra Value - extremely good value for money Rooms - decent rooms, bed size, mattress, heating and AC. Great views. Breakfast - decent/sufficient
Bathroom - not the best water pressure and unstable water temperature Food - food at the rooftop was bog standard We went in the low season (Dec) and they had a fixed price menu for the dinner upstairs. The price of which would vary depending on the receptionist you spoke to...basically it was negotiable When ordering room service the next evening, the manager again tried to sell the fixed price dinner upstairs... after explaining we wanted room service and not the dinner upstairs he said he wasnt sure if they could do room service..or it would take 30 mins. I asked for a hamburger... he said they didnt have any left (!). I asked for a greek salad, he said he will have to check with the chef. I couldnt understand how they wouldnt have such basic ingredients for a greek salad, so i left it there unimpressed. To get a taxi to the nearby village of Oum Sayyoum, the receptionist said he would check the rate, but would be between 10 - 20 dinars. We got a taxi from the street for 3 dinars....
