good location, very near the entrance of petra, the staff is very nice and helpful. The price is perfect.
The staff are great Abd the lovation even better!
The effort the Front of House team make to help with the guests is impressive. I hope they are well rewarded.
If you are planning to upload 64gb of data to a cloud service This hotel is not for you. The food was plentiful but just ok.
The hotel is only a three-minute walk to the Petra site and very near the JETT bus stop to Amman. Early breakfast hours enabled us to visit Petra early on the second morning before the crowd descended. Satisfactory breakfast spread
WiFi was only available at the lobby
Location and breakfast
Wi-Fi could be improved (coverage and speed), additional blanket in room would be nice.
Location, location, location which is right in front of the Petra visitor center and the hotel is really decent and more than i expected for the price. Rooftop restaurant offers excellent BBQ and worth to try with a discount voucher from the check-in desk
Well worth the money great staff great location couldn't ask for more! And a great breakfast
location is super close to petra and a very good price for that. other hotels nearby were more expensive.
my room wasnt cleaned properly (dirt on the floor and empty shampoo bottles in the bathroom). when i told them someone came and tried to clean it abit. but it needed to be cleaned properly... staff wasnt that friendly. sometimes u got harsh answers. waiters were watching films on their phones during breakfast. when i left they wanted to charge me for a dinner i never had. i didnt had to pay for but i had the feeling they didnt believe me and no one apologised
The hotel is very near Petra entrance.
Wifi in the room is very weak.
Good location, walking distance to the Petra entrance. Clean rooms, nice breakfast included and comfortable lobby, very good value for money.
Water is a little bit cold. Wifi is ok in the room most of the time, except not working several times because of snow.
Just few minutes to the entrance to Petra ruins. Nice food and comfortable lobby.
Not wifi reception in the room, people used to go to the lobby to get signal.
The distance to Petra entrance is only 5 minutes walking.
A nice hotel, comfortable with 3 stars hotel.
Great value for unbelievable small money (circa 20 Jod for a double room).
Wi-Fi not working at all
The location for the price can not be beat. It's very close to the entrance of Petra, though it can be a little tricky to find at first. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helped us out so much.
Value and cleanliness.
Breakfast was terrible, but the room was so inexpensive I can't really complain.
The location just 100m to Petra Enterance, the price is affordable, the staffs are helpful
Location is amazing, just in front of Petra's main gate. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good experience and would recommend it to other visitors.
TV did not work and water pressure very low on the 2nd floor where we stayed.
Staff and location
No wifi in the rooms, just in the lobby
Very good value for solo traveller
Price and location
Poor wifi signal. Food was average.
The buffet breakfast had lots of options.
Our bathroom had a funny smell and the free toiletries were not replaced when they ran out. One of the bar staff tried to charge us more than normal price during happy hour and was rather rude. He also took a very long time to make our drinks that tasted terrible.
WiFi bad Food poor
- Room was nice and clean. - Personal in reception was nice and helpful. - Food in breakfast buffet was ok
- The guy in breakfastrestaurant was flirting to every woman. This should not happen in a good hotel. I had to ask him every morning to bring something that was already finish; coffee, bread aso. - Wifi was working only in hotel lobby, not in my room.
