The staff was very nice - polite and delicate, and very wellcoming. The room was clean, bed were perfectly soft. The hotel itself is 5-minutes walk from Petra visitors center, so if you came to see Petra La Maison is a good choice

The wi-fi worked just in lobby.

Excellent breakfast-buffet; Very close to the visitor center (5 minutes walking); I stayed for two nights and I had a free dinner (buffet) on the second day;

Not the cleanest room I've ever seen but more than acceptable; Noisy aircon; Very thin door-room, I heard everything happened in the corridor.

Excellent location, literally just 100/200 mts from the entrance to petra, which i learnes is not common, most hotels are far! Excelent staff too, they arranged for me to be picked up in amman and then the return to amman's airport. I also had no problem doing a late check out

They should have an ATM since its very hard to get on in petra

Pleasant, professional staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amazingly good buffet breakfast (included in the price)with a wide variety of offerings. Quiet at night. Only 2-minute walk from Petra visitors center and ticket booth.

No A/C (Apparantly undergoing annual repairs before summer season) Very low water pressure in our shower. Cheap toilet seat cover that fell off.

We have been there in beginning of May 2013. Food is disgusting, rooms are worn and dirty. My bed was broken. Only few channels in English. There is a permanent smell in the hotel, i dont know what is this, but unpleasant. Air conditioner roared like a train, but it did not cool air at all. The only thing which is good about the hotel it is its location, pretty close to entrance of Wadi Musa. There is no need to take taxis to reach it.

The location to the entrance and exit of petra. The staff were very helpful and enjoyed trying to help us. Price was very reasonable. The hotel is clean, efficient, good value for money and serves its purpose perfectly. Usually u are in petra to visit the petra temples and monuments. After a long day, all you want is a good shower, food and a comfy and nice bed to sleep.

Can't find fault with anything except that maybe the buffet is a bit/tiny overpriced for what u get but on the other hand everything in this area has inflated prices ax expected

You need to pay half of room rate even if you want to stay just 1 hour after the oficcial check out time

The staff was very friendly, specially "Yuyu" (the receptionist of the hotel in afternoons). As soon as we arrived he treated us very well and even offer us a free dinner as well as a discount for other dinner.

The shower wasn't ok. The water filtered and leaving the entire bathroom wet.

Fantastic location 5 minute walk from Petra visitor centre,great buffet breakfast,large room and unbeatable value for money. Definitely recommend.

Our stay in La Maison is like home. Normally when we travel, I am having difficulty sleeping in different place. @ La Maison, it was like a home away from home. The staffs were all accommodating and so friendly. We are planning to have a second visit in Petra and when that time comes, I would insists of staying once again @ La Maison. A walking distance,home ambiance budget-friendly hotel.

The dinner we ate was a bit disappointing and the internet at 3rd Floor was poor.

We stayed at the lovely hotel for three nights. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the Petra gate. I strongly recommend it.

Hotel very close situated at visitor-center of Petra, easy to find with free parking. Very, very professional and helpful front-office stuff. Comfortable room and bed (very clean matratzes and bedsheets and -blankets). Good quality (food and beverages) in the enclosed restaurant. Invitation for dinner at 2nd day (min. 3 nights stay) Comfortable lobby with tv-programm for champions-Liga!!! Big buffet for breakfast between 06:30 and 10:30 !!!!

We were pleased to leave the breakfast-room (inside restaurant) at 10:37 am. To close the buffet will be very okay, but to get the room free for the stuff´s breakfast-time is not correct. No wi-fi (WLAN) and Internet in the lobby and all rooms (but free password)
