La Maison Hotel is uniquely located in Wadi Musa, a 5-minute walk from the Jordanian world wonder, the Red Rose City of Petra.

Petra Guest House Hotel is at the entrance of ancient Petra. It offers air-conditioned rooms that overlook Wadi Musa’s mountains. All of the rooms have traditional furnishings.
Score from 512 reviews Excellent
Only 650 ft from the entrance to Petra, Edom Hotel has a rooftop terrace overlooking the Bedouin village of Wadi Musa. It features a traditional hammam and massage facilities.

Just 100 yards from the entrance gate to Petra, this hotel features spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs. It also has a roof garden with a seasonal outdoor pool.
Score from 529 reviews Excellent
Pool facilities Plenty of space Location Lovely artefacts and photographs in entrance areas
Wifi only in lobby No toiletries in bathroom apart from soap machine on wall The coffee and juice at breakfast
The staff is well informed and very hospitable. The room was spacious. The bed was terrific. The breakfast had good variety and was tasty. It is close to Three Steps Restaurant, which is the best I've had in Wadi Musa. There is a full bar at this hotel. The price was amazing!
The floors are carpeted and seemed a bit shabby. The lobby is not very comfortable or inviting.
Parking right in front of the hotel; walking distance to the entry gate of Petra archeological site
Breakfast was very basic and not very fresh; wifi only in hotel lobby
Location and food 200 metres walking to entrance. For the price the best location
leaky bath, tv that had poor reception, toilet
The lovely spacious room on the third floor with a sliding door onto the pool terrace with tables and chairs was great. The restaurants were close and there was the Sunrise supermarket next door was very convenient. The refrigerator was great for keeping cold drinks and water for the walk to Petra.
The sliding door needed new rollers, you needed the strength Hercules to open the door.
Great location - very close to Petra Visitor Center which is very useful after all the walking in Petra itself. Good service.
The room was noisy (because of air conditioning or lift?) I am not that sensitive to noise in general but this was constant and quite annoying. Blankets could be changed for newer.
Apart from specific hours it was impossible to get some coffee or even water in the hotel. Quality of the breakfast was quite poor.
Extremely good value for money. Easy walking distance to Petra Visitors Centre. Had rooms together opening on to swimming pool area.
Very helpful and friendly staff, and great location.
Rooms starting to show their age - didn't bother us but might some people.
Location, location, location. Quirky breakfast selection which won't leave you hungry.
3* prices with 3* décor.
The hotel is looking very tired andin need of a major refurbishment.
Everything else. For sample: - No Wi-fi in room - Restaurant staff unhelpful in facilitating in-room dining. After much convincing they agreed to send one staff to room one time only - In room TV was 1990 model with not one channel clear - VISA Card not accepted for checkout payment, so i had to exchange and pay cash - Food was average quality (not justifying the price)
The hotel was in a good location, staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast provided enough food plus variety of eastern and western flavours.
Room was off the pool so rather noisy as people were directly outside bedroom. This meant my curtains and door needed to stay shut in the afternoon to get my privacy. A different location in the hotel may have been better. Good stay for one night though.
Gross! By far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Had to change rooms three times on check in to get one without blood stained bed sheets. Avoid like the plague!
Excellent location only a few 100 meters from the entrance to Petra. We were in a large room with a big balcony ( but without light) where we enjoyed the evenings. Request for maintenance was responded to quickly by the staff. Rooms were clean though the public areas was lacking the same attention.
Hotel badly needs a renovation. Our room, though big and with an excellent balcony, had a missing door to the wardrobe, the other door on the wardrobe had half of it covered in wall paper? which was peeling off. The safety lock on the entrance door was turned the wrong way so it could not be used, and both that door and the bathroom door had pieces coming off them. There was no light on the elevator landing, and though there was a light bulb on the balcony we never found a switch to turn it on. For breakfast be there early or nothing is left as there are no refills made. Be carefull of the china as most of it is chipped, it was difficult to find a bowl with both "ears" intact. If you are looking for wholesome or whole wheat, this is not the place to eat. Cleanliness in the public areas are lacking, dust is piling up especially in the pub and it is overall very dark all around the hotel.
Staff was good
Badly constructed, old building, primitive lift, poor toiletris
We loved the close location to the Petra ruins. You almost can't get any closer. The facilities were good. And we were really grateful that when they found out it was our wedding anniversary, they gave us a room with a balcony.
It would have been nice to have tea, coffee & some complimentary water in the room.
I liked very good buffet breakfast, good location near Petra's entrance, clean and spacious room, very good beds
terrible electric or electronic noise during all the night. Noone of the staff could improve the situation
Quiet; close to Petra Visitor Center, restaurants, and shops. No need for taxi.
No coffee, tea, kettle, nor mini-fridge in room.
Good location, staff very nice.
Location Laid back atmosphere Friendly employees Decent food Bar in hotel Quietness
Somewhat unkept facilities Small bits of dirt in the room Outdated furniture and bedding
"Palace" is just in the name :) But unless you are keen in sleeping in top of the range hotels, this place is what you need for your stay : it has got all the essential services (recption 24/7 -special mention to the excellent George-, buffet dinner, solarium and pools which are welcome after a long day in Petra and/or for your kids), is within walking distance from the site and offers loads for the price. Just excellent.
Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Food was good, not superb, but better than expected. Location right near the entrance to Petra and close to lots of shops, restaurants, and other hotels was prime.
The pools were quite cold, though, so swimming in October was next to impossible.
Location at walking distance to the Petra ruins. Courteous and helpful staff at the reception.
The hotel is badly in need of renovation. The place is almost run down. There were not even plug points to charge ones phone & camera in the room! Had to request the reception staff to charge phone & camera. Room AC was not working. No wi-fi in the room. Lift (rickety) door failed to open once and could not get out. Scary! Breakfast below par.
just a few minutes walk to Petra park
breakfast was very limited and not tasty; pool area unwelcoming and water did not look clean very basic room the soap dispenser was broken, towels had stains and very worn out; bin was filthy inside, we had to ask to have it replaced it was buffet night and there was no other option available at the hotel to get a meal, no IRD ! was OK for 1nt considering we were out most of the day, but would not recommend for longer stay
