personal del hotel muy simpático. el taxista es un encanto. probar la comida del restaurante. muy buena y a buen precio. muy recomendable si no quieres muchos lujo. hay que visitar Jordania para ver que gente mas buena vive allí.

Excellent hotel!!! Nice staff who help us every time. They provide cheap taxi to airport and main must see. Good breakfast. Central location. Wi-Fi is good in each room!

Great location. The rooms are very good value for money. Very friendly staff. Loved the breakfast.

It was our best hotel, in terms of value for money, in Jordan. The welcome was very kind, treating us as nearly friends. The room was big, light and very clean, with a small but airy and clean bath. It was like a guesthouse of high quality. The location is perfect, because de souk noise disappear in the night and during the day you are in the middle of the activity and just few steps of every churchs and places to visit.

Our room was in bad condition. Normal to sleep one night but not more.

Very attentive staff. The location is perfect for the sites in the area, everything within walking distance of the hotel. Nice restaurant/bar.

The water heater was shared between 3 rooms. By the time we took our showers there was no water in the tank so we had no hot water. The internet works great in the restaurant but not in the room as advertised.

Airport pickup was arranged in advance but they never turned up so I had to get a taxi to the hotel

First, the location is perfect, the hotel is in the centre of Madaba. The staff was very friendly, rooms clean. The breakfast was nice. The owner of hotel Geris speaks Russian very well. He showed us all sights of Madaba. We liked him very much.

The comfort, the staff who was really nice and always here for us. The location was perfect. The price really fair. A REALLY GOOD PLACE

Everything fine! Clean and spacious rooms. Nice restaurant downstairs to hang out with some beer and food :-)

No Internet on rooms!

Very friendly and helpful staff. arrived very early in the morning and were shown straight to the room. Easy parking outside, though not easy to find in the dark! Great breakfast. Very close to main sights.

Clean hotel and nice people

Incredible staff! The owner drove us around the city so that we could buy falafel and baklava, and had the staff set up a surprise for my birthday! Very very sweet. The room was basic but comfortable and clean.

Easy to park in front of hotel. Close to St Georges church.

Old bathroom with shower not really functional.

The hotel located in the heart of Madaba, all the locations around it. Successful choice because i was informed about it by my friend. I advice all to reserve here and i'll keep it in my mind.

We stayed in few hotels in Madaba and Queen Ayola hotel was definitely the best one. Really nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, great food in the hotel's restaurant. There is simply nothing we would complain about. :-)

The staff members are quite friendly and the rooms quite clean. The rate includes free wireless access and breakfast. Overall, a great budget option!

The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, which makes it difficult to keep the section of bathroom outside the shower dry. The rooms definitely aren't fancy nor especially comfortable, but are an excellent option for a budget conscience traveler. I would definitely stay there again. We stayed twice (for a total of 3 days). During the third day, the room had an automatic air freshener (which in general aren't health friendly) that made a loud noise as it sprayed at regular intervals throughout the night.

It was a great relief from the last hotel we stayed in Amman. Room was very clean with tidy sheets, towels and washroom. Mr.Milad arranged for a laptop to access net on my request for urgent access for free. He also arranged for Hummus for breakfast as we were vegetarians and did not consume egg too. Well done interiors with a traditional touch.

We returned 2 nights later and were given the same room which seemed like the sheets were the same as that we had used.

everything is clean, they are constantly cleaning. every day the drycleaning company delivers clean towels and sheets. they are delivering outstanding service, and are willing to help you is you ask

a mattres was a bit thin so you felt the construction below. but we asked for a another mattres and in 5 min the brought it! so great

We have stayed in Queen Ayola Hotel for four days and we enjoyed very friendly atmosphere from Hotel Owners and hotel staff. They told us about places close to Madaba that weren't mention in our guide book. We had a very lovely time. If we are ever back to Jordan we will stay in this hotel again.

All the staff are so helpful and helped us organise day trips to Mt Nebo, dead sea and Wadi Mujib and got us a good price on taxis. They even helped us cancel one of our other hotels (not to benefit them but so we could have more time in petra) and phoned up s so they could explain in Arabic! Rooms are nice and clean, what you'd expect, nice view of the mosque from ours.

Shared bathroom didn't have a lock but it didn't really bother us.

I like the friendly service staff who took extra mile to make my day. I really thank them for their hospitality in Madaba. Madaba has very quiet streets at night. So do not have to worry that this is a 2 storey hotel. And i would love to come again to Madaba and love at Queen Ayola Hotel again.
