I liked it's pools and the building engineering . I also the combination between water and planting was very beautiful. The night look is brilliant because of the use of lighting everywhere specially in water (the led color changing inside the pools). The room service was very very slow, we had to ask for whatever we needed two or three times... And also the room was very small, it looked much better in the picture..

Limited restaurant choice and average breakfast buffet. Some good local food would be very welcome! Although it claims it's 5 star, it definitely isn't, and many of the staff lack professionalism and cannot deal with guests' questions that aren't just the usual. Although of course it is not the local language, the level of English is also insufficient in many cases.

I had read reviews about the cold pool that needed to be fixed, so when I arrived and found it freezing, I figured it had not been attended to. There is, however, another pool that is heated, and several that are not. The trouble is, the staff does not seem to know, or they keep it a secret. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful. If you want the heated pool, look for the Lap Pool. The rooms are comfortable and the food was good. It's in a pretty spot a fair distance from town, but they have a shuttle that runs often and water sports are next door. I took the glass bottom boat because they offered a snorkel trip over the reefs with lunch and all equipment. It was an efficient way to tour the reefs in a half a day. Book the dive tours if you dive or want to learn to. The coffee is weak and there is no cream. In the rooms they have coffeemate, but not in the restaurant. I had to wait for a towel for fifteen minutes on my first day--no big deal. The pluses out-weigh the negatives.

Extremely helpful staff! Even when we (due to changed flight schedule) had to check out one day prior to the booked (which was non-refundable!) they were so service-minded that they let us leave the day earlier without paying anything for the last night! (Usually not possible when booked through extern booking offices and especially not when bought with special non-refundable price) We were very happy with the service we received during the entire stay of 10 days. Only minus that one day the heated pool was closed (the other pools can be quite cold in winter) and nobody gave an explanation.

Not much to Say about the hotel only the pools were nice and clean as also the sea side othor than that nothing to say more The hotel is really bad I can even call it 5 star it should be 3 only ,as we arrived we were surprised they do not want to give us an extra bed for our kid coz the guy who confirms the reservations does not read the extra notes u put in reservation made by booking .com also u cant but anything on room charge unless u have paid them extra when u have arrived if u have not they will say your room does not have any credit to spend so we had to carry cash all time or u have to put money on reception counter so u can have credits to spend !!!!!! Finally we had to call room serves 3 times and we had to wait 2 hours before they gave us an extra blanket we asked for .wow nice room serves I am glad it was only 2 nights we stayed there

great location (tala bay is beautiful and ideal for rest, to be preferred to dirty unappealing aqaba city center), peaceful place, friendly staff willing to help, spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, quality supervisor and management attentive to guests feedback A number of details need improvement in order to get the hotel up to the 5 star radisson standard (and justify price). light entertainment and shopping offer could definitely be improved upon (caters for a clientele that seeks relax but might get bored in the evening), and as well as a proper spa/massage (no spa, massages being done in a room) . When weather is cooler the only heated pools gets crowded. Bar/drinks are really pricey (can get the same bottle of wine in a bar/restaurant in the nearby upmarket marina for a third of the price). The end of year party needs some real thinking and a "splurge up"

Location. Buffet. Bathrooms didn't have health faucets. Drainage in the shower cubicle was not good; it was flooding. No facilities for drying the beach/swim wear. You could see all guests hanging their beach clothes on the railings of balconies.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing exciting. Nice pools. Friendly Philipino staff in the restaurant. Smelly bathroom! Poor attention to details in finishing the rooms. Very noisy room - both embarrasing sounds from the guests in the room next door and annoying elevator sounds. Expensive dining. In summary: heavily overpriced! Would refuse to pay more than €60-75 per night for the same room facilities on a European citytrip. For this money one should consider the Kempinski, as this is much better on all fronts.

We were satisfied with the food. It was very good. We stayed at this hotel on New Year Eve, only special dinner was prepared that day. the dinner was scheduled starting at 8 o'clock, I think it is too late. and also I hope there were another choice for guest. This was not clear when I booked through this booking.com. the amenity goods was not enough , I think. there were no toothbrush nor paste. I guess even 3 star hotel provide these material.

Good Location, Seaside and quit. 1- reservation operators are out of service, they did not answer our calls at the middle of the day, after 5 times calling them and waiting for several minutes each time they answer!!. 2- Seems that management of this Hotel are a way in vacation, no supervision and quality. 3- Asked for extra Bid, they brought a mini bid which was not a bid at all, and when I ask them to change it they said that is what offered for free, if you need a good one you need to pay extra 35 jds...!!! 4- Workers at the restaurant needs training and some one who can follow up on their performance, if you order some cofee, you need to wait for 10 minutes or more.

I like how the staff members are very polite and helpful and how the rooms are situated where it isnt very noisy. We were dissapointed with the breakfast: There isnt a lot of quantity. We didnt like how there were no blaconies in our room. We didnt like how the TV's are not clear at all and the people in the tv were mostly colored orange.

It is a big size hotel with lots of swimming pool facilities which gives comfort to visitors and room to do many things. Rooms were not cleaned everyday without calling house keeping. Food was less than average considering the hotel and it's reputation But mostly, staff were doing the minimum and not going extra mile in anything whether service or product. You will get things done eventually but you have to run after them (need to really pick up in guest service)
