The quality of the food/buffet is ok friendly staff The prices of the drinks in the restaurant are too high the restaurant on the beach has a marvelous location but poor food, better would be to offer typical Jordanian food as they can do for groups...we don't understand why they don't do it for all of their customers???? The pools for the childeren ware not heated and not clean, rather dirty the playground was half broken...

The young man who cleaned our room did a very nice job and was very pleasant. The quality of this hotel does not correspond to the price or number of stars of this hotel. The breakfast was relatively poor, the rooms are very small, the front desk is understaffed and disorganized which means checkout can take forever. The design of the hotel is also bad since there are stairs everywhere and if you want to avoid them you will need to take at least 2 different elevators simply to get from your room to the lobby. The tiles by the swimming pool are extremely slippery when wet. I wiped out after getting out of the pool and cut and strongly bruised my foot and knees which made walking at Petra the next day a serious painful to put it mildly. There is a sign at the entrance to the hotel which states that it is prohibited to bring your own food and drinks into the hotel. How pathetic!!! This is a typical idiotic policy in Jordanian hotels but of the 4 hotels I stayed at, this was the only one with such a sign.

Wonderful breakfast buffet; beach access, swimming pools There were very few public areas that were non-smoking. We found non-smoking areas in the breakfast restaurant, but none in the bar areas or on the terraces. In late April it was fairly hot and the outdoor areas did not have much in the way of shade - it was't very appealing to have a drink on one of the terraces and be subjected to the cigarette smoke and the hot sun.

The staff were very effecient and freindly. The rooms are large and comfortable. Beachside is very clean. We wish that the quality of food served as an open buffet will improve in a way that more variaties will be available. Some days the place becomes very noisey due to local gruop tourisim, as well as the admission of youngesters and stuedents makes the hotel very bussy and noisy which also affects the quality of service.

View of the aircraft carrier close to the shore ... Unpleasent surprise. Stinking toilet, big holes in the outside mosquito net nobody was going to repair, tv set turning on in the middle of the night every whole hour loudly welcoming us to the hotel - nobody was willing to remove the function so it repeated for 3 nights, horrendous prices for everything, including drinking water (almost 4 eur!) with no substitute available - hotel is cashing on virtual monopoly thanks to location on deserted seaside 15 km away from town. Never visiting it again! I am sorry that my preffered Radisson Blu chain let it be that way ...

Not much. Reception staff were polite and friendly. This hotel lacks soul. You could be anywhere in the world. Staff's command of English was poor and they seemed lethargic. Staff was definitly the down side. Price of food was extortionate and the hotel is far from any restaurants. Also it seems to cater more for Westerners and there is a notice by the pool saying that full body swimsuits cannot be worn which is ridiculous in an islamic country. I also went to the Marriott Dead Sea where people happily wore what they wanted resulting in a relaxed family and cosmopolitan atmosphere. However I did wear an Islamic swimsuit and no-one said anything. I also think there could have been more restrictions on smoking. I know in the Middle East smoking is considered normal but it is not for Europeans. This hotel should decide whether it wants to target Westerners or Middle Eastern people.

Location at Tala Bay, quality of facilities and food, hotel made sure our extra requirements were met (extra beds) as expected Hotel staff professionalism level was not 5-star resort standards - disrespect of guest queue on reception counter, staff blaming each other in front of guests, special requirements requested (extra bed) were not considered upon check in Room door seemed broken (not well maintained) Inflexibility about late check outs Not enough sun chairs and pool towels - always short of them and had to wait a long time to obtain them

Room & service were very good. Breakfast - mediocare for this level of hotel. Room was noisy, although we spesificaly requested a quite room in advance. Our biggest letdown - and this concers "booking.com" - was that the prices quoated on the website did not include tax & service, adding up almost 20%. only when reservation was made - these extra costs appeared.

A great beach hotel for a relaxing holiday. If you need to unrestrained fun - you to another place. However, for active recreation are all necessary. Really liked the area, there is a sense of personal space. Importantly, all of the rooms have a good view. The difference in location: the shadow or the Sunny side. Overall this hotel corresponds to the brand-name "Radisson". Very convenient is a regular bus service in Aqaba and the airport. By the way is free of charge. The lack of certain skills in the work of the staff компенируется diligence and goodwill. I would like to hear more and see performances by local artists, to better understand the culture of the country.
